Many things were messed up. I asked for a refund for missing items (mac n cheese for my son) they charged me 2 of them when i only asked for 1. Manager claims that she could not give me a refund because the cashier left for the night, which makes no sense, you should know the numbers of your cachiers (seemed to be so lazy), but i didn't want to argue, just wanted to feed my son. The mac and cheese was so WATERY, i can swim in it. One of the steaks was so small almost a steak for a 4 year old and was burnt!!! The cooks are lazy! Did Sizzler make a comeback or did it never leave the building? I have Childhood memories at Sizzlers and it was always a treat. The cheese toast was amazing and this is where my love affair with endless salad bar buffets started. Fast forward all these years, I will confidently say that the salad and hot buffet is still one of the BEST! There have Mexican food with carnitas and all the fixings you'd expect. Mayra Sepulveda (or maria) is the employee that locked the doors 20 min before closing. We knocked showing her the time and she came to the door and yelled at me and my family telling us to leave because they weren't making anymore food. Although the salad bar was completely open with dozens of people inside. She pushed friend off the door to close it and allowed multiple people inside after yelling at us. I was pleasantly surprised today at the sizzler, gentleman who took our order gave us a warm greeting, ordering was quick and he asked us if we were going to the show, we sat down at a clean table the waiter brought great fresh buns and so delious cheese bread! After about 15 minutes they bought our 4 burgers good tasting cook exactly to order with hot crispy French fries this meal really good and very well priced. I go out a lot mostly to high end expensive restaurant this sizzler is so good in so many ways, they also have a great salad bar which looked great. This location is pretty good. The parking can appear to be a bit tight seeing the way the restaurant is located. I love the fact that the restrooms are situated by the door and nowhere close to the dining area. Customer service at this location is okay, it isn't the best. Some of the team members act as if they haven't gotten out of the wrong side of the bed. I asked one team member for the key to the bathroom on October 6th of this month and she gave me a very funny look and told me if the restroom is locked it's because someone is occupying it. This isn't my go to location to be honest. I rather travel further out to enjoy food from sizzlers. This location needs improvement in the aspect of customer service. read more

Dirty tables, no one picks up. The floor was dirty, and it took 30mins to clean the table next to us, but only after customer asked multiple times. BATHROOM has a sign, saying they pride themselves on a clean bathroom BUT it was disgusting, no seat covers, trash everywhere, and it was trashed when we got there and still the same when we left, even after they were told. the reason the rating is 3 stars is because I went with a small group. we all chose the soup and salad bar. we have frequented this site. the salad bar was spot on. but...........the soup was AWFUL. diluted to the extent it had some flavor. very thin and not usual from here. the soup choices were tomato basil, clam chowder and chicken noodle all no taste and watered down. it seemed they were stretching the servings, BAD IDEA. management needs to fix this. the price increases and quality on soup has in m estimation hit bottom. please correct this. read more

The food is decent but the prices are wayyyyy too high. $25 for a very small portion of a steak and all you can eat shrimp. Couldn't even get the salad bar or that would have been $30 or more. Plus I had to bus my own tray and refill my own drink. But as I said, the food is decent. I like salad bars and they have more than just salad so I enjoy coming. I went to this location some two weeks ago in August 2020. As i was awaiting the order i happened to peak in the kitchen, watching the person preparing the food. To my astonishment, the individual grabbed a number of the cheesy breads with his BARE HAND IN THIS DAY OF COVID and put them on each order. I spoke to the manager about this and all he told me was the food preparer sanitizes their hands. Since this Sizzler along with all the other locations are going out of business there's no way that I can give them I bad review. I've been eating at this particular Sizzler for fir over 30 years. I'm still trying to accept the fact that the franchise has decided to close all their restaurants. This Sizzler is located directly across the street from the Forum , so needless to say if you vine here on the nights that there's an event taking place at the Forum the Sizzler will be packed. I love that they offer a value menu, a kid's menu, and a senior's menu. Regardless of your budget the Sizzler has something affordable for you. I order the 1/2 dozen large fried shrimp plate along with one side and the endless salad bar all for only $13.29, is that a desk or what? All in all I've never had bad service here. The parking lot is small but they offer valet service. Hurry and get in there before it closes!!!!! read more

Bad food really nasty service is okay but not good quality food, food looks weird looking , tastes don't recommend

