It's been more difficult to sit and enjoy a meal because of Covid. I chose the Sizzler because I was craving a steak and really wanted to sit and enjoy sitting at a restaurant. The staff was attentive and the ordering process was quick. They do have patio seatings which is shaded. Their location had a great breeze too so it did not feel like it was too hot! The food was pretty good. The steak was grilled medium rare which was awesome. I did think there was a little too much seasoning on the steak, just a little overpowering. The baked potato had a ton of sour cream and butter. If I were to go back I would request it to be on the side. I also upgraded with the request for cheese and thought they could have added more since it was an additional fee. Overall good experience, the food was filling and I didn't feel gross afterwards. read more

First time eating at sizzlers!!!! Place was packed on a Sunday afternoon. Line moved quick though. I asked for help and how the ordering and all that worked. You line up, pay either for a plate and for an additional charge to grab food from the salad bar...I only ordered my plate. Next you wait to be seated, your food and drinks come to you unless you paid for the salad bar then you can get up and grab some food. We were offered complimentary toast or buns...we couldn't decide and got both! The toast was crispy and garlicy! Yummm! The buns were sweet and sweeter with the butter! Delicious! The steak from my dish was flavorful and tender! *ask for specials* even though it was the weekend they do offer specials! A plus for me!!! Server was quick and super friendly! I had awesome food! Lets be real, dinner for two @ $77 is absolutely ridiculous for Sizzler. One Salmon dinner and NY strip, one salad bar and one Coke? Food was good, but certainly not $77 good. Staff was ok, clean etc.... But hey, basically $100 dinner for two. Won't be back, plenty of other options at that price. read more

Sizzler! This is one of our family's al time favorite restaurants. Anywhere we travel, we look for go-to family weeknight eatery. It's fresh and clean. This location did not disappoint! It's a little far from our home in Temecula but that might be a good thing! LOL The service here is wonderful from beginning to end. The salad bar is amazingly fresh! A HUGE must for me. And of course the choices are delicious and quite large. The steak and lobster is killer! Enjoy a night off cooking and still eat home cooked style food:) read more

It's been many years since I've been to a sizzler. Now I remember why. Good is subpar and expensive. The endless salad bar was $18.99 and the food wasn't good. Not enough food protein. The hard boiled eggs were super rubbery. Inedible. The kids meal of choice today was Mac n cheese for $10.99. Gross. So dry. Flavorless. My kids hated it and hardly touched it. Oh, and that complimentary bread? Also not good. Hate to be wasteful but we couldn't even eat it. It was clean, the salad bar was replenished often and the waitress was nice and overall super helpful and friendly. I definitely won't be going back for that salad bar or Mac n cheese. Stay away from those. read more

I have been going here for years with my family and have never been disappointed by the food or service. Jesse has been my server several times this past year and I always appreciate his kind demeanor and good attitude as well as good service. He always remembers to check on us and doesn't make us wait to clear plates or refill our drinks and has the mints for us when we leave. My children love the salad bar, my daughter loves the chicken strips. I have a restricted diet and can always Find plenty of options with proper labels like gluten free or nut free. They have the best broccoli cheddar soup! My dad loves the trio sampler with steak and Malibu chicken. My mom and I usually get steaks. I highly recommend coming here and bringing your friends and family. It is always clean and even when it's busy has fast service. read more

