Sizzler has its nostalgic moments. One of them is the flavor of that steak, there's a particular taste in the char. Gotta say the meal was decent for the price. 6oz with side salad and a loaded mash for 19 bucks is pretty good these days. Quality was decent and the food was definitely satisfying. Quick kind wait service, had to tip properly. Place was packed - busy crowd for a Sunday.

I've only had Sizzler's twice - the first time was at different location a couple years back, but I recall they served a passable ribeye. However, after my most recent order, I'm certain I won't be getting food from here ever again - no matter what kind of promotion they're having. For context, my partner and I felt like having a movie night and we decided to just stay in and order delivery for dinner. We found a Doordash deal for Sizzler for 20% off and we decided to treat ourselves with a lobster and steak dinner. Don't make the same mistake - it's discounted for a good reason. It was easily the worst meal I've had in recent memory. To start, the lobster. The presentation actually looked pretty good and they way they took the meat out of the shell made it really easy to eat, which was nice. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else nice to say about it. It was incredibly dry - even dunking it in butter didn't help. It's also quite thin, which is disappointing when lobster tail is the main reason why this entree is as expensive as it is (my photo is probably kind of flattering since it's a top down perspective). Things get worse: the steak. This is definitively one of the worst steaks I've ever had. Small, dry, chewy, and extremely lacking in flavor. We also ordered it medium rare and - perhaps due to the pitiful size of the steak - got something between well done to medium well. It was so incredibly tough that my knife couldn't cut it, and when I tried to chew it, it balled up into an unswallowable meat mass. I actually had to spit it out and didn't even make it halfway through before giving up on the steak. It's the first time I've ever left a steak unfinished while still feeling hungry. The slice of toast was the highlight of my meal. Incredibly buttery and crispy. I felt tangible disbelief when munching on my toast thinking "wow, this is best thing I've had all night!" when I just spent 35 dollars on lobster and steak. But I'd give Sizzler half a star for their toast, though it's no secret that a ton of butter and bread in a toaster is rarely a losing combination. Overall, my meal left me wondering if "terrible food" was a valid reason to seek reimbursement for Doordash support. I guess I'll just consider this meal the cost of a lesson well learned.

Hadnt been here in years but needed a bite before a Forum concert that was walking distance. Got a lot of food for my $ 29 - salad bar was stocked and my steak was made to my specs - WELL DONE ! Only negatives : no discount for local workers and I never saw nor was I offered the complimentary cheese toast pictured on every table.

Every time my wife and I go to this Sizzler in the middle of the week we always get great service and great food... They used to give senior discounts on the bill, but they stopped. I don't know why but we always order the same thing steak and shrimp and the double lobster, and for the price it's almost the best in the city... Let's hope they bring those senior discounts back.

Sizzlers never fail. The food is always fresh and tasty at a great price. Our server was courteous and upbeat. The atmosphere was quiet. But the bathroom was filthy. Overall we had a good lunch. I would love to have given you a 4-star but the bathroom was unsanitary. Management, please please keep your bathroom clean.

Back to back orders via delivery. The first order didn't end well as I was delivered the wrong person's order. The second go around was even worse. Didn't pack the banana pudding I ordered- it just felt like the items were all just smashed together in the bag but the grand finale was the medium steak being rare on the inside and burnt on the inside. Had we actually been at the restaurant it would have been a situation where we would have sent it back for another one. It's a lesson to remind me that it is not the Sizzler of my youth. read more

I have not been to a sizzler in many many years, and it looks the same (its time for an update on carpet and furniture). Salad bar was what caught my eye, looks really good. They had all the goods for a great salad and they had a pretty good tomatoe bisque soup that went well with the new luck luster cheesy bread. Its not the same cheesy bread I remember. I did appreciate the use of electrical outlet, I'm conducting field work and this is important for me. Not alot of people, was a plus. Right across the street to The Forum read more

