Delicious Thai food and reasonable prices. Customer service was good, the server was very friendly. He even offered to split our plate into 2 because my friend and I were sharing. Would definitely come back. Tried to order the chicken wings but was sadly disappointed they do not serve them anymore but haven't taken them off the menu, so FYI. The name says it all. This is Simply Thai food and quick service. I live less than a mile away and when I call in an order it's done once I get there. Personally my favorite is their pineapple fried rice with chicken. It's a huge portion loaded up with meat and pineapple and they let you choose the spicy level of it. Same with their pad Thai. We really enjoyed Simply Thai. The décor is pleasant and relaxing, and the service was very friendly and attentive. We started with the Chicken Satay, which was crisp but not dry and the dipping sauce was a good compliment. The entrees are sizable, and the Hot Drunken Noodle provided all the heat I could handle! The drunken noodles are amazing! We love spicy in this house so we usually get dim mak which is the level 5 spiciest! The pad Thai was pretty good too, I got it with pork and it was super tender. Crab Rangoon was nice and crunchy too read more

Went to Simply Tai - Keller, Tx 5/18/2024 for first time with a family group of six - sit-down In restaurant meal. On several levels was Not impressed. First, the food was only fair. Was there during a slow time, not many people. Second, the waitress was nice enough but she didn't seem to listen very good to requests. Maybe part of that was the apparent 'policies' of the restaurant. I request More lemons for our six waters, asked her to bring a small BOWL of lemon slices for everyone. She brought me ONE Very small 1/2 oz plastic container of small pieces of lemons - for Just ME, not for the group as asked for. The type of Small container that comes with your typical 'Take-out' order - which is fine for That. I had to Ask for More lemons as the person sitting next to me wanted more, however I knew others would too. She Then brought out ONE more of the Tiny Plastic container, which was only half full, JUST for That ONE person - Not the Group! Then, I requested sowe (spelling wrong) sauce, again - only I, Again, received One small container (take-out size) for only myself. Remember - this was a Sit-down, in the restaurant meal - NOT a take-out! Who Ever has heard of/experienced what should have been a nice - Restaurant experience which Included all the typical condiments In A Bottle/Bowl ON THE Table which the party could have ready access to! Same experience when I requested Hot Pepper oil!! Can the Waitress not Understand when condiments which are not on the table is requested - that the request is For The entire Party to utilize. IF something Special was being asked for And it was specifically noted that Only That person had a need for That item, well that would be different. There was nothing about the In-restaurant experience that was pleasant or relaxing - when you have to almost beg for More, for Enough for The Group/for everyone! It is obvious that This owner doesn't know how a In-restaurant experience/meal is Suppose be DIFFERENT from Take-out to home order/meal!! WHY would an owner 'Ration' condiments, or anything typical for a sit-down meal, to it's patrons?? Why? Are they That hard up for Profit/money?? If they are then they should not be in business. Obviously not a happy camper/Customer! Beyond understanding... Btw - a 20% Tip as Already INCLUDED in the bill! I normally do tip 20% - for good service and experience. Neither of which we received. In this case I would have only tipped 10% - but I paid the 20% Because I was with a family group celebrating two birthdays. So I did not want to cause an additional negative experience/scene. I had this delivered today and must say I was underwhelmed. The food was delivered to my work. I bought a co-worker lunch and we were really excited to try it. They made this very difficult by not including any utensils. I went to a text to the grub hub driver, no reply....called the restaurant and the lady who answered the phone told me "most people who order delivery eat at home and have silverware". There was no offer to help.... No solution or offer to delivery plastic ware. We finally got to try the food after leaving work to go find forks...(can you believe how stupid this is???...what's the point of delivery if you have to leave to get something to eat the food with???) So the food ended up being very average. The curry was runny. The Thai coffee we ordered was actually Thai ice tea. So I spent $50, got crappy food, crappy service, and the wrong drink. But hey...I've got some plastic forks now. Simple review of this place is.....NEVER AGAIN! read more