Went in on the later side of the day, everyone was still so nice and accommodating. Everything exceeded our expectations. The salad bar was CLEAN and still so full. From the moment we arrived, every step was made by staff to ensure a pleasant experience. The manager, Guillermo, saw us waiting in line and opened a register to take our order so we didn't have to wait (there was only one other party in front of us!). When we selected our table, a pleasant waitress immediately greeted us and brought us our beverages in minutes. We shared a bacon burger with fries, both made extremely well (the fries were extra crispy as I like). I noticed how clean the salad bar is, well stocked and well tended. The whole place looked like new, in fact! Guillermo checked on us and when my husband suggested that the restaurant offer a regular side salad instead of only the salad bar, Guillermo offered to comp us a salad bar trip. That was so kind! My husband was just wanting to make a suggestion, not complain! But Guillermo wanted to go the extra mile. We didn't take him up on the offer as we were sufficiently full, so he said he'd take care of us next time. How kind! We will definitely return. Great service, good food and an impeccably clean dining area and salad bar. Keep up the great work, Guillermo! We haven't gone out in quite awhile and decided tonight we will go to SIZZLER. (Of course you have to whisper the name). I had the salad bar while my husband had the steak and unlimited shrimp. The service was quick. From the cashier to the server (Veronica) to the manager Alex who I spoke to to tell him about our experience was wonderful. The building looked clean, fresh, upbeat, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I was impressed with the salad bar. Everything I could ever want on a salad bar and more. I particularly loved the spinach and strawberry salad. Oh so many choices! Then there was the sweet and sour chicken pieces. Yummylischous! Soups galore, and of course I can't forget to mention the cheesy toast! Oh my gosh. You know how when you go to a place where you haven't been in a long time and you remember how good it was but then when dinner is over, you say, HMMM... it's not what I remembered? Great service here and they keep their food at the salad bar stocked, clean and fresh. I paid close attention to their buffet food so that I could feel comfortable feeding my toddler. The staff did a good job keeping the food fresh and clean. Our waitress was quick and attentive to us. The food was NOT good...at all. Salad bar and the Malibu chicken. I would have rather had fast food. The server was great though. Honestly, we live 83 miles away from this location, and of all the places we have to choose from when we visit family down in Menifee, we ALWAYS choose Sizzler. We don't have Sizzler in the OC but I wish we did. And if we did, I would have picked up this location and dropped it in the OC. First and foremost, if your looking for a Ruth Chris, don't bother but if you are looking for great food, excellent customer service and a clean and welcoming restaurant, this is your place. So damn impressed! The salad bar was amazing!!! My wife and I enjoyed a great, great meal for under $50. Kudos to this location snd the team working in this location. Great job!!! read more

Service is 10 stars however came for lunch only. Spent nearly $20 each for "lunch special buffet". Price is way steep for it to be primarily salad options. Maybe if they had some additional options besides taco/ nachos or chicken nuggets (which were terribly dry). Seasonal items were delicious. Linda our server was amazing. Drinks always filled, bread kept coming out, and our table was kept clean. Thanks for being awesome. read more

I was in on Monday and had Jesse as my server. Speechless. I have never met a kid who was so passionate about his job. Food was great and nice and hot when it got to my table. For the past year we have been coming here on a regular basis with my Sister and Brother in Law. They have been coming here since it's opening. I had to write a review because seriously EVERY time we have went here the service has been AMAZING, they are extremely attentive, considerate, helpful and friendly. The food has been spot on! The salad bar is fresh, great variety and well maintained. The bathrooms are immaculate and the booths,& tables are clean and in good shape. After an excellent steak dinner that cost approximately $330, we brought out a small, pre-sliced ice cream Polar Pizza for our son's birthday. I began serving it myself because it was already sliced. The waitress then came over and, in a confrontational manner, announced that we would be charged a $25 cake-cutting fee. The fee may have previously been mentioned to my wife, but I was not aware of it when I began serving the cake. I understand that restaurants have policies, and a calm explanation would have been enough. Instead, the situation was turned into an unnecessary scene during our son's birthday celebration. Then another large male employee came over, stepped directly into my personal space, and angrily asked, "Would you bring beer into a bar?" He got right in my face without first asking what had happened or allowing me to explain. His tone and decision to get that close were aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We ultimately paid the $25 fee even though the staff did not cut, plate, or serve the cake. The fee was frustrating, but the confrontational way the employees handled the situation was far worse. Families considering celebrating a child's birthday here should confirm every outside dessert policy beforehand. In our case, what should have been a joyful moment for our son became an upsetting experience. It did not leave us feeling as though families celebrating with children were welcomed or valued. A simple and respectful conversation could have resolved everything in seconds. Instead, their response changed the entire mood and ruined what should have been a special ending to our son's birthday dinner. The food may still be excellent, but a restaurant is remembered for more than its steaks. After years of loyalty, the aggressive and disrespectful way this was handled during our son's birthday has cost them our business. We will not be returning.

