A little sad because we came to celebrate my mother's birthday. When we ordered our food, we were actually rang up by the General Manager and I had asked if they would be able to help with a birthday cake. He said yes, so, shortly after we were seated I went to the car to get the cake, candles, and by random chance they would be unable to light the candles, a lighter. Our food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Toward the end of our meal, we reminded our waitress that we had a cake that we brought but at the exact time a family friend brought a surprise cake to our table and I think our waitress thought that was the cake we brought (I can easily see the confusion). So as we were waiting for the cake we brought into the restaurant I think due to being short staffed they weren't able to light candles or even take it out of the Stater Bro box. It was wrong of us to assume that there would be enough staff to do the cake and sing for us. Especially during a busy time and pandemic. Overall, food was good and our server was nice. read more

I have been coming to Sizzler for many many years and every visit I'm always looking forward to see Miss Jackie. She has been my waitress for the past 17 years, and no matter the day or how busy they are she always greet u with her contagious laugh and beautiful smile.. her service is superb and the her attentiveness to her customers is more on point than waitress/ waiter I've experienced. In addition to the great customer experience, their food seem to be getting more flavorful every year.. this is probably one establishment where I don't have to pour steak sauce all over my steak. Just spoke with the manager Ramon at Sizzlers about my Postmates order. No we all know Postmates delivery isn't cheap with all of their unnecessary fees, so when you order, you think you're paying to receive some good food. Well... not this time, no fault of Postmates. So, I ordered a Caesar salad with extra dressing. What I received was a salad with old wilted and brown salad leaves and NO dressing at all. The carrot cakes I ordered was tasty minus the completely burnt bottom. Ramons suggestion was to contact Postmates and let them know. Since when does Postmates prepare the food?! I do not recommend ordering delivery from sizzlers because you never know what they're going to get! read more

The shrimp and salad bar are wonderful. The shrimp had a crunchy coating and were succulent on the inside. The salad bar was stocked with a good variety of choices plus a side bar with tacos, chicken wings and spaghetti with sauces also a variety of soup choices. Every so often the family and I wax nostalgic and have the need to hit up Sizzler. It's definitely a not so guilty pleasure of ours. AYCE salad bar, Certified Angus Beef Cuts, and Unlimited Cheese Toast. Where can you go wrong? It's not fine dining by anyone's standards, but it's nice for a relatively cheap lunch or dinner where you can be waited on for a nice change of pace. Service is always good here, definitely earns repeat visits. The highlight of our most recent was our server Manuel. He was appeared to be the only server for the entire dining room, and yet he was very attentive to everyone, brought our food out quickly, was quick to refill drinks, and doing it all with a great attitude and a smile. Recent visit I. 7/5/19 Went for lunch and place wasn't very busy. What i have noticed the past few times we have gone is that they always change the server. We started out with a great server but 30 minutes into are meal we were given a different server who wasn't that great. Slow with refills, had to ask for napkins a few times before we got any, dirty plates left on table. Another problem keeping salad bar area filled. Had to wait for a few items & also had to wait for a staff member to mix the salad. If you offer a service make sure you have enough staff to do that job. Oh and my biggest pet peeve, bringing the tip tray to the table waaaaaay before we are ready to leave. Sorry but if you being my plate to the table & still see me eating don't bring me the damn tip tray !!!! read more

What a nice surprise to find a Sizzler restaurant nearby again. We lost ours close to us (Redlands) through the COVID shutdowns. And what an even more fantastic surprise to find a FULL salad bar which is unheard of these days. KUDOS to you for not being afraid to serve food at a full salad bar again, despite lingering Covid infections all around. LOVED the atmosphere and the colorful inside and beautiful ambiance. The food was AMAZING and very fast ordering procedure with multiple order entry stations. Very efficient. My only suggestion would be to clean the women's restroom better. The floor was extremely sticky/dirty. To me, that says something about the cleanliness of the restaurant, and I would highly recommend more attention to keeping the bathrooms clean. So let me start by saying that I Have Not been a fan of any Sizzler establishment since the early 2000's but we recently moved to Moreno Valley and was surprised that this place was here. I jokingly told me husband to bring me here for Steak and Lobster then decided to see what Yelp said. Reviews were mostly good so we came. The food was good but the service from Yanet is the reason I'm even on here. It was closing time so some things were almost gone on the salad bar. The 2 things that I wanted but decided I could go without due to the time, was made fresh at the direction of Yanet and she offered them in To Go containers. It was a busy Sunday afternoon.... but was seated promptly. Then it happened!!!! Manuel was our server and was he ever great! You would have thought we were the only ones he was attending to! Engaging conversation with each one in our party. Attentive to detail and we did not have to repeat any requests. Our glasses were never empty and he made sure we lacked nothing. Manuel is the true heart and backbone of this restaurant! This man moves fast than the speed of life. At his age he moves faster than my teenage kids even with the chankla on their ass! You don't even have to ask for a refill on soda or shrimp his like like a stealth ninja because you will turn around and notice your food and don't even realize he even pass by! Came to Sizzlers today and a homeless woman walked in with us. I felt so bad for her and she smelled so bad however the manager who is new and a woman respectfully escorted her out which everyone appreciated. The manager could have been a total ______ about it but she wasn't so thumbs up to her!! Manuel was our server and hes always so perfect. Shoot, he even remembers to bring mints at the end of our meal. He's always on top of everything going on, we rarely have to ask for a refill cause he brings them straight away when he sees we're getting low on our beverage. Sizzler's has been of consistent quality and flavor for many years, even during our recent pandemic. It was always a nice place to meet friends and receive good service with a friendly smile. However, it's time for me to say goodbye. Why am I leaving? Well it's company policy that's driving me away. Do you Sizzlers' employees remember when your restaurants were filled with Senior Citizens on a daily basis? I sure do. I used to frequent Sizzler's at least twice a week and most times more. Then came the "Company Policy", No take out from the salad bar. I just want what's left on my plate. I'm not trying to take home a week's dinner or even tomorrows. I , like most seniors can not consume large amounts of food at a sitting and it takes longer to eat a meal than for younger folks. Anyway, I wish Sizzler management could adjust their policy and allow take out on at least plated food. Until then, I will miss you Sizzler. I hope this makes an impact. read more
