I finally got to try Sinatra for the first time, located on the Encore Casino and Hotel side. The overall aesthetic is elegant and inviting. We started with the Polipo, a Mediterranean octopus dish that was cooked to perfection. I also had the grilled Mediterranean sea bass while the portion was too big for me, it was delicious nonetheless. My boyfriend ordered the veal parmigiana, recommended by our server, Roger, who was very attentive. He enjoyed it but found the portion a bit overwhelming. The entrees here are definitely generous. Cocktails were fantastic, and overall, it was a great experience. However, with so many exceptional Italian restaurants in Las Vegas, this one doesn't quite make my top five. read more

Got placed outside in the far corner and there was lots of noise coming from the street and people around the back wall. Not very pleasant. When there's wind, the awnings clank around constantly. Outdoor chairs aren't comfortable, and overall this place didn't have the magic like before. It used to be my favorite Vegas restaurant. Was very disappointed that we were sat by a group of kids who yelled and had their iPads turned up loud for all to hear and they said they had a strict policy on dress code and that was far from the case. When I asked our server Tim whether there was a gluten-free menu, he said no. Fine, not every restaurant has one. But when I followed up and asked him to help me identify which items I could safely eat, he responded, "If you look at the menu, it's obvious," and walked away. We flagged him down a second time to address what had just happened. Rather than offer any assistance or a genuine apology, he told us "sorry you took it that way" a non apology that placed the problem on me rather than his conduct. This isn't a minor lapse in hospitality. Dietary restrictions tied to health conditions aren't optional preferences, they require accurate, attentive guidance from staff. Dismissing a guest's need for that information is the equivalent of pointing someone who needs a wheelchair ramp toward the stairs and telling them to figure it out. A guest managing a health condition deserves basic attentiveness, not to be made to feel like a burden. It's not just rude it reflects a gap in training that can have real consequences. I left without eating and took my business off property entirely. For a Wynn restaurant, that's not just a service failure it's a lost guest. I hope management addresses this directly with Tim and revisits how the team handles dietary needs in the future. read more

By far one of my favorite meals I've ever had in Vegas! Wow! First off, the restaurant itself is gorgeous. I love the Frank Sinatra memorabilia at the entrance. I especially loved that they play all of Frank's classics. To start, we (hubby and I) got a bread basket with butter. For appetizers, we got the octopus (polipo) which was so flavorful. We followed it up with the Cappellacci which we split amongst two of us. For entrees, we did the branzino and ossobucco. And dessert was the limone. We had a 9:00 PM reservation at Sinatra after attending Awakenings. We arrived shortly after 8:00 PM and checked in for our reservation without issue. We sat at the bar while waiting and the bartenders were excellent. Friendly, attentive, and the drinks were very well made. Unfortunately, the experience changed at 9:00 PM. We watched at least five couples get seated right at our reservation time while we were still waiting. The bartender noticed we had not been called and asked the hostess about the status of our table. He came back and told us they were saying we checked in after 9:00 PM, which was simply not accurate. He confirmed to them that we had been there well before our reservation and had been waiting patiently. At that point, we chose to leave. When you are planning to spend what it costs to dine there, you expect professionalism and basic organization. The bar team was great. The host stand experience was disappointing and left us feeling overlooked. read more

I arranged a private dinner at Sinatra recently and it was spectacular. We were in the private wine room at the end of the restaurant. A beautiful room full of wine racked behind glass. Luca was our main person with several other staff members helping. They were all wonderful. Luca helped my VP with some wine choices. Everyone loved what we drank. We had a set menu with 2 salad choices, a pasta, 4 entree choices and two dessert choices. Everything was so delicious. Salad: I had the caprese: bufala mozzarella, vine ripened tomatoes, red onion, basil. The cheese was so good - soft and creamy, fresh tomatoes, yum! Pasta: agnolotti pasta filled with sheep's milk ricotta and fine herbs, seasonal vegetable emulsion. Delicious. Not too heavy but a nice portion. Entree: l had the ossobuco: braised veal ossobuco, risotto Milanese and gremolata. Fall of the bone tender, Very flavorful sauce and risotto. Dessert: cannoli: ricotta, cinnamon, candied orange, pistachios, chocolate pearls. Cannoli is one of my favorite desserts if done right. They did it right. So tasty. When you live in a city where it is all about fine dining and entertainment, once in a while you have to indulge yourself and go out and enjoy your city's offerings. I have had this place bookmarked for years and we finally decided to go. I scored a reservation on Open Table on this fall evening. The restaurant is truly a