WOW this place is pretty dreamy. Sinatra is located in the wynn and definitely has an upscale vibe. Reservations are recommended not too sure on walk ins. The service was remarkable- from a personalized birthday card to my hubby to attentive, quick service. Our server asked if we had any time constraints which we did and he made sure to attend to us on time which was truly appreciated! The food is authentic italian food. My hubby and a patron sitting by us both said it was the best lasagna they ever had. I was silly to order a chicken dish at an italian restaurant! The cocktail list was beautiful here and loved how they played into frank sinatras life. The ol blue eyes cocktail was pretty dreamy. This has got to be the worst dining experience I've had in Vegas. I've been here twice, and the food sucked both times. With the latest visit on the 4th of July, I made reservations for 930pm due to watching Awakening. It ended at 830pm, so we made my way to Sinatra's, hoping to be able to get seated sooner. They didn't have anything available, so no worries, we went to another bar to drink and wait for our reservation time. We returned at 9:30 pm and the table was not ready. We waited for a few minutes then were sat in the far back in a separate room with 3 (?) other tables. Food: Salumi e' Formaggi Truffle Pasta Lasagna The Salumi was delicious. I enjoyed the cheeses and meat selection, but nothing stood out for the price. The lasagna was the highlight but still just a regular dish. Now, the worst of them all, The Truffle Pasta. The pasta was al dente, which is perfect, but the pasta had no flavor. The shaved Truffle was a WASTE!!! I've had Truffle at other steakhouses, etc. so I know how it should taste but nothing... The most bland dish for $135. Even Olive Garden is better. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

Can I give this place 10 stars? No, Seriously though... This is my 2nd time dining here and honestly I can say I will continue to return here every time I visit Las Vegas. The staff here treats you like royalty and the food is exceptional. The wine list is extensive and we always try to stay within our budget and get this lovely Chianti. Last time we got the burrata appetizer which is devine and this most recent visit we tried the meatballs and polenta fries.... DROOLING still! For my entree I went with the bucatini pasta and my husband always orders the veal which he raves to be the best veal he's had in his life. Bold statement. Both times we have gone for our birthdays and they make you feel so special with a handwritten card and birthday dessert to close the meal. If you go to Sinatras... make a reservation in advance because this place is always slammed and do yourself a favor and dress up - not only is it receommended but you will feel so fancy in this beautiful restaurant. read more

I booked because I was looking forward to a quiet, relaxed evening with soft Sinatra music crooning in the back ground. Instead it was loud and noisy. I didn't think it was particularly attractive restaurant at all. My 25 dollar Cesar salad was no better, actually worse, than any other Cesar I've had. I've had excellent ones at chain restaurants. The bread was not stellar. The pasta dish which was 45 dollars was bland. The crab stack was atrocious, the scallops (was there 3?) were good but the risotto under it tasted off. Some of the flavors were so off I wasn't sure what I was tasting. I really just wanted to leave. I was very disappointed in the food and for the price point it's unacceptable. The dishes should run 15 -20 dollars max. Our first night here and one of the worst meals. Our waiter was fantastic. A very nice and helpful man. read more