Because of the Forum and stadium traffic, you should totally be better staffed. Two cashiers at your registers. The line was out of the door and a few folk behind us walked away. THE CHICKEN.... burned.! Now I am dark skinned...the chicken may have been just as dark.! The lettuce at the salad bar looked "old". And may I add... THE DECOR.! Needs to be CLEANED or replaced. Right along with the dirty mop that was right outside the kitchen. Please this place needs a deep cleaning.! Fast. read more

the cashier was perfect! the servers refused simple assistance such as locating Tabasco. they very rudely said "ask your waiter "we still had trays attempting to eat our salad bar n soup before receiving the emtres only to have the older bald man flip his hands n stated "you just have to wait " as he waved us off! I finally went to the cashier after 15 minutes n the same man ignored her request n she stated " they are ignoring me too". so I waited as she asked another four time n they handed her a bottle of watered down Tabasco. Yes they brought the chicken wings back. Elena is the most professional, friendliest waitress. She is very attentive always coming around with extra napkins, she ask you is there anything else you need every round. Make sure you sit in her section she is the standard of EXCELLENCE. read more

I've been a loyal fan of Sizzler for years but never again. I got the tri tip steak and the quality was the worst I have ever had. It seems like they changed the meat for a cheaper alternative type. It's horrible that my Friday had to go this bad. I don't know if it's just this location. Prices also went up but quality went down. Do not come here. Maybe try a different location. Fortunately my mom was able to get a refund on her steak. She also noticed the huge difference in taste. Unfortunately I ate mine after a long day of work. I did not have the energy to complain. read more

Me and my coworker visited on Friday evening. The cashier names Simone is very rude and dismissive to customers. She's NO help at all. If you ask her anything she'll just stare at you with a frown on her face. She was more worried about her cellphone than helping customers. I waited 15 minutes for a baked potato and some shrimp. Finally she asks The kitchen and they told her they gave it to her . She had it behind her on the counter for 15. No apology or nothing just threw it on the counter to me. Simone shouldn't be in customer service with her bad attitude. She should be bussing tables and away from the customers. Worst experience I've ever had at sizzler. read more

Hands down one of the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. This place is terrible. Salad bar was a mess, booths weren't clean, and employees are not helpful. I ordered about $40 worth of food for dine in. First sign of trouble was the waiter "Ramon" giving me attitude when I requested 2 slices of toast. After he delivered the food he never came back to check on me and I had to leave my table at least 3x to retrieve things he should have brought. The food was subpar and seemed old and microwaved. I couldn't finish about 70% of the meal due to time constraints so I waved Ramon down to ask for to go boxes. He then proceeded to tell me how I couldn't take the remainder of my salad home. I've never been told this before but ok, whatever. He then gives me ONE tiny box to pack up all of the food I had left over. When I asked for a second box he again states I can't take my salad. I already said fine, I can leave the salad, but I still need another box for the rest of the food. He refused! I had to go to the front and ask for a manager! The manager wasn't very helpful either and all in all is was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I will never return to this terrible location and plan to tell everyone I know to avoid this disgusting establishment. read more

They've changed the famous bread sadly now they're only seasoning it on one side now and that actually makes a huge difference I regret paying more for because it's not good anymore. They forgot my drink The baked potato was also burnt, the steak was just ok. They used to be really good but they've definitely fallen off. read more

The absolute worse sizzler ever do not recommend the drinks are nothing but syrup and they had people digging in the food trays with their bare hands and the employees watched and did nothing we even told the employees and they responded with insults and sas and a while buch of attitude and they tried to be smart and rude by fat shaming my little brothers by taking the ice cream flavor of vinilla and while trying to do so broke the machine the food arrived late and at first and they took to long to refill the food bin also do not taste the banana pudding it was made with old ingredients I also saw them spit in someone's food read more