tribute to Ol Blue Eyes. Decor is classy and elegant. This lends to the restaurant giving a comfortable vibe with great Sinatra tunes playing in the background. Service was top notch from the time we arrived all the way to the time we left. Staff was extremely knowledgable and helped us make good decisions for our dinner. We did not want for anything. For starters my daughter ordered the Raspberry Limoncello Drop. Perfectly made and so tasty. My husband and I shared a half bottle of 2018 Fontalloro Toscana wine. Superb! I should have ordered the whole bottle. A beautiful bread basket arrived with some freshly made choices to wake up our appetites. We all enjoyed the Caesar salad and a cup of the Zuppa di Zucca (Cinderella Pumpkin Soup). For our main courses, we went with the Cioppino, Risotto with butter poached Maine lobster, forrest mushrooms and chives. Both dishes were very good. Because my daughter is vegan, they were able to accommodate her dining needs fairly well. For me the highlight was dessert. Our server recommended ordering the Cappello. This dessert consisted of Valrhona dark chocolate mousse fedora, Jack Daniels pana cotta. This was such a unique dessert and we all loved the Sinatra touch with the fedora. We had been before in the past and it was EXCELLENT. Something was off with the service. Awful. In the past I've asked for the vegetarian/vegan menu. I was told by the server there is no vegetarian menu. He seemed to be perplexed, unsure as what a vegetarian would eat. I have a dairy allergy so I need to omit butter, milk, cheese, etc. He was not helpful. At time of ordering he said the chef would "create" something. That something was a sloppy mess of noodles, mushrooms and asparagus. The presentation was horrible. This was my third time dining here and it was an amazing experience once again! The "polpettine" meatballs are a must order appetizer, they are so flavorful and the polenta fries are delicious. We also got the beef carpaccio and the "panzanella di granchio", they were great too. For my entree i went with the gnocchetti e caviale and it was amazing, i'm used to having gnocchi with red sauce so this was a nice change. We were celebrating my birthday and they gave me a complimentary strawberry panna cotta dessert, it was so refreshing and a perfect way to end. After a mediocre at a fancy place the night before, I was looking forward to this place. This place is much more spacious. We were a lot more comfortable here and we were able to converse with each other. The only thing that bother me was that we had a reservation for 11 at 7PM but didn't get seat until 7:45PM. We had family style which means we order almost everything and shared. I can't recall the name of all the dishes but they were delicious. Steak was cooked medium rare just how I like it. What we ordered: -Main Spaghetti $36 We recently came back after a day out and about. Our family had indulged in eating at a buffet earlier in the day and everyone was very full. My son was hungry however. We were looking for something to order to-go to eat in our room upstairs. Our only option was Sinatra as it was located inside the hotel (Encore) we were staying at. We ordered the main spaghetti to-go. I'm a big fan of Sinatra and would have loved to eat here if the opportunity came up, but it wasn't meant to be. Our son really enjoyed the spaghetti. He ate a lot and I tried some and it was your basic spaghetti with cheese, but it was good nevertheless. The portion size is a bit small for the price, but this is a high-end restaurant after all. The service here was very good. They made sure to give us utensils. I was surprised to see several pieces of bread with butter included in the bag as well. That was a nice surprise! We had such an amazing experience at Sinatra in Las Vegas while celebrating my brother's wedding. Chris truly went above and beyond to make our night special. He was incredibly knowledgeable and detailed when walking us through the menu, highlighting each dish and making thoughtful recommendations that really elevated the experience. What stood out the most was the extra care he showed my mother, who is vegan. At a restaurant that is heavily focused on steak and meat, it can be difficult for her to feel accommodated--but Chris made sure she felt completely taken care of. That level of attention meant so much to our family and really made the night. He checked in on us regularly, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the evening. His service left a lasting impression on all of us. Absolutely a must visit when at the Wynn. We had our anniversary dinner here for us 2. We were brought to a back room which was kind of nice bc we wanted to be romantic. They even gave me a PURSE SEAT - almost thought it was a baby booster. We expected the food to be okay but everything came out really well (see pics for all 5/5 dishes). What made our experience even better was our waiter who recommended us to get half portion of the pasta so we could still have room to try 2 protein dishes. I really wanted to try the scallops as well as the veal parmigiana. And my goodness the scallops were amazing and meaty! Anyways, I absolutely love that we listened to him and it was a fantastic idea. They also gave us a free tiramisu and extra jack daniel chocolates, along with our ordered dessert. It was amazing. I came here for a special occasion and we left very