Dr Hahn and the team provide exceptional care and are super gentle, thoughtful during all the procedures, cleaning, x-rays and exams. I also am paying a one time yearly fee for the services provided which I believe is very reasonable since my insurance did not cover this office and other PPO Dentists. After weeks of hearing nothing, I called my insurance company myself in July and learned that the authorization had never been submitted. From what I was told by Cynthia the office was planning to terminate its contract with my insurance and there wouldn't be enough time to complete the procedure. If she would've submitted back in May, we would've had plenty of time. instead of informing me or submitting the authorization as promised, nothing was done. Had they simply been upfront, I could have found another provider much sooner instead of waiting nearly two months in pain and uncertainty. To make matters worse, every time I called, I had to deal with Cynthia. Unfortunately, my interactions with her were consistently unprofessional. When I called to ask that the authorization be resubmitted because required information was missing, she argued with me telling me that there would not be enough time to complete the procedure before they no longer accepted my insurance and ultimately hung up on me. I've had several prior authorizations approved without any issues, so this experience was especially frustrating. Because of the office's lack of communication and failure to follow through, I now have to start the entire process over with a new dentist. Patients deserve honest communication and timely handling of insurance authorizations. Sadly, that was not my experience here.

Their technology allows them to create a crown in about 35 minutes, which means the entire procedure can often be completed in a single visit. While appointments may last around two hours or a little longer, it is well worth it to avoid multiple visits and temporary crowns. I am truly grateful to have found a dental office that genuinely listens to its patients. The entire team takes the time to explain each treatment plan, review insurance costs, and discuss your individual case so you fully understand your options. I found him to be arrogant and disrespectful…read more He humiliated me in front of his staff by shrugging his shoulders after I asked him what could be done about the ill fitting bridge he placed in my mouth! When I explained I had been biting my tongue and my cheek, he told me "that's a soft tissue issue" and told me to go to a periodontist! From the minute he placed this bridge, I told him it was too big! It was uncomfortable and I felt like I had a wad of gum behind my front teeth, and it even flew out of my mouth at a Christmas party last year! I waited six months to see if it felt any better and when it did not, I went to another dentist for a consultation. He agreed the bridge did not fit well and even contacted Dr. Babbitt to see if he would refund my money so it could be done properly. Dr. Babbitt refused to give even a partial refund and believed his work was perfect. Now, almost one year later, I need a root canal on one of the abutment teeth because the bridge does not fit right and bacteria made its way inside. I have been in excruciating pain for two weeks now as I try to gather the money for a root canal and another bridge. Lastly, my roots were exposed and I noticed they were discolored. I was told by Dr. Babbitt this was caused by brushing too hard and that it was just discoloration. I was NEVER told that what was actually happening was that my roots were decaying due to dry mouth caused by daily use of Flonase! He even said that because you couldn't see my gums when I smile, it isn't something that needed to be fixed. Had he emphasized that my roots were decaying at an alarming rate and I would need to fix the problem sooner than later, I would have made that priority and NOT gotten the bridge that I really didn't need. Base your decision to see this dentist with whatever information you have, but beware that this could happen to you too, so choose wisely.
