Bistec and Carnitas Taco
Luiza A.

The food and service here is absolutely incredible! Truly the best tacos I have ever had at a great price. We ordered the carnitas (my personal favorite) and bistec tacos, cecina burrito, and Cubana torta. Everything is so delicious and made to order. Never disappoints, can't wait to return!

authentic mexican cuisine, I got three tacos all delicious but my favorite was the al pastor- the salas are great too! Service was great, very nice friendly women behind the register.

Lengua quesadilla. Big tender cuts. Red sauce could be hotter but delicious, nonetheless.

Great service, delicious food, more than reasonable prices. Not gatekeeping but would be totally fine keeping this spot a hidden gem.

Torta de pollo apañado

The food is amazingly good. You will not regret eating there. Service was on point. I've been there a few times and I can't wait to always go back

Cactus, Cow's Head, Spicy Pork, Goat

This is a great place to get street style Mexican food. Don't confuse this as a Bartaco copy - this is the real deal. Standard casual cafeteria style decor and ambiance with great table service. Come here for classically prepared standards like chicken, steak and carnitas and stay to explore the honorable Mexican fillings like cow's head, brains, goat, tongue and cactus. Out of the 'wacky' fillings I enjoyed the cow's head (cabeza) and cactus (nopales) the most. The cabeza had a nice crisp bite and deep savory flavor. The nopales was grilled and seasoned lightly with a bright flavor - texture was close to a grilled/roasted pepper. You can get these with any combination of chopped onion, cilantro, radishes and lime wedges or (suggested) fully loaded. Menu includes sandwiches, burritos and some seriously slurpy soups. It's called 'Sin Dulce Bakery' but I didn't see a baked good in sight - I guess its name clears that up.

That's wassup

Holy authentic. Glad I speak a lil bit of Spanish or I'd be shit outta luck. The tacos here are sick. Beef tongue tacos rule. Everyone in the spot was hispanic. And I was glad.

Thats how good these tacos are! I love this place, best tacos in the area.. Always consistent!

We didn't know what to expect at this place just pictures from Google and Yelp. So we went early…read moresince they don't take reservations, boy oh boy even at 5 PM, The place was already packed. They don't have enough parking spots so you park on the lawn on the side of the driveway. I really don't like Mexican restaurants but the guacamole and the appetizers were on point and so were the dishes. I can say that this is the first Mexican restaurant that we really liked so that means we are definitely coming back again. The place can get loud so get ready for that experience. It's not your fine dining formal place, you're here to party Mexican style.

I like Las Mananitas. Especially their rice and beans. Usually, I prefer black beans and rice…read morebut whatever they do to their refried beans, it's magical because I could seriously just go there and eat rice and beans. However, I like their other food as well. I've had a great chimichanga and last time I was there, I had some chicken nachos that were served on top of flour tortillas as the nacho rather than corn tortilla chips. It was very good. They have outdoor seating in nice weather and you can get a nice view of their back yard...if you're up high enough you can see a bit of the nearby lake. Service is always friendly and efficient. Even when the parking lot looks full, we've never had trouble getting a table. I think they have a good setup here...nice location, great food, reasonable prices and nice service. It isn't the fanciest place in town but it's great in my book.
