I love this sizzler. I've been going to a lot of Sizzler since I came to California in the 1990's ! It's spacious, it's clean, everyone greets you with a smile. From the employee who took my order to the bus boy, what ? Where am I ? Sizzler ? Murrieta not far from Pechanga casino and the wine country, Temecula. My steak and lobster was cooked to perfection medium rare, my lobster was yummy. Olga was our waitress, she was very good at her job, making sure we get everything that we wanted. I made sure to thank her for her service and handed her the tips in cash. Must stop by this Sizzler, the manager even said thank you on our way out, he wore tie and a white dress shirt. Blew my mind ! Why going to an expensive restaurant when Sizzler has all you can eat salad bar extremely fresh. Will be back soon. Had a nice top notch meal for dinner tonight at Sizzler. The skewered Steak and Skewered Atlantic Shrimp was to live for. The salad bar was fresh and the broccoli cheese soup was souper fresh. To top off dinner I enjoyed the fresh strawberries, watermelon and soft serve ice cream with chocolate morsels. What a memorable and delightful experience. Worth double the price I paid and would have cost me triple the price at a different establishment for the excellent Quality this Sizzler delivered on today!! I'll be Back !!! read more

When i first stepped in the lady who took my order was very friendly and engaging! Very rare in this world! What an amazing meal! Steak was cooked perfectly! I haven't been in a while but my mom goes 2 times a week so I thought I would go with her. As I said in my previous review I would come with her every week if you had breakfast. She doesn't do computers so I thought I would do her review. We are greeted with smiles and get our drinks right away. The food is always great and comes out hot. The employees are wonderful and I don't just mean my server Janet. Everyone from the cashier, manager, other servers, hostess or anyone else on duty treats me like I am their guest. Janet always makes sure to ask if everything was to our liking or if we need anything else not trying to push us out to seat her next guest. I could eat in my own town but I come here for the great food and the company. The place always clean and salad bar is always stocked. The bathrooms are cleaned and stocked always. Just too expensive for the quality of food you get ,as well as service. Make you order first with a line of people behind you while the cashier makes you feel bad for asking questions about the menu so when you get charged $85 for three people your left confused and wondering how. Then you sit down and eat food that tastes like it came out of the frozen section at the grocery store. Stale bread and ice cream cones. Cold food. If you like steak or sea food you get a salad bar $6 but if you don't like steak or sea food you have to pay $18 for the same salad bar. The whole ordering system just seems like they are trying to sneak charges past you, I don't mind paying alot for a dinner but I at least want to know how they are getting these numbers..... the cost of each item isn't even writen on the final receipt the cashier gives you. read more

Sherry the women in the front was amazing she was so cute and so sweet, and Dustin the waiter was great as well very nice..... aside from that .......the food wasn't !! We all got the salad bar and my husband and I both added on the new County fair chicken strips added on to our salad bar Bill was $90 . We got the chicken so fast was on our table before we were done at the bar and all of our chicken was COMPLETELY RAW ! Mine was a little better then my husbands but his was completely raw he eat one and when he noticed he immediately went and threw it up ! After we noticed we told our server right away and sent the plates back ! Then the manger came over to the table with $7 and apologized! In my opinion he should have refunded the ENTIRE bill amount the raw chicken changed our entire appetite and we didn't even eat . Nice people but no longer trust the food ! Outside: well kept, clean and plenty of parking. Inside: clean!!!! Spotless! Salad bar: amazing! They have everything you can imagine on a salad! Lots of selection, and variety. Food: delicious! The cheese bread kept coming and my hubby and mom loved their steaks! My kiddo got down on spaghetti at the salad bar. My grandma enjoyed the salad bar as did everyone at the table. I have to admit, Sizzler is never really on my go to list but the kids think the buffet is cool, so we gave it a try. This location is by far the nicest Sizzler I have even been, the building, cleanliness, staff friendliness and the food is actually good. No complaints! The service of taking away of dirty plates and refilling drinks was fantastic, those folks work quick! I personally don't need to order a meal as it is really not necessary to have so much food at one time with the salad bar. The salad bar is the way to go. Honestly to say Sizzler in Taiwan is never our first choice to go , so when I moved to the State , I have my doubt ! After couple times try here , Sizzler really amazing me ! I love the steak and unlimited shrimp, I love the sweet buns / cheese toast as well , service is on the point, the salad bar got enough variety, every thing is beyond my expectation!! So when I have friends from Taiwan to visit me , I always take them to Sizzler , because it's totally different here !!
