It is a fast and convenient drive thru coffee shop. The ice coffee and smoothie is decent. I would love to see more items on the menu.

If I want a cold drink this is my favorite place. I don't drink hot coffee but my family says their hot coffee is excellent too.

We stopped by around 11:00-11:30 a.m., thinking the morning rush would be over, but the place was still packed. After trying it, I can definitely see why. They had already sold out of all their pastries, which says a lot about how busy they are, but the coffee was amazing. I ordered the iced maple salt latte with oat milk, and it was so good. My son got the bourbon caramel latte, and he loved his too. The shop itself is small, but there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. What impressed me most was that there were only two employees working, and they handled the crowd incredibly well. They kept things moving, acknowledged customers as they came in and when it was their turn to order, and were still kind and friendly. The café was also very clean and well kept. For there to be only two people working and the crowd they had at 11 o'clock, I'm sure it had probably been busy all morning. Even so, everything was clean and organized. Great coffee, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Also, I would say this place probably has the best cafe matcha in the High Desert. Compared to everywhere else, the matcha flavor is strong and smooth, but it does taste homemade. The taro latte could use a lot of work. It tastes like melted vanilla ice cream. It can take a minute to get your drinks and order, but I think it's totally worth it to support the local businesses.

Her personality is infectious, she's friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the whole visit feel special. Give that woman a raise! On the food side -- wow. The Perks Panini was amazing, seriously one of the best I've had. Perfectly pressed, great flavors, no notes. And then there was the 32 oz carrot cake drink... out of this world doesn't even cover it. I don't know how they packed that much flavor into a cup but I was not complaining. I could drink that every single day. This place has great food, great drinks, and even better people. Perks has officially earned a regular customer. Highly recommend!

She saw us walk in, and it took about 5 minutes before she acknowledged us and said she'd be with us. We honestly didn't mind waiting at first, but while standing there we could hear her personal conversation on the phone. At first we thought it was work related or maybe she was taking an order, but she was actually giving someone directions on how to post photos on her damn IG .SMH. When she finally took our order, one of my friends asked questions about the drink she wanted, and the employee was pretty short with her answers. My friend ended up getting what seemed like strawberry milk instead of the coffee drink with strawberry foam/syrup she expected, so unfortunately her drink was kind of a mess. Me and my other friend got the Seattle Freeze, and that was actually really good super delicious. We sat down and about 10minutes later she went right back on the phone. Another customer came in a couple with their kid and this time she clearly saw them walk in. The customers stood there waiting and looking at her, but she still didn't acknowledge them. Then she says whoever she was talking to on the phone..." Oh...customers just walked in" when the customers had literally been standing there already watching her. This is unprofessional ..customers were not a priority at all. The wait itself wasn't the issue, it was more the fact that she didn't seem to care.

If I lived nearby, I'd probably set up my laptop there for remote work and slowly make my way through the rest of the menu. Shoutout to 21st Amendment Creamery and Bakery.

It was really hard for me to choose what to get, but I went with coffee cake (after looking at other reviews), blueberry and cheese danish, cookies and cream scone and a carrot cake cupcake with cream cheese frosting. So far I've only eaten the coffee cake while I've been enjoying the outdoor seating area and the ambience and the coffee & coffee cake were enough to make me want to leave a solid review!! Everything is affordable and I can't remember the last time I truly felt that way in recent times. Come support this local business and feel the value of your dollar for yourself and your community. They have lots of board games inside and books for sale, some for only 50 cents! I can't wait to come back with my kids for their ice cream and check out one of their trivia nights. No, I could place a second order to get the fried rice. Ok, whatever, I'll take the steamed rice. The Orange Chicken was like rubber. I tried to bite a piece in half and it wouldn't pull apart, so the whole piece went in my mouth and I had to use my fingers to pull it apart which was embarrassing on a first date! It didn't taste good either. I looked for a knife in the plastic silverware, but there was none. I then went for a bite of the rice and it was so stuck together that I really had to jam my fork into it. It had no flavor at all and I was not offered any kind of sauce for it. I got some salt, but it didn't help. It had obviously been in a cup and turned over on a plate (there was no bowl) so I don't see why they couldn't have substituted the fried rice. The carrots were rubbery too. The only thing half way good was the broccoli. I opted for water to drink because I couldn't see paying over $6 for flavored ice tea. I didn't want my date to feel bad for buying me such a horrible meal, so I managed to get a couple of bites down. He asked if I wanted a box. No, but I said yes, again not wanting him to feel bad. I tried the Orange Chicken again when I got home, using my paring knife, and it was still so bad that I threw the whole thing away. There were only 6-8 people in the place, but it was so noisy that I had to keep asking my date to repeat what he said because I couldn't hear him. I was looking forward to a new place to eat and the online menu looked so great... How sad.