Second time I came into this establishment. Me and my girl gets the 2 steak(medium rare) and lobsters each. For the second time we came here and they gave us well done steaks. The first time they made our steaks well done. We ended up getting full and taking them home which we never ate them. So we came again today for the same exact thing to happen. We're hungry and waiting all day to eat as we are also going on a diet tomorrow so this meal was special for us. I asked to speak to the manager, she than treated me like I was trying to get a refund and I'm trying to work they system. When I'm really mad, because it happened before and it's such a waste of money to spend over $100 for food and not receive what we came for and to not be able to enjoy my meal hot and fresh like we wanted. She kept asking a lot of questions and being very vigilant with me. We got up to leave not eating most of our food. Piece of the steak, and all of the lobster tails as we're hungry. She stopped us and asked to give a refund. We waited 10 mins for her to give me $21 refund which was a joke. After we spent over $100 and didn't eat our food besides the lobster tails and a baked potato. It was laughable and I felt spiteful. I would never come back to this establishment and they made me look and feel bad in front of all those people like I was trying to finesse them. I ordered from Uber eats and wow the food had no flavor at all . I usually order chilies on century and it never disappoints but I tried to give sizzler a try and dang I regret it. I got the classic steak trio and the Italian herb chicken . The herb chicken was just a slab of chicken with no flavor or herb , it doesn't look like the picture on Uber eats what so ever it was just a slab of chicken with no seasoning or nothing . The classic steak trio was also bunk the medium steak was tough as nails with no flavor at all . The only thing that was good from the entire $60 order was the cheesy bread that's it . I'm going to stick to Chillies for sure their food smacks all the time. So disappointing with the quality of the food . :/ read more

Came here for dinner after the Rams game and someone from our party left their phone behind but realized quickly after walking out. He went right back in the restaurant to get the phone which had been left on the table to find that another server had picked it up. When he asked her to get it back she replied, "I didn't see a tip on the table so maybe I have it, maybe I don't." We weren't even sure if she was joking or not (she wasn't). Eventually she gave it back but... I'm sorry, what? Unbelievable behavior regardless of whether we left a tip or not. We did. The hostess/waitress Maria was very rude and the older Hispanic male manager at that 4:00 hour was obviously the reason she was unprofessional. After my full day of work in Redlands Post Office & 1 1/2 hour drive home, rudeness is the last thing I needed. Food for thought: Black people produce your revenue. read more

Our family loves going to sizzler. First time at this location, btw. I saw a baby cockroach at the salad bar and smashed it with a napkin. I told the cashier and showed her, and she was immediately embarrassed. She flagged the manager down , and I walked up to him told him what I saw. He said in verbatim " oh we fumigated the restaurant last night". My thoughts were, well why is this place open today? He's a liar, because I live around the corner and saw this place open! The lack of interest/ concern was disgusting!!! He went on to watch the soccer game that was on tv! No concern to apology, very in appropriate behavior for a manger. Close this place down! It really needs fumigation! Huge health hazard!! We left after didn't ask for anything just simply left! read more

I haven't been to a sizzler in more than 30 years. This sizzler surprised me. Went in to grab some thing before our concert, and I ended up getting a New York strip. The steak was juicy, flavorful, and really good. Salad was fresh and good too. Frank the manager is so awesome. So friendly and kind and accommodating. All of his staff was sweet and attentive. If I had to rate this place honestly I'd give it no stars. Before the pandemic my family and I would come here to eat. The food was ehh. Today we went to go eat the salad bar is not the same at all. The soups are super watery with out no taste i got upset and I did not want to eat there no more and my dads bread was hard as a rock and my moms salad was a bit brown. They do not have the tuna salad no more nor spaghetti. Luckily we got our money back but being near the forum they should work on their food better. read more

