This place is incredible. I love that they put a fun spin on traditional bagel flavors. It's pretty small inside, but I've never had an issue getting a table. There will likely be a line and there will definitely be a line if you show up on a weekend after 9am, so come early. I like that they have a menu on the wall near where you line up, so it's easy to see what's available because the flavors do change. They also offer coffee, but there's a spot next door that I prefer. I've tried a number of their bagels and they are all good! I enjoyed the Zaatar, but I think my favorite is the roasted onion, poppy, and Parmesan. Either way, you can't go wrong. The bagels have a nice crusty outside and a soft interior, they do it right! They also offer a number of flavored schmears and a breakfast sandwich, but we tend to go classic and let the bagel shine. This is the spot!! Definitely worth a try if you are remotely close by, we even think it's worth the drive from Beaverton.

Sincerely Bagel is a Korean-inspired bagel shop serving up some unique and delicious bagels. To get here, street parking will be your best bet and there is a lot of around the neighborhood. Inside, they have a cozy setup with about 5-6 tables for seating. For their menu, they have a solid selection of bagels to choose from and different ways you could create your own sandwich. Wifey and I opted to go for the Ham, Egg & Cheese Sandwich on a Kimchi Cheddar Bagel. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Every bite was delicious, we will be back forsure next time we are in the area!

So happy to finally get to try their creative and Asian-inspired bagels! I love how well-balanced their flavors are. You would expect the different unique flavors to clash but they're all subtle enough to work well together. The bagels themselves are on the doughier end but do have a nice crust on the outside. I do wish they would toast them justtt a tad more cause I like toasty bagels. The sandwich I made was a Kimchi Cheddar Bagel with their new Truffle & Pepper Schmear, Pork Roll, and Souffle Egg. The slight acidity of the kimchi was refreshing. The schmear was also light and whipped, rounding out the whole sandwich well. Both the pork roll and egg souffle were fresh, tender, and fluffy! Super delicious all together and definitely one hell of a breakfast sandwich. But my favorite combo so far is probably their Roasted Onion Bagel with the Calabrian Chilli Schmear! Perfectly savory and aromatic. Endless delicious permutations you can make here. Staffs were lovely. Space is cute and the line moves fast so be sure to check them out!

This is a spot that you can go to again and again and not get tired of it. I love their sourdough bagels and the infinite amount of options for bagel bases and schmears. A favorite is always the cheddar kimchi and I always like to check out their most recent seasonals. Looking forward to my next trip back!

Ever since visiting New York and having bagels over there, I've been on a hunt to find something just as good back home. That's when one of our friends told us about Sincerely Bagels, and I was so glad they did! Offering unique flavors to their bagels, it's done with care and precision. The bagels themselves have a little airiness to them and the schmeer was packed with flavor but not overbearing. We wanted to try the kimchi bagel, but they ran out when we got there, mind you we arrived an hour after they opened. So if they says something, let that sink in. I'll definitely be back to hopefully try the kimchi bagel. Place has limited seating, but they do offer tables outside that allow you to enjoy the PDX and a good morning spot to hang out with company.

Super small bagel shop with limited seating. I would highly recommend coming early in the morning so you have a better variety to choose from the staff was very friendly but did not ask any questions or explain the menu very well.

Great place to get breakfast bagels. Big portions and shareable. Friendly service. Busy place so be prepared to stand in line. Nice place to sit down and enjoy your meal in the morning. When in Portland must try!

THE BIG: Located in the Laurelhurst neighborhood of Portland and shares a wall with the pie spot. Snug and cozy bagel spot that has some asian inspired items. Street parking available. THE BLACK AND WHITE: I was staying with a friend and he recommended this bagel spot to me. They have some interesting bagel combinations. The one that stood out to me was the chili crisp bagel. I got the cheddar & kimchi bagel with eggs, cheese, and microgreens along with a chili crisp bagel w/ spicy scallion spread. Both were delicious however I did think the chili crisps bagel was too fried and the exterior hard as I was eating it. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Ultimate for two bagels, we spent around $21. Pretty pricey but to be honest, pretty delicious. I'd come back again to try more of their stuff.

Yummy soft bagels! This store is so cute and the line always goes by super quick. Limited outdoor seating, mainly indoor seats with street parking. The Kimchi Bagel is so niche and delicious!! Love topping options and opportunities to customize your bagels

The cutest Asian-owned bagel shop! I love their Korean inspired schmears and hope they come out with more interesting flavors! We got the Rosemary Evoo Maldon salt bagel with raspberry and green onion cream cheese on the side. They can toast up the bagel and it was interesting bc instead of slicing the bagel in half, they roasted it intact -- which I ended up loving bc the outside is all toasted and crunchy and the inside was steaming, soft, and chewy. We just ripped the bagel in half and dipped into the schmears. I've been thinking about this bagel ever since I've had it and can't wait to go back!!