We were looking for a place to eat for lunch around this area and found this Sizzler. There aren't many restaurants around this area and so it wasn't surprising to find the parking lot crowded for this place. They offer the lunch special of $7.99 (your choice of chicken, steak, or sandwich plus a one time trip to the salad bar.) I found the salad bar at this Sizzler did not have a lot of selection. Also if you get the one time trip to the salad bar this means that you don't get the soup (it seems the soup is only included if you pick the all you can eat option). I also noticed that there was only one slice of Malibu chicken included with the order. I'm not sure if this was because it was lunch versus dinner but in the past at other Sizzler's the dish always included two (which I always had to end up taking home since was too much food) Anyways $7.99 is an OK price to pay regardless. You get the one time trip to the salad bar, a main course, frozen yogurt for dessert and a drink. Ooh the one thing I did like about this place was the strawberry lemonade. They have real strawberries mixed in with their lemonade. It was very tasty and sweet. Lastly, for all you sports lovers. They have a flat screen TV that is turned on to ESPN. Best sizzlers I been to. Went here before going to the Kiss show and I was Shocked to find the place well stocked,cleaned and well staffed. Managerand supervisors were working as well. Food was fresh and warm and staff was fast quick and efficient. Very good! First time I got taken here I was surprised. I really liked the lobster! The salads were good and I'm not a salad person lol. Basically the sea food items on the menu are really good even the deep fried shrimp. The ketchup or sauce they provide with makes it super BOMB. I enjoy going here it's a peaceful environment too. The drinks are good especially the lemonade. The lemonade is my favorite one and every type of flavor of lemonade there is. It's a perfect restaurant for any occasion or any time of the day. I haven't been to this Sizzler in over 10 years. I stoped in on Friday Feb 7th around 3pm. The date and time is important because this shift of didn't take care of business in a professional way. There was a small girl behind the cash register with big glasses. No smile. Like a robot. I ordered the Rib Eye steak. I ordered french fries. She asked me if I wanted vegetables. I told her yes. SO steak french fries and vegetables. After sitting, the waitress spoke with my wife, never gave me eye contact. She looked like she was mad about something. I noticed 2 other servers, both men. I remembered one from way way back, still working there. They both smiled as they served their guests. Our server brought bread to the table for my wife; she ordered a salad bar. This really where the real drama started. I asked my female server if my order came with cheese toast. She says, "Yes, I can bring some bread for you." I asked again if it came with cheese toast; didn't want the other bread. Yes, was the answer. She said she would bring it later cause it would get cold if she brings it now. I told her I just wanted to know if it comes with my meal. I wanted extra. She looked as if she didn't understand. I told her that's ok, forget it. She later brings me a basket of the cheese toast. Technically she didn't slam it down, but she was kinna pissed; like she was upset, and didn't want to be bothered. Again, no friendly, or eye contact. When she returned with my meal, I asked her would she be bringing me my vegetables. She said my meal only comes with french fries or vegetables, not both. Obviously this is incorrect or these is a communication issue. I made the most of my meal. I will definitely NOT be going back soon. I read a review from another person about the service was great?! When I used to come to sizzler the menu was a little different, the menu has definitely changed since then, but it is still good. I don't know if they still have the bread rolls that they used to serve at the table, or maybe it was toast, but I always enjoyed my time there regardless. When I first went in I ended up ordering one of the seafood and steak combinations, and was very pleased, although next time I get this I would probably opt to get the bigger size steak, but overall it was good and the lobster was great. The greatest part about this location is that the Forum is across the street for those that are hungry before and after the events. I expect this place to be busier when the Rams come to their new stadium in Inglewood. Unlike most restaurants of its nature Sizzler makes you pay for your food first as well as look at the posted menu. Also the Endless salad bar is like a mini buffet with various items. You can get the salad bar alone but it is cheaper when you buy an entree. The burger was ok but I have experienced better. I can make better burgers. Also most places have better burgers. The salad bar hit the spot. I just now found out that carnitas as well as corn tortillas are now an option!! Good to know. Yes, this Sizzler does get a bad rap because of the clientele that frequent this location and that it is in Inglewood but this Sizzler still holds a place in my heart as well as most Inglewood residents. read more

I am seeing for the very first time why this Sizzler location/restaurant is receiving an overall poor 3.5 out of 5 rating from its reviewers, mine is a one (1) because it can't be lower or a zero. We were looking forward to a dinner out last night 10-21-2019 at this location because it is across the street from the Forum and upcoming Rams and Chargers (new) football stadium and close to our home. So we gladly gave it a try our best. Little or no service later after we took a seat with our original plate(s), the Sizzler server came by about 10 feet from the table shouting across the dining room "I know I missed your first 2 requests for a plate, I totally forgot, let me get you one." And "one" plate it was. The same server "forgot" us again for a 3rd party and never once returned to our table. This was after only our first self-serving from the "endless" (that's about right) salad bar. So I walked up for the 2 of us to the main cashier and politely asked for 2 plates. "Two?!@!," the cashier retorted in front of another paying guest? YOU came in by yourself. Here is ONE (1) (plate), I don't want to get in trouble (with my manager)." This in itself was awkward and completely uncalled-for manner toward me, her paying customer at Sizzler. She gave me one (1). I don't know why I felt obliged but I responded calmly, "My dinner (guest) is with me, there are two (2) of us." The cashier shouted at me she could give me just one! The (other) can come from (your) server! she screamed. I couldn't believe this behavior. I thought to myself this was not an unreasonable request I made to the main hostess/cashier for a replacement plate for a return trip to the salad bar. And it was NOT unreasonable. Her behavior certainly was unreasonable. My knee jerk reaction was to plop my plate on her counter and walk off! At that point my partner saw I had no success with simply getting a fresh clean plate for both, so he assertively approached the kitchen and got 2 new plates. Note: Can you believe it took this kind of step from again, a paying guest, to go to the COOK to get new plates at a Sizzler, for heaven sake! Note: The said 'server' never once returned to our table for the duration of our visit. We chiefly lost our appetite and didn't return for more plates. Would you? We just thought to ourselves this is bad as a dining out experience and we really want you, the reader, to see this review and decide for yourself whether you want to be mistreated like this at the Inglewood Sizzler, or ANY Sizzler for that matter. cc: District Regional Manager/Director, Sizzler Restaurants, Southern California Note: So sadly disappointed in Sizzler for accommodating and allowing this poor customer service and disrespect toward paying customers.