These tacos were so good. Great flavor on all of them but my favorite was the al pastor and pineapple. Great choice for small groups. ° Ceviche Camaron Con Mango - this was my favorite of the day. The flavor was so good and it was a large portion, it came with sliced cucumbers dipped in tajin on the side. The dish had avocado slices with mango sauce smothered on top. The Tostadas were made fresh. Loved this dish. It's a must try. ° Chips and Salsa - the salsa is everything. You can literally put it on anything and everything. I cant believe how good it tasted. It's smoky, mild heat with a good mild consistency. We put it on the tacos and it changed everything. I would buy this salsa!! We also added guacamole and heads up it could use some salt and lime to enhance the flavor so we added it in ourselves. ° Steak Fajitas - This plate was so hot and stayed hot the entire time. The meat was well seasoned and they give you plenty for one person. The tortillas come wrapped in thin paper to keep them warm and you get rice and beans with sour cream and pico. It's a must try. Really good. ° Baked Salmon Roll (Sushi) - The roll was big and had flavor you get about 8 pieces and the salmon is cooked table side with a torch. This gives you the option to cook the salmon to your liking. I chose medium toasted. It's a really cool experience. The flavor was great I would order this again. When we arrived at our table, they had a card signed by staff congratulating us, and it was a night to remember. Great food, great service, and the warm hand towels after my dad demolished the baby back ribs were the cherry on top! Our group also ordered the chilean sea bass, salmon, and bistro plate. 10/10. One of our final meals as a family of two was Valentine's Day 2026. It was our first time being seated indoors, and the ambiance was dim and romantic. The meatloaf special was fantastic! Fast forward to June 2026, and we brought our 3-month-old son to his first NIck's meal (unfortunately, he could not partake) and to celebrate my husband's first Father's Day. On this reservation, I put in a request for outdoor seating that gave us enough room to park our stroller and car seat, and they were able to accommodate that. They were also understanding when me and my husband were running a few minutes past our reservation time due to fhe baby, and we appreciated the flexibility. Noise level was moderate, but definitely quieter outside. If you get nothing else from this review, just remember this: ORDER THE WARM BUTTER CAKE. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT. I normally only drink coffee once a day, but I came here three times in one day, and every visit was amazing. Their Banana Matcha is hands down the best I've ever had, and the Espresso Tonic with real fruit purée is just as good. The croissant and bagel were both delicious and generously filled. The space is huge, with plenty of tables and couches, making it perfect for working or just relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they're open from 5:30 AM to 11 PM, which is almost unheard of for a coffee shop. Now whenever I'm in the area, I can't help but stop by. One of my favorite coffee shops in LA.

I've been here about four times now for breakfast, lunch, pastries, drinks, and even to work remotely, and the food has been consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The menu has a nice variety without feeling overwhelming. I had the chicken salad, and the chicken was tender, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. The drinks are great, and the pastries are good too -- I'd personally love them just a little softer inside, but still enjoyable. The space has good energy, comfortable vibes, and gets a nice breakfast and lunch rush, which says a lot. Front of house could use a little more support during busier times, but overall, this is a Latino-owned local spot worth supporting. Pedro and the team are doing something special here. Good food, good vibes, and a place I'd definitely come back to.

UPDATE!! In Sizzlers attempt to make things better they actually made it worse and I actually lost gas in the process! After sending a long detailed report to complain about this situation I received an email from Frank S. He apologized for our experience and offered to take care of a meal for my husband and I. After speaking with him back and forth via email I realized that he was only talking about taking care of us being able to use the coupons!!!!!! Then, he emailed me saying that he was going to contact the manager at a different Sizzler closer to where we live to make sure that they knew about what was going on and what we were receiving. We drove all the way down to the Sizzler and went inside ready to order and the general manager said that Frank never contacted him so there was nothing he could do! ARE YOU KIDDING ME SIZZLER? Being super hungry my husband and I waited in our car well we tried to get in contact with Frank or anyone from Sizzler customer relations which they happened to never answer their phone ! I will never come back ! I recommend no one go! They treat loyal customers like crap ! UPDATE AGAIN!!! WE WERNT EVEN COMPED ANYTHING! WE WERE ONLY ABLE TO USE THE COUPONS THAT THE ORIGINAL MANAGER SHOULD HAVE ALLOWED US TO USE IN THE FIRST PLACE! THEN THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US FOR CHEESE ON OUR BURGERS! I SAID NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT! I've worked in restaurants for years before becoming a real estate investor , when a situation like this occurs you offer a nice comp meal with a smile. I am extremely disappointed with our recent visit to Sizzlers, particularly due to the poor management displayed by Jorge. I brought my elderly parents, and from the start, the experience was frustrating. The cashier and manager provided conflicting information regarding the pricing of the salad bar. When it came to the final bill, Jorge overcharged me and refused to acknowledge what he had initially stated. He even refused to apply the senior discount to the salad bar because he somehow determined, by sight alone, that my parents were not seniors. When I raised this issue, instead of addressing it professionally, Jorge rudely banged on the wall menu in front of us. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This is not how you treat customers, especially when the rest of the staff, including our waitress, was wonderful and attentive as usual. It's unfortunate that such poor management is tarnishing the otherwise good service we've come to expect. After speaking to other elderly customers, it seems that this is a recurring issue in the area, which is very concerning. We will no longer be recommending this location and won't be returning due to this experience. Very dirty restrooms as well. read more