Sincerely, Bagel. I don't even know where to start. I am quite the critic when it comes to eating out, as I always expect a high quality-to-price ratio. Sincerely, Bagel blew my expectations upon first bite! I've been to a variety of bagel locations throughout my life as it is a great easy breakfast option, but Sincerely, Bagel easily surpassed all others (to the point of neglect). I first tried their bagels in July and have not stopped thinking about them as my go-to bagel location (I've been a handful of times since then). The selection does vary due to demand and production, but I have not been disappointed with any of the bagels I've tried thus far. The first time I tried Sincerely, Bagel, I got a Za'tar & EVOO bagel with regular cream cheese (you save a few cents). WOW! I never expected to have a reaction to a bagel as I did with this one, it had a crispy exterior, was seasoned generously, and provided a soft interior with a perfectly textured cream cheese. The later times I've gone, I've tried the Rosemary & EVOO bagel and the cheesy garlic bagel with the scallion cream cheese and the garlic and herb cream cheese. While I realized I may not be a cheese bagel type of girl, I did enjoy all selections greatly. The price for a specialty bagel along with a flavored cream cheese is about $6.50, but I believe it is worth every cent (including additional tip). I have not been able to thoroughly assess and describe their product as I typically do with other food places as I eat the product too quickly. I do know that the process that they are consistently delivering with their product is spectacular and has not disappointed me at all (staff have been different multiple times as well). Sincerely, Bagel is definitely worth the visit and price for me (which is very rare)! It intrigues me to the point of interest in their baking and preparation process. Typically when visiting, I'm in a rush or taking out, but they offer a nice seating area with a few tables, chairs, and a bench! There is often a line (but wasn't once), which can take some time to get your item (I would assume an average of 3-4 minutes per bagel as the wait time), but it is definitely worth the wait! They seem to perform to perfection with all varieties of bagels (whichever suits your preference). If they had a stamp card, that would be dangerous and I'd suddenly become an early bird! My only complaint is the early closing time (as most other bagel places have), because I can eat a Sincerely, Bagel bagel at any time.

    Exterior - cute :)

I actually saw a critical review of Sincerely Bagel that made me want to come try it for myself. They opened in early 2025 so they're pretty new. They serve sourdough bagels with Korean-inspired flavors. Of course they have traditional bagels/schmears too. You can also get a bagel sandwich or other pastry. I'm not a bagel critic (or some might say bagel snob) - but these were good! Crunchy crusty exterior, chewy doughy interior, and fun flavors. We tried four flavors: plain, zaatar+evoo, leek+sesame, and of course kimchi. Staff was friendly and our bagels came out warm, quickly. This place seems popular so I imagine there is usually a line and they do sell out some days!

    Kristine L.

Very unique bagels like zaatar & evoo, leek & sesame! I got the kimchi- cheddar bagel with egg, cheese and microgreens. I thought the bagel was too soft and not crispy but the sandwich itself was delicious! For over $10, this bagel sandwich was pricey, but it hit the spot. The egg was soft and the bagel had alot of flavor. The cream cheese are very unique as well. I loved the spicy scallion schmear. Staff is very nice and overall quick service.

It was comfortable with low lighting and the space didn't feel loud or crowded. The service was fantastic with several people visiting our table throughout the experience for various reasons, all incredibly friendly. The food itself for this particular event was Korean fried chicken, caviar, truffle fries and bubbles. Everything was great but the fried chicken was some of the best if not the best I've ever had. It came with the caviar and 3 other sauces (I'm a sauce guy!) which were all fantastic. We also ordered bread pudding for dessert which was not a part of the prefix and all agreed it was insanely yum! I want to go back for brunch and I will definitely keep an eye on their special events to go to more knowing how great they are! Only note is they are in a small strip mall and have a very small parking lot, so prepare for street parking nearby.

Had a rough start. Walked in to the side of the restaurant where you can't see that it's an order first, then sit down place. A staff member, who we later learned was the chef, waved his arm in the general direction of the restaurant and said "We'll get you a......" and then trailed off as he saw a friend, made a beeline over to him, gave the guy a big hug, and then proceeded to completely forget that we exist and have a lengthy conversation. So now we're standing partly in the restaurant with no idea as to where we should be. So awkward. I almost turned around and left, but finally a waiter directed us to a seat and said he'd bring menus by so we sat awkwardly until we realized we would have to go up and order. He never did return with those menus. Although the food was delicious, the whole experience left me with a terrible taste in my mouth. To be treated like an inconvenience by the chef himself is beyond insulting. He sat for the entirety of our meal at his special table, entertaining people and greeting those that came by to grace him. The whole thing just was elitist, awkward, and frankly, rude. The quality of the food is still not enough to bring me back based on that kind of experience.

Yunomi offers a small work area with 3 tables and a countertop space, but if those tables are taken you are out of luck :(. So far, I have tried their banana hojicha, black sesame hojicha, double matcha, jasmine matcha, and oolong matcha. Of all the drinks, I recommend getting the double matcha- creamy, not too sweet, perfect taste of matcha in one drink. Yes, the cups are small, but for me the quality overrides the size (plus I am a sipper not a chugger so it works out). I'm not sure why Yunomi doesn't have the crowd or the rush as some other matcha places in the PDX area have, but I am not complaining because that means more delicious matcha and good street parking spots for me! Highly recommend visiting Yunomi for a sweet treat if you are in the area!