Dinner at Sinatra was everything I was hoping it would be. Before dinner we sat at the bar waiting for our table. I'll have what Frank would have had, Jack Daniels, neat along with a Peroni Nastro Azzurro Italian Lager Beer. Wife had a split of Chalk Hill Chardonnay. We enjoyed our drinks and talking with the bartenders. I specifically requested a table that wasn't too close to others. So many times as a couple restaurants try and seat you at two tops in a long side bank seating, side by side by side by side. You're basically having dinner with two other couples so close you can't help but to hear ever word they say. No can do. Been there too many times and we never enjoy ourselves. Sinatra got it right and put us in a back part of the restaurant away from the main dinning room with just a few other tables nicely spaced from each other. The service was stellar. Great waiter, great support staff, and most importantly great food! Good bread service with whipped butter. Insalatina dell' Imperatore* $24.00 caesar salad, anchovy, Parmigiano Reggiano, croutons Veal Parmigiana, $74.00 thinly pounded veal chop, melted mozzarella, pomodoro sauce Side of Spaghetti with pomodoro sauce, like $12.00 I think. Panna Cotta with fresh berries and whipped cream. Complementary I think for our anniversary. Everything was excellent. Sinatra is such a lovely restaurant with gorgeous decor, high ceilings, and of course the excellent music of Sinatra himself. I was part of a party of 5 and we had a reservation for Saturday at 5:30. We were seated promptly and I was shocked to receive a handwritten birthday card from the restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious starting with the bread basket! There was an onion focaccia, orange, cranberry, and fennel loaf, and a ciabatta. They were served with whipped basil butter. I have a shellfish allergy so I can't speak to some of the dishes, but my friends loved the lobster risotto! I had the vegan caesar salad and the vegan agnolotti which were the perfect pasta pockets of mushroom. The staff was so attentive and courteous, providing wine recommendations, offering tiny stools to place our bags, and making sure the food came at a good pace. For dessert they gave a free tiramisu! To start the complimentary bread might be the best I've ever had in Vegas. It's baked fresh daily by the restaurants own personal baker and served with whipped and salted butter. I had to get two portions to take home! For entree I went with the osso bucco and it was melt in your mouth delicious. The meat was so tender and flavorful, I would highly recommend trying it! Everything on the dessert menu looked great but the ice cream with flakey Carmel crust was a hit! Service was excellent and our waitress Stephanie made us feel so relaxed and taken care of. Get another outstanding celebration of life at one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. The evening started with raspberry limoncello drops and Sinatra Smaches. Oh yeah, there was an old-fashioned as well. We then moved onto prosciutto with the freshest melons I've ever had followed by gnocchi, Osso Buco, steaks, and linguine with clams. Hello. First of all, thank you for your service. Also I was disappointed with your service. The front desk staff's guidance was the worst. I remember her name was Jacqueline. When we arrived earlier than scheduled, all she was saying was to come back later. There was no extra room or guidance to the lounge bar. And we arrived just in time for the reservation, but it took 20 minutes for us to be shown to our seats. Other teams that had been booked in the same time slot as us arrived later than we did, but they were assigned seats faster. Oh, they were all white, and we're Asian. I sincerely hope I misunderstood. It's not just Jacqueline her fault. She was young, and she would never be a manager. The problem is the manager at the front desk. The food was delicious but not special. To give you a piece of advice, you need to improve your understanding of truffles. The truffles we were provided had a very weak scent. In your case, in the summer, you need to consider providing a good quality winter truffle from Australia. Or you can keep good quality European autumn and winter truffles and use them all year round. Anyway, it's a shame that the scent of truffles was very weak. Frutti di Mare was great, though. I'd like to give you a piece of advice here, but I think it's good to explain that the sauce has added a bisque sauce. Oh, don't people in the States know much about bisque sauce? Agnolotti and Ossobuco were also delicious but not special. And it was very difficult for Primimenu and Secondimenu to come out together. There didn't seem to be a basic procedure. The server and other hall staff provided very friendly service. And the front desk staff didn't even say goodbye when I left. Isn't it basic manners to say goodbye at Sinatra? Had a 'wow' experience here last week I won't soon forget. Hosted a dinner here with 2 other colleagues and Sinatra caught my eye based on the description (the classic/cool vibe it was giving, and of course the tie-in to Sinatra), a front desk attendant's recommendation when I pressed him on what really was the "best" dining choices at The Wynn...and simply because I L-O-V-E Italian food. I assumed that with a themed restaurant there may be a touch of corniness here but absolutely not the case here. Start to finish, everything was practically flawless. Delicious cocktails, food, dessert, service. Fresh and delicious is the name of the game here when it comes to all the cuisine, and then some. Standouts were the items that read simple/standard, but were anything but. Prosciutto with THE most perfect melon I've tasted in my life (no exaggeration; I've never had cantaloupe that juicy, perfectly balanced/textured), my risotto cooked spot-on with generous portions of lobster, the wine, the cocktails...even the dessert. I was the only one interested but convinced my party to order what looked like the pièce de résistance of the dessert menu. This dessert may cost $36 but it serves 2 (per menu)...or 3 in our case. Our server was kind enough to split for us and it was the right tasting portion for each of us. Comes with a bit of a performance (lighting the box on fire)...sounds cheesy but was done elegantly and added some fun to the meal. One of those experiences that really stick to you. I'd say many other upscale Italian spots in the area (even outside of Vegas) would pale in comparison to one here at Sinatra. Bidding adieu to Carbone, etc. I will definitely be back. read more

