I have always liked Sizzlers food but this place needs a lot of TLC. The floors were stained and dirty and as my wife and I walked out the door we didn't even want to touch the door because it was so dirty from dirty hands over the years of touching it.. To the owner : you have a very incompetent manager, replace him fast if you want your restaurant to survive ! My family came to eat dinner last Sunday (Aug 21, 2016) at about 5:45 pm. The soup & salad bars were not replenished. I asked the server to replenished it and at 7:35 when we left nothing was done. I specifically asked for tortillas and non was placed. The salad bar remained empty and customers have to scrape the containers. The vegetable beef soup looks like it has been sitting there for a long time, it is thicker than the clam chowder ! Even after almost 2 hours nothing was done. The quality of meat was terrible ! The restrooms are DIRTY not maintained. This place use to be good, now it is a dump ! BAD manager, LOW quality meat, no soup & salad supply and worst of all - dirty, dirty, dirty ! Think twice before you waste your money in this restaurant. read more

This is one of the better Sizzlers. For the price, the freshness of the food, it's pretty hard to beat. If you want gourmet food and gourmet prices, go to a fancy restaurant. This is just good food at good prices (especially their clam chowder), beats all the fancy restaurants! read more

It was ok and it was Sizzler. The service was non-existent. And I should've known better but I asked for some melted butter for my broccoli and she brought it to me and it tasted like she just spooned it out of the deep fryer - like rancid oil. I get it that some low end places may not carry "real food" like butter but I would expect them to tell me that not try to pass off some transfat as butter. I've been coming to this sizzlers since I was a little girl. They have the bet shrimp ever and have great customer service! There endless salad bar is amazing and I would highly recommend coming here! I always leave happy an satisfied! Oh and there clam chowder is amazing!!!! read more

The only reason I gave this restaurant three stars is because the steaks were cooked well and the girl serving us was excellent. The food is good but the prices have gone up so much many seniors cannot enjoy the food. $50 for lunch is too far off for my budget. You use to be able to get a small steak lunch with the salad bar on the Senior menu. Now if you want salad you have to pay extra. Same lunch a few weeks ago was $36. (For 2). Let me start off my saying WOW! The customer service was excellent. I'm really big on customer service and the employees here nailed it. We came in with a party of 20. They were able to accommodate all of us with close seating. (So we weren't all spread out). A few of us ordered steak and baked potatoes. The steak was great for being only 10 bucks. It was cooked to perfection with lots of flavor juices running out of it. The baked potato was nice and soft. Normally when I go places they are slightly hard. Salad bar is always a plus and was nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back as the service was great and the meal was delicious considering the cheap price. read more

Went here with my Dad when I was in town and loved it. This is a Sizzler? I kept asking myself that because my previous experiences from Sizzler were average at best. We had the steak and lobster combo and it was sensational!!! The potato that came with it was cooked perfectly. My steak was done to perfection and the lobster was just excellent. I was a little confused when I first walked in, I haven't been to a Sizzler in many moons ! (lol). After finding out that you have to seat yourself I was good. One person stood out to me at this Sizzler and her name is Sylvia M. this young lady is an exceptional waitress!! Sizzler is Sizzler... I know... I normally wouldn't review on a chain, but for this one I will. This location is close to work so my coworkers and I have been here a few times before. It's got the basics and it's a good place when you're on a time crunch. Tried going here again today, but they had some meeting going on or something... there's already a small line ahead of us and you can tell they're from the same company (wearing similar uniforms, etc.). As we're standing there, more and more start walking up and they cut in line with each other! WTF! This isn't 10 people, this was more like 30 people. So annoying. I approach the manager to let him know, to see if he can just let us pay ahead of the huge cluster and all he can say is sorry. "Sorry... uhhhh... Sorry..." Like a 5 year old who spilled his drink. He wouldn't help us out at all and I'm sure we've given them more business time and time again than this group in ONE day. Need to get rid of Sizzler and put a Souplantation there lol ;) read more

Birthday weekend with a friend to Glen Ivy Hot Springs. Stayed at a hotel in Corona near this establishment. Have always loved Sizzler restaurant and since we do not have one close to us where we live, we thought we give it a try. First impression was fine. Nice girl at front takes our order. Next you move to the drink girl. She asks what you ordered. I say wine, Chardonnay please. She turns to the counter behind her and opens up the door. She pull out a bottle of wine that has about an inch in it, holds it up to show me and says...."this is all we have" Of course I say, you must have more? No we don't this is it.... The manager walks by and she says do we have anymore? He just shrugs his shoulders and turns away! Really? It's a Saturday night and for their beverage selections they have soda, wine and beer. Seriously alcohol says are key to restaurant sales. What a joke and the manager could have cared less! My two stars are for the fact the food was decent for what you pay and our waiter was very attentive and a great server. Will not be back! Go to Lonestars across the street!!!! read more

I havent eaten at Sizzler in years, Some reason this location was shut down for several months and I was stranded Friday night so I decided to try it out. Ordered the malibu chicken dinner plate that came with a baked potato, garlic cheese toast and SALAD BAR. I was amazed all for only 11.99. The chicken was so so, it was breaded oddly. Its difficult to explain but it was just OK. The best part of it was the cheese. Baked potato came with sour cream and chives-and it was a typical type you'd prepare at home in your microwave. Well, then I had the salad bar where I made a salad (duh) but nothing else there looked appealing-for example the overly fried chicken wings, taco bar, etc. I did really like the fresh fruit bar and had a good ambrosia fruit salad for dessert. The service however deserves 4 stars. The waitresses were very sweet and attentive, which is odd because the way they serve and distribute food is more cafeteria style to me but they were very accommodating to most diners' from what I could see and kept my soda refilled. read more

If you are a senior or add the salad bar to a meal it is a good deal, but $12.99 for salad bar is pricy compared to Sweet Tomatoes, which is fresher and has more choices. I never eat the meat in the bins-scary! The cottage cheese was a giant glob of mortor looking glop! The dressing were all thick and unappetizing! The food here is not worth paying for. It's bland and tasteless. The steak I ordered medium came out well done Twice! The third time it was rare. The rice pilaf that came with the steak was dry and not fully cooked. I ended up returning everything and just eating from the salad bar which wasn't that good either. I was excited to hear about the return of the "endless shrimp". Well stopped in to the corona location to give it a try. I remember it was great back when. Well ordered, went to find a table and get started on my steak and endless shrimp. Now comes the bad part. The first plate of food took 31 minutes to arrive at which point I was really ready to start on the shrimp. I asked for more ice tea and another plate of shrimp knowing they take a bit to get it out there. 25 minutes later the waiter came back and asked about drinks. I said yes please to a refill and bring on the shrimp. Another 25 minutes passed and he brought the plate of shrimp. As he was speeding away from the table I reminded him about my empty ice tea glass. Another 10 to 15 minutes and he came back by, I asked for a to go box for my wife who had not received any plates for the salad bar. Still no ice tea or shrimp. That is all it took. I was done. First time in years I left no tip at all. They suck in plain English. They deserve to be run out of town on a rail. I will never go back there.