I just can't say enough great things about this place. The food is always fresh and delicious, no matter what new dishes I try, I am always pleased. And just when I think I found my new favorite dish, I try something else and it becomes my new favorite dish. The focus of my review today is the incredible service I receive during each and every visit. I've always been fortunate enough to have Brittney as my server. Let me tell you, this girl is awesome! I've eaten here 5 or 6 times now and since the 2nd visit, she has remembered the drink orders, appetizers and kids meals for my family of 4. She knows exactly who is drinking and eating what, without even having to ask. Our cups have NEVER gone empty a single time and any time we've ever needed anything, she's been very attentive and accommodating. Came here for the first time yesterday for dinner and it was fabulous! I had the pad Thai with chicken and spring rolls. The pad Thai was hands down some of the best I've had in the area and my mouth is watering right now just thinking of it. I already want to go back! Their spring rolls were equally as delicious and were made with fresh ingredients! The ambiance was cool too but not anything super fancy. They also do take-out, which is super awesome! Their prices are really reasonable too and a tad cheaper than other places I've gone to but these guys have better food! Their service was great and the waitress was very attentive and welcoming. This has been one of our go to Thai places for quite awhile. Everything we have gotten has been spot on as far as Thai type food. Good flavors usually but you need to make sure you provide a lower heat number when they say 1 to 5 heat level. read more

I am visiting my mom in Keller from Houston. I was excited to try the Tom Kha Gai soup with Shrimp and Shrimp Pad Thai here. I was very dissapointed in the serving size of the Shrimp in both dishes. I had 5 small shrimp in both my Large Tom KHa soup and Pad Thai. They upcharged me $2extra for my soup. Both had not only small shrimp but the tails on! I had to stop and look for them and peel before eating. As for the other ingredients in the Pad Thai, they were overcooked pieces of scallions etc. I was not happy with my dishes :( I have had my share of Thai restaurants and have had better dishes with generous portion of protein& fresher ingredients. This restaurant has really a great food! The employees are friendly and efficient. The restaurant is complying with COVID-19 regulations with limited, if any, dining seating at this time. I always order carry out and bring it home. When I get to the restaurant my food is always ready and when I get home it is still hot! They offer plastic silverware but don't automatically put it in the to go bag which I really appreciate. For appetizers I have had the crab rangoons and Thai dumplings and both were delicious. For the meal my husband I LOVE their drunken noodles with chicken. I do my best to save some for leftovers but I usually can't ;). read more

First time going there and will never be back again. There was probably about 3 to 4 other tables and we ordered appetizers first and when they came out the potstickers were burnt so we asked for them to be remade and they looked annoyed that we asked. We asked twice for chopsticks and a side of soy sauce and chili sauce. They come out in these little bitty Prepackaged plastic containers, so of course asked for more. Again, poor attitudes. Next ordered our food entrées. They left our dish of burnt potstickers on the table and entire time. I had ordered my Chicken Vegetable stirfry at a spice level of three so that I could share it but if they could give me extra chili sauce so I can make the spice the way I want it. When the entrées came out, there I were little vegetables, I had also traded the cabbage out for bamboo shoots. I had let one of the servers know that I did not get them in my stirfry he went to the back and another one of the servers came out. She told me that they are in there just that they were shredded she continued to say they were out of The ones they usually buy when they bought them so that is what they had to use, I asked her if she could make sure it was taken off the bill. The whole reason I ordered them is for the crunch, still annoyed looks were given. We tasted our food and all the sauces were sweet mine was nowhere close to a 3. Had to ask multiple times for drink refills and to go boxes. As we were eating, they were cleaning tables and sweeping around us, so it was just easier for us to leave as that is how we felt I left still left a 20% tip because working in the service industry. We understand that there are bad nights but the fact that everybody in there had a poor attitude I debated doing so. If you do go and they have a bad attitude when you get there don't stay because it doesn't get better. read more
