Our server Lyndsey was absolutely amazing! My family and I are always hesitant to eat out because of the increase in prices and lack of good service, but boy did Lyndsey change our opinion. We will definitely be back to this location as long as you have great service like she provided. Never had to ask for anything! Brought my Husbands cousins (they flew in town for a visit) here for lunch! The last time they had Sizzlers was back on Guam. There was one location there for a long while and closed down in the early 90s. They had a great time! The manager (Matt) came by our table and talked with them for a while. Which surprised them. They both ordered the sirloin tips, my son orders the kids chicken tender, and I ordered the salad bar. They rate their steak and service at a 10 star! Saying that they haven't been to a restaurant where the manager stopped by to check how's the food tasting and continued to have an open conversation with them. My son is seven, he loved his tenders and fries. He said it was a lot, like, "a lot a lot". He totally exaggerated I enjoyed the the salad bar. Now that, that was a lot "a lot"! I started with a salad and finished with chicken wings and spaghetti with meatballs and sauce. It was a large selection! They also had a build your taco area, soups, deserts, and an ice cream machine with a selection of toppings! I may have missed an area or so...just know it's a pretty large "salad bar". read more

My son and I enjoyed dinner here tonight and we had an incredible server- Shelbee. As soon as we sat down she took our drink order and consistently came back to check on any little thing we might need. She also has a great personality which added to an enjoyable evening out. I always order the sea bass with vegetables and my son gets steak and jumbo shrimp. These meals never disappoint. We've been coming to this Sizzlers since our kids were little. Olga was a good server but the food is pure garbage. We paid $100 for two people. Why.... who knows. The food wasn't cooked all the way and if it was cooked it was over cooked. The guy at the front pressured us to leave a tip before we even met our server. To the point we had to re due the transaction 3 times because he kept "adding the tip option." Pricing is very hard to understand and honestly the guy at the front probably added things to the bill we never got. We were told we would get cheese bread, and didn't. The buffet was hardly a buffet. All the buffet food was cold or tasted horrible. Meaning I got tocos and the toco meat tasted like soap. We definitely will NEVER be going back. The BEST Service by Nancy at front counter where I ordered a Steak dinner with baked potato, and salad bar ToGo. Server Lee was excellent! He checked with Chef to insure my steak was to be cooked Rare (then when I am home it is not over cooked), helped me with Take-Out containers for salad bar, dressing and beverage. He bagged the order so food would not open or spill. He was smiling and friendly, helpful and excels at Customer Service! My dinner was perfect when I arrived home. I've been coming to Murrieta Sizzler for 30 years with my late mom and my dad, I never! I mean never had bad experience, of course over the years, there has been different managers, waitress and waiters, but they make sure they greet me always with smile, the past ones and present ones. my late mother loved sizzler and their staff. Even the food. I always tip because the service is Amazing! the ribeye meals and food are always nice and hot and Fresh. Granted the prices have gone up. But I seen other steak restaurant's serve low quality meat for double the price walking out with $300 bill. You can get two Great big ribeyes for $130. I won't go anywhere else.
