Our group of 6 was seated promptly at our reservation time. My appetizer was a wedge salad and warm rolls. My entree was filet mignon with shrimp, grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes. All were very good. One of our party had the prime rib that appeared grey and was said to be cold and undercooked. All other entrees were enjoyed. Everything is a La carte from the wedge salad to any topping you might want on your steak. The desserts are exquisite. The atmosphere is classy with low lighting, comfortable chairs, cloth tablecloths and napkins and elegant flatware. Very clean. Table service was excellent. Pricey. It's cheaper then Vegas but not by much. I would return on special occasions.

This is truthfully a 3.5 star review-I rounded up:) It was tough to get a reservation, as they're only open certain days. I'd left a message for them on an 'off' day, and when I finally spoke to someone, they had my reservation, but I'd not received a call or email to confirm. Steaks we're good. One entree for our party was wrong, so it had to go back and that person had to wait, of course, for their corrected order. Beverage prices, including wine, is very reasonable, though the selection is not extensive. Staff are nice, though it's not an overly organized operation. It's a steakhouse, so if you're looking for light, vegetable options, or vegan, you'd be best elsewhere . Added sIdes for the steaks are HuGE, so beware more than one person can share one.

Ummmmm joined the dinner late, so I can't comment on the total experience but the food was decent. This is one of the nicer places actually located within the casino. Wine was good, but they close at 10pm, which I thought was odd; granted my group did walk in 10 minutes before they closed. Went with filets; they were cooked good and as expected. Just so so experience, but maybe after losing money in the casino jaded my taste buds as well as my perspective. I may need to give this place another try.

Surf and turf was awful, but winning $2500 made up for it. I should have read the reviews first. Staff was nice. The drink was ok.

For what you get as far as quality and portions go, it really isn't that great. The food is mediocre at best. I was not very impressed.

I spoke with a very friendly young lady who made changes to the reservation for us over the phone. We entered into the restaurant from inside the hotel area of the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort. The hotel is beautiful and the ambiance at Ruths is a comfortable fine dining. Surprisenly they wern't busy for a Friday evening. Our waiter, Michael, came over shortly after we were seated and brought us a bottle of the 14 Hands cabernet for around $60. We wern't starving so decided to share the wedge salad, had a 8oz petite filet each, and a side of asparagus. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious, however, my steak was very undercooked and had to be sent back on the grill. I asked for medium rare to more on the rare side since I really don't like overcooked steak. It came back out very quickly and was still slightly undercooked but was still very good. The service was excellent, food was very good although very pricey, and the staff were all friendly and professional. I would definitely go back.

We were a party of four and ordered cocktails and for the most part, they were fine. One person ordered chardonnay and received sparkling wine but this was corrected as soon as it was mentioned to the server. One person had the crab cakes which were good and the rest of us ordered the pre fix menu which included a 6 oz. filet with shrimp, salad, a side and a small dessert. This pre fix dinner was $55 two years ago but like anything else that has increased in price, it is now $71.

In years past Isabella's has been a fairly nice break from the standard resort/casino bar and buffets reaching up to 4-5 stars. There calamari was previously very good whereas during this last visit it seemed really pedestrian. The rings were deep fried alongside whole pickled cherry peppers filled what I'd guess to be mascarpone. The bruschetta was so so as was the service. The prices are however very fair! For my entree I ordered the NY strip and their garlic smashed. The steak was cooked properly and the mashed potatoes were garlicky but could've used a touch of cream. They were a little too pasty and translucent. My dad had ordered the risotto of the day along with the salmon. He liked his salmon and we both tried the risotto which was more of a kitchen sink risotto offering sausage, mushrooms and a host of other ingredients (honestly, our server just kept adding things to the list that I'm guessing the chef needed to use up). It missed the mark. That aside, whenever we're at SEC we always eat at Isabella's at least one night so I'll return to see what has changed on the menu on my next visit.

He was friendly and personable and took a genuine interest in our experience. I enjoyed the shrimp and pasta as well as the delicious focus bread made there daily. My only suggestion for improvement is some the wines by the glass elections were unavailable with no replacements. Therefore the selection was limited.

It took over 30 minutes to get my order ( after waiting line an additional 20 minutes). The chicken was so dry it was like jerky there was a couple parts that were so crunchy I thought I bit bone. I even pulled it out of the sandwich and tried to eat it as a chicken tender. The ranch had so much Dill in it it tasted like tartar sauce and not ranch. There was a small dollop of macaroni and cheese (mushy as all get out!) on it definitely not what they show on the picture! The fries were soggy and tasteless. The bacon on the sandwich was barely cooked it was flabby. My friend got the bowl with the macaroni and cheese base chicken tenders bacon and green onions he had like three pieces of chicken small cut up it was ridiculous. The service was terrible. I saw three people bringing their orders back when I was waiting in line and I wondered why, now I get it! I will never go there again and I was really disappointed because Guy is one of my favorite people and I really thought everything looked great on the menu but what you get and what you see up there on the signs are definitely not the same.

The staff was very friendly and on top of things. Our waitress was warm and welcoming with just enough attentiveness without being overly intrusive. She was also accommodating to my beverage choice dilemma. Thank you! The food was all delicious. We split the Ruben with onion rings ($3 up charge). The Ruben might be one of the best we remember. The flavor was great, it was not greasy or soggy from too much toppings. The onion rings were also very crispy without being burnt. The coating was thin and fully covered the onion. We also shared the Ruben egg rolls and they were delicious as well. The only thing is they were two egg rolls cut into 6 pieces, which seemed a bit pricey. If you want a Ruben, you might just want to do the sandwich. The beverages were reasonably priced with a good variety to choose from. The inside was clean and they have plenty of seating. They have some unique seating arrangements and a small game area. They also appear to have an outdoor area, which was only used for the patrons who smoked as it was too cold to sit outside. We are definitely going to be going back. I would recommend this place to anyone.
