The first time we came here we bought a Cal King mattress for the master bedroom of the first home me and my husband bought together here in Orange County. Fast forward 4 years and we're buying a Full mattress for our guest room because we have our first baby due next month and need a comfy bed for our parents/nanny to stay! We were hoping they had a record from our previous visit. They unfortunately did not but Thomas was able to discern our exact same mattress choice from last time in about 3 questions. We even test laid down a couple to make sure but Thomas was spot on. He was super professional and very helpful and we loved getting another mattress from here because the quality is amazing and the price is fair. He also took the time to go over every aspect of the sale from the return policy and warranty to some fun facts about the business and competitors generally. We completed everything in about 30 minutes and are on the delivery schedule for tomorrow :)

We tried so many of their beds, tried different pillows, and talked about how they are made and the differences between the mattresses. Lo and Andrew helped entertain our 16 month old so we could really try out the beds. They went above and beyond! We opted for the plush single sided Arroyo as it had just the right amount of density and movement to easily settle in. The prices are higher than your online or memory foam mattresses, but the comfort is definitely worth the price. And the all natural materials are safer for our baby. You also have to try the shredded latex pillow. It really elevated the experience and we ended up getting two and will likely go back to get a few more!

I'd recommend parking near the Nordstrom area or in one of the outside lots, where it's usually easier to find a spot. I always love coming to the Irvine Spectrum Mall. The mall has so many incredible stores, and I love the architecture of each one. I stopped by Purple to shop for a mattress, and as one of the best high-end mattress stores, it did not disappoint. Everything is super comfortable, fluffy, and perfect for any preference or vibe. When we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who were friendly but not pushy. We were able to try everything at our own pace, and they even provide pillowcases to test with the mattresses. I'd definitely recommend stopping by the Irvine Spectrum Mall and checking out Purple, it's a great experience for both shopping and comfort!

We love shopping here, in fact, we prefer this entire section of South Coast Plaza better than the main mall. Better parking, more accessible stores, and they have most fun Christmas tree over the holidays. Macy's always has good products, although they can be expensive. We found an easy chair we wanted but then found it at another furniture store nearby for about 1/2 the price, so make sure you price check everything. I wouldn't buy a bed here for that reason, unless you know for sure it's a really good deal. They also tend to take longer than some other furniture stores, but they offer free shipping on most items. The home section, especially for kitchen/dinning is well laid out, and has a great selection. The holiday's is where they really shine if you're looking for seasonal settings. This store also has Macy's Toy's R Us that seems a little larger than your average Macy's. Of course, there's your standard Starbucks that you can find in most Macy's.

Avoid Natuzzi Italia at all costs…read more I waited FOUR MONTHS for a $7,000 piece of furniture, only to have it arrive damaged. That alone would have been frustrating, but what happened next was absolutely outrageous. The delivery team told me they had been instructed by the store not to point out the damage and instead wait to see if I noticed it because they didn't want to replace the piece. Think about that for a moment. Rather than being honest with a customer who had already waited months for delivery, the apparent plan was to quietly deliver damaged furniture and hope I wouldn't say anything. This is not a discount furniture store. This is a company charging luxury prices while apparently operating with a complete lack of transparency and accountability. When you spend $7,000 on a single piece of furniture, you expect quality, integrity, and customer service. Instead, I got damaged merchandise, a four-month delay, and what felt like a deliberate attempt to conceal a defect. The damage wasn't caused by me. It wasn't discovered after the fact. The store allegedly knew about it before delivery and chose to send it anyway. That is unacceptable. If a company is willing to handle a $7,000 purchase this way, I can only imagine what other customers have experienced. The entire experience has left me questioning the ethics, professionalism, and customer service standards of this business. Luxury furniture should come with luxury service. Instead, I received damaged goods and treatment that made me feel like the store hoped I would simply accept being taken advantage of. One of the worst retail experiences I've ever had.