satiated. Atmosphere is beautiful here. It's very refined but yet welcoming at the same time. We got two different drinks. The Sinatra smash was tasty but the "the way you looked tonight" was a little bland. Food was easily the highlight. We got the caprese salad to start and they even split it for us. The mains were the "chicken" Parmesan and the ossobuco. The chicken was good and filling while the ossobuco was delicious and very flavorful. Portions were bountiful, couldn't even finish, so more than enough to share. Service was good and catered to your needs, even getting more of the complimentary bread if you wanted it. One note, we did mention that we were on our honeymoon when making our reservation. They didn't even mention it when we came in. Its not a big deal, but out of all our reservations for our trip, this one did not mention it. That was different than what we have usually experienced at a high end restaurant. So just a heads up if you expect that "extra mile" for your meal, you may not get it. Overall, I still recommend this place if you're in the area looking for a great meal. read more

Had a stellar time at Sinatra. Service was friendly and attentive from the second we walked through the door. Rafael was the somme that night and he steered us toward a really great cab franc that paired so excellently with our meal. Everything was delicious! The ossobucco fell off the bone and came with a hidden surprise - some bone marrow you can scoop out and eat with your bread. The cappelucci pasta was hat shaped (inspired by Frank's fedora perhaps?) and was light yet tasty. The ambiance was nice, yet laid back. It never felt too loud or claustrophobic. Sinatra is really a particular place. Located at the beautiful Wynn Hotel Las Vegas, Sinatra is characterized for its vintage modern design. In summary, our experience was very good from the reservation process to the dessert. The food and service are good, but not excellent. If you are in Las Vegas, is worth to try it.... At least once. But with so many outstanding restaurant options in the neighborhood, is not realistic to say this is "the best in town". This restaurant located in any other city in the USA would easily be one of the best, but in Las Vegas, is a good average restaurant. The dining room is beautiful, the vibe was elegant and cool. The atmosphere is centered around Frank Sinatra career, so they inserted Sinatra's pictures all over the room and his songs were playing as the background music. The food was good, but let's be clear, not excellent. The service very good, and the staff is attentive, but is what is expected for this type of high end restaurant. My wife had the Caesar Salad... it was good and I had the Osobuco with risotto which was very good. Again, in general terms the food is very good, but nothing out of this world. I'm really conflicted about how to approach this review. The food was quite good. Highlights were the evening's special, a generously truffled pasta, and our second waiter. (The truffle paste had an extraordinarily generous amount of black truffle!) The lovely service from our 2nd server and the wine server made up for an otherwise awful service experience. I hate that I cannot remember the name of our second server--which he definitely shared. He was charming and we so enjoyed our conversations with him. Without him, I would have completelyhated our experience, because our head waiter was a pompous ass. Sorry, there are no other words. A dear friend of ours arranged to buy our 30th anniversary dinner. We enjoyed dinner, except for the head waiter, who was old school--if you describe old school as pompous, unfriendly ass. (I honestly do not remember if he shared his name, but he was a white guy, maybe mid 50s with reddish, blondish, whitish hair.) When I told him that so many things looked interesting and that we were thinking about sharing multiple dishes, he turned his nose up in the air and said something like, "our dishes are designed to be individual portions, but you may do what you like." So we ordered an app and entree each. I'm mad at myself for feeling like we couldn't order what we wanted. When it came time to pay, there was great confusion. (Spoiler alert: when our friend was contacted, he paid for our dinner, which was such a generous gift. Never mind that we had the name and phone number of the woman who arranged our reservation at our friend's request.) The head waiter stuck his nose in the air and sent the manager, who was kind but nevertheless managed us like we were trying to skip the bill. Then while we were all working to resolve the situation, yet another person came to our table and asked us to move to another table so our 4 top could be given to another party. We had AT THAT MOMENT been at the restaurant for 1.5 hours and literally had 3 sips of water left--meaning the only true remaining issue was resolving the bill. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I did politely refuse to move, because we were seconds away from leaving. BUT how did you let a generous gift be SPOILED by your incompetence!? I'm still upset and cannot sleep. I will never darken your door again--because you made me feel unwelcome. Not the happy 30th anniversary our friend arranged. As frequent Sinatra visitors we love each experience-- they are all good and different. The food and service are always A-1 but the experience can be different in a good way. Maybe a waiter we haven't had before, a new dish to the menu, a new wine recommendation. These are the things that make it what it is. I'll bet their employee turnover is nil. I recognize a lot of faces. That means these talented people like what they are doing and can reflect that feeling in doing their jobs. Management doing things right. I've written about the food in previous reviews- no point in repeating myself in this update. A few new pics however. Turns out it was an anniversary dinner and the finale which is commonly a piece of cake or a scoop of ice cream with a candle at most restaurants was instead a work of art. This was an ice cream gelato cake with fruit and handcrafted little filled flowers in a hand made box of edible white chocolate that was lighted when delivered. Then surprising us the Sinatra Chef himself came to our table to do the honors and introduce himself. We were blown away. I can't imagine they do this for every birthday, anniversary nightly acknowledgement. Very solid choice for Italian food in Vegas. Cocktails are refreshing as I enjoyed the raspberry limoncello drop which has more fruitiness than alcohol. For an appetizer, the burrata pairs well with the bread basket you get for the table. The sourdough bread was my favorite but closely followed by the raisin bread. I recommend dipping the bread in the burrata sauce, too. We got the pennette and signature dish of veal parm. Veal was cooked perfectly and the pennette had a little kick to it. You gotta finish the meal with some dessert, and sorbet is a great way to end the meal. read more

My guy surprised me with a trip to Vegas for my birthday. My bestie who frequents Vegas recommended Sinatra for my birthday dinner. Since he's never failed me in over 25 years of friendship without a hesitation we booked it for the celebration. We started off with a drink while we waited for our table. Once our table was ready we were brought to an outside beautiful oasis of a patio. The weather was around 60 a little chilly but there were heaters to keep us nice & cozy. Our server was Jay. He was warm, friendly, & just all around wonderful. His recommendations were spot on. We started off with an appetizer & decided to share the mozzarella di bufala, vine ripened tomatoes, red onions, basil. The cheese was so fresh, the tomatoes so juicy they make their cheeses in-house. The selection of breads they brought to the table was great but the focaccia bread was the star of the show. It was soft chewy & oh so good. Then we ordered another round of drinks. I had the way you look tonight which was a sangria with Sauvignon blanc, blood orange, strawberry apple. It was probably the best sangria I ever had had in a long time. There was a whistlepig 10 year that he's been wanting to try on the men. I tried it the flavor was very bold & sweet but surprisingly good for a rye(I'm not a fan of rye). He enjoyed it so much that he will be hunting for a bottle when we get back home. After getting some recommendations from Jay we ordered dinner. I had the Agnolotti di Zucca - butternut squash filled with agnolotti, sage brown butter sauce, amaretto cookie dust. This pasta was so good I wanted to cry. By this point I was already mostly full from the caprese & bread but the pasta was so good that I couldn't stop eating it . Sinatra has ruined me I will be comparing this place to every Italian place I go to from now on. He had the capriolo - roasted venison loin, chestnut spaetzle, Brussels sprout petals, cranberry marmalade, juniper berry reduction. Again he busted out his happy dance because the meat was so good. He even at the Brussels sprouts & he hates them . Even though I had no more room I really wanted dessert. I ordered the Tesoro in Baule - milk chocolate and vanilla ice cream cake, hazelnut dacquoise, seasonal fruit. It was so delicious & the presentation was outstanding. I had no room for it but we managed to finish it because it was so good. Then they brought me out a complimentary birthday tiramisu. I could only manage one bite but it was delicious. This place is tucked inside encore, short walk if you're going to the awakening. We told our waitress that we were on a time crunch and she ensured that service was speedy. My partner ordered a bolognese pasta. Their vegetarian entree choices unfortunately was just one butternut squash pasta which if you don't like sweet in your savory dishes then you're stuck with just the sides. They made me an olive oil penne side and I ordered their gnocchetti side. That gnochetti side wasn't for me. It was trying too hard to be Mac n cheese but with all the wrong cheeses. Their drinks were fabulous!!! I would recommend this place for drinks only ( for vegetarians ). Given how expensive this restaurant is, they could make an effort with their vegetarian menu. read more

Sinatra's at the Encore did not disappoint! Half of what made the experience great was the service. The waiters are very well skilled at what they do, making it an enjoyable experience with a luxurious feel. We started with prosciutto with Burrata and pear. It was possibly the best prosciutto and Burrata I've ever had. Every bite was a bit of heaven. Soft as butter, the prosciutto had the perfect blend of silkiness and bold, flavorful saltiness. The Caprese was good, and chicken was delicate and savory. I was told that the Veal Parm was amazing, they ate the entire plate, and it was big!
