I made the mistake to ruin my appetite with crackers mere hour before sitting at our table. Fire roasted meat distribution to table and carved with patrons catching a piece using a tong. Fogo is a meat lover's paradise for a heavy steak meal. The bottom sirloin or bacon wrapped steak, is noted by Yelpers, always dry. The parmesan crusted pork is flavorful and surprisingly juicy.