I have never done a review before but I just have to give a review for Lee at Sizzler in Murrieta CA. He is BY LEAPS AND BOUNDS the best server we have ever had in our life!!! He did all the stuff that a competent server would do. It's all the extra stuff that was done and completely unheard of, on top of being a fantastic waiter. We were seated in the back area of the restaurant. He was being super attentive to all of our needs. Joking around with all of us and everyone else. There were 2 other large parties sitting back there as well. We saw him come out twice with a large sundae he made in a wine glass and sing happy birthday to both parties. He came over to our table and asked my daughter if there was a special occasion going on as we were a large party. She said "not really but today was her parents 27th wedding day." Lee came over to my husband and I and asked us what our names were. He then got the attention of the room, let them know who we were and that it was our anniversary. He then proceeded to have everyone sing a song to us that I can't remember. He gave us a handmade sundae and went back to taking care of everyone. About 20 mins later, he asked my husband, myself and the other 2 people celebrating their birthdays to stand up, while he led the room to sing Kool & the Gangs "Celebration." Then he came up to us and gave us a $10 gift card to Starbucks. He hugged us, again said congratulations on our wedding anniversary. Lee needs a huge raise!!! No one has ever made us feel so special. By far the best Sizzler I have ever been to. I came in with a party of 20 to celebrate my niece's birthday a couple weeks ago, and everything about the experience was perfect. The cashiers upfront were joyous and friendly and the manager that sat us, Adam, was very welcoming as he walked us to our table. Our server, Thomas, was one of the most professional waiters I've had in a long time, always greeted us with a smile and he made sure we were all taken care of, and not just us. From the looks of it, he had about 40 people he was taking care of at the same time, but he never let anyone feel forgotten. He also took the time to make a sundae for my niece and come out and sing for her. The food was excellent as well, I suggest trying the steak and unlimited shrimp, and the ambiance in the restaurant overall was perfect. We never felt rushed, forgotten, or overwhelming in there. The food is always good but the star of our dining experience the last time we were there was our server, Lee. Lee is was so amazingly friendly and welcoming. From the moment we walked in, the cashier was warm and helpful, and on the way to our table, two different staff members greeted us which made us feel really welcome. We were seated in Lee's section and he was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun. You could tell he brought a great energy to the whole area, and it made the experience even better. The food was delicious. We ordered the unlimited shrimp and steak combo which was definitely worth it. The sides bar was a highlight for me. I especially loved the broccoli cheddar soup, Caesar salad dressing, and of course, the soft serve ice cream. Julien was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive and friendly during our visit. I look forward to his service during our next visit. The food- you get what you pay for, but in a good way. The menu is pretty trim- not many sides or entrees. However, the entrees hold up pretty solidly when ordered with the salad bar. This is the gem of this restaurant- it isn't just salad. An absolutely stellar dining experience! From the moment we walked in we were INSTANTLY greeted with smiles and friendliness! My mom and I were celebrating our friend Vanessa's birthday and she was so happy with how she got treated! Lee was so kind and helpful in helping us decide what to order and continued to acknowledge and talk to us throughout our stay despite not being our assigned server. Jesse, our official server, did an amazing amazing job at staying on top of our refills, clearing dishes, and was quick to get us anything that we needed. He went the extra mile to make sure Vanessa got a birthday sundae and happy birthday sung; which made her day even more special. Our hibachi grill chef did more than just a normal show that many of us are used to but also talked with us and answered some of the small questions that we had. The broccoli I don't even think was steamed for more than a minute before you gave it "seasoning". The entire meal was awful and for $30?!