I'm calling it..... this place is overpriced and a overhyped. The food is good (of course), but way overpriced. Everything is à la carte (nothing new on the Strip) but it's just too much. I know you are paying for the experience and ambiance, but I can't justify $50 for a serving of lasagna. The cocktails were great, but just too expensive. My wife and I ate an entrée each, split a salad and had a cocktail each. We paid over $200 + a good tip. The wait staff was amazing and we had a good time, the pictures on the wall and music is great but it doesn't justify coming back. Also.... we were sitting there, enjoying our very expensive dinner and drinks, and a guy comes in the restaurant with a large and hairy dog! . See my picture of the "service dog". I love dogs, but when I'm paying $200 for a meal, I don't want a hairy dog 20 feet from the kitchen. If he had a real need for the service dog, I understand, but it seemed like it was just his pet. What a hidden gem on the strip. I dined here during a work trip and it was all around delicious. The service is top notch -- the servers are attentive and thoughtful. The decor is elegant and high end, it definitely feels like fine dining Italian. We got appetizers for the table: burrata, prosciutto, meatballs. Everything was fresh, tasty, and perfectly seasoned. They also provide complimentary bread and whipped butter. I loved the focaccia but the dried raisin/orange peel bread was the surprise hit. For my main dish, I ordered the branzino. I also tried a bite of the halibut. Their fish is cooked so perfectly I wish I could eat it everyday. A hidden gem inside the Encore hotel! We enjoyed a lovely Italian meal in an upscale setting. Service was excellent and prompt. Our server even recommended some shows for us to attend in the future. They gave us complimentary bread, with three different types. We loved it. I ordered the spaghetti and clams, which I was a bit skeptical about. However, it was outstanding and I would order it again. Great flavor combination, and clams aren't my favorite. These were perfect. My husband had the lobster risotto, which was a delicious and rich dish. We shared the fedora chocolate dessert, which tasted as good as it looks in the photo! It was extremely gritty and didn't taste very fresh. The branzino was pretty bland and the chimichurri served alongside it was very parsley forward but lacked balance. The best entree I tried was the osso bucco, very savory and tender. For dessert, we tried out the panna cotta which was silky smooth as well as the tirimisu which had a great coffee flavor. Because of the misses with two dishes I gave this place a 3. If you are going to pay this much for food, it should be fresh and flavorful. read more

Dining alone at the bar is generally hit or miss. My experience at Sinatra's was a huge hit. I can count how many times in my life a bartender has come around the bar and placed a napkin in my lap (zero, until now). Both Rich and Greg were personable, professional, and genuinely caring. Being vegan is also often a challenge, but Sinatra's has it covered with several choices. I had the vegan Caesar and Gardein chik'n Parmesan. Both delicious and my plates were cleaned. What an experience!! As you walk to the grand entrance your greeted and can enjoy a drink while you wait surrounded by some of the most iconic pictures of frank Sinatra. Sinatra Smash which is Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Whiskey, cassis, housemade vanilla infusion, muddled blackberries $22 while I waited for my table. The drink was a perfect blend and great start to the night. The walls were decorated in large pictures of mr Sinatra really exuding his big bold presence. As we got seated the room was so grand and filled with his memory. Not only did they pull out a seat for each person but brought a mini seat for all the ladies purses. It was beyond cute and very thoughtful. To start a fresh mixture of breads and hand made butter awaited to be devoured. We shared a Caprese salad and a Caesar salad. Both beautifully plated and just as delicious. We also ordered the pólipo appetizer which is Mediterranean octopus in red onion with fried capers roasted in a red pepper emulsion for $32. To go with dinner we shared a bottle of 2018 Castello di Monsanto Chanti. The waiter recommend the ossobuco "my way" which is braised veal in a saffron risotto Milanese gremolata for $60. Every aspect of this experience was as upscale and memorable as Mr. Sinatra. What a wonderful experience and perfect dinner before the concert located inside the Wynn. read more
