Sign on the door says open till 9:00 pm. I was there at 8:51pm and they refused to let me in. Manager was extremely rude and I told him you'll sign says you close in 9 minutes but he was adamant and stated we are already closed. My stepdad and I come here about twice a month, typically on a Sunday. The staff, everyone so incredible. You see Managers working, not standing but working and helping staff. They stop at tables to great you, just an incredible team of good people! The food is fresh, excellent offerings at every turn. We used to come here 20 years ago when they first opened this particular Sizzler because out of all the Sizzlers this one was the best one and it seems to still be the best. Our server "Alex" was great. She had a great attitude and was fast. All we had was the salad bar and it was good. There's a lot of options to put on the salad. I wish they still had the onion rings that they used to have (20 years ago) but they are long gone. We will definitely come back when we are in the area. read more

Having dinner with my family I noted that I hadn't been in a Sizzler in 4 decades. They all laughed because This is a regular and favorite restaurant of theirs. Located right by Sam's Club I had seen it and was curious if it was the same as it was back in The Bay Area decades ago. What I noticed was a great looking building both inside and out. What had remained the same was the line with the menu on the wall before you order at the register. Certainly, no complaints here because the line moved fast and the very friendly manager that took our order was more than efficient, he was polite and accommodating. Before I even returned from my 1 trip to the salad bar, steaks were on the table, along with that cheesy garlic toast that was exactly as remembered. My steak was perfect, but grandmas was a little under, it was swept away and returned a few minutes later, perfect to her liking. We had a server help with beverages and anything else we would like. This server was perfect and was exceptional at her job. If I only lived a little closer, I would make this a regular spot like my sister and Brother-in-law Lynn and Jeff do They love it and their recommendation was excellent. Been awhile since I've been to a Sizzler. The salad bar is very nice but a bit pricey at $20. You do get all you can eat chicken wings, spaghetti, salads, build your own taco and nachos bar, soup and desserts. If you get a dinner then the price goes down. Was a rather non busy weekend so that was nice. They replenished the salads and items quickly and kept our drinks refilled! Good food and service at this location.
