Since we normally frequent our local Sizzler weekdays, a weekend visit reminded us why we have chose the weekdays. Steaks and Chicken meals are served fresh hot off the grille during the week. The same items are served after the fact of being cooked in quantity, allowed to sit and continue to cook and dry out during the weekends. It's the same food, meal, but the entree' are not as moist, fresh and certainly not cooked to order. Yes, of course food can be returned to the kitchen but who wants to delay the remaining portion of a meal? Then there is the COST of each meal. As expected, everything in the food industry continues to increase and the meals at Sizzler are no exception. We appreciate their senior meal menu, but frankly what senior can afford cost nearing $14.00 per serving? Certainly the quality and quantity of each meal is worth the new increases but sadly it will restrict us to a bi weekly visit instead of weekly visits. All in all, our Sizzler is one of the few high end restaurants for common folks. read more

I have never been to a more friendly restaurant. I went there for lunch today with my Mother and everyone was so kind to her and me. Janet was our server and she knew what we needed before we even knew what we needed. She gave us the best service and I will ask for her every time I eat there. I've never been to Sizzlers before, it's not really advertised much, by I drive by this location quite frequently since it's by my job so I decided to give it a try. I'm so happy that I did! If your looking for some great food with excellent service, I recommend Sizzler. Took my family in for a nice meal and recieved better than expected. The server (Tommy) constantly checked on us throughout our meal unlike some other servers. Although he made several trips to the kitchen to accomdate my request, he did it with utmost customer care. I've lived in Murrieta for 15 years, and in that time I have found a few local restaurants that my family and I can always count on for a good meal and great service. One of those places is Sizzler on Murrieta Hot Springs Road, and tonight's dinner was no exception. Every time we dine at Sizzler the staff is friendly and give attentive service (we never need to wait for refills on our drinks, etc.) We appreciate how the manager, John Gagnon, seems genuinely concerned that guests have a quality meal and enjoyable experience, no matter how busy he may be. Our food is always served hot, the steaks are always great cuts cooked to perfection, the salad bar is always fresh and don't get me started on the garlic cheese toast! We had another great dinner at Sizzler tonight and will keep coming back for more. read more

I went to sizzler on Thanksgiving. I was surprised it was open. I hardly dine at sizzler but this one is really good. I have been to this sizzler multiple times already. The last time I was here I frequented the salad bar. The restaurant is really clean and the workers were warm and friendly. It seems like every time I come to this sizzler the line goes out the door. This time during Thanksgiving was no different. The line went out the door. I ordered the thanksgiving meal for $13.99. The meal was delicious but a little salty. Trip tip was very well cooked, juicy, and tasted great! Salad bar has so many options including chicken wings, mac n cheese, etc. Location is very clean, food is fresh! We even saw the staff documenting for quality control in the salad bar. That showed us they are on top of their food, freshness, and cleanliness. Without a doubt, we will be returning. Having been a loyal Sizzler customer for 48 years (starting 10 years before I could even pay for myself) I have to say this is one of the best sizzlers there is or has ever veen Its giant, and its 1/2 to full almost all the time (the secret is out). The food it top notch ALWAYS. The staff is always friendly and professional and helpful. The service is ALWAYS faster then you would ever assume it could be. And the servers are the best here! I would put this sizzler up against any 4 star restaurant in the US or Europe and I have been to plenty. read more

The atmosphere was positive and the staff was very friendly and really did seem to enjoy their jobs, from the managers down to the wait staff. Let's talk about the food. I have always loved Sizzler's, but the Sizzler's in Murrieta Hot Springs topped them all. It is an extremely clean restaurant, and the menu had some new things on it. I chose my fave...8 oz steak with baked potato. My sister had the cedar plank salmon. We were expecting the old faithful cheese toast which is really good, but instead we got the softest, melt in your mouth dinner rolls that had a sweet tinge to them. My steak was cooked to perfection and my sis' salmon was soft and moist. She got full and had a couple bites left, so I tried it...She was right; it was scrumptious! The waitress we had, Lee, Lee, the bumble bee, was excellent at her job. She never missed a beat waiting on us, and waiting on us, she did. This was an excellent restaurant with great prices and if you leave hungry, it's no one's fault but your own! Keep up the good work, Sizzler's and Lee!!! read more

I don't come in inside a restaurant and just comment on food. The food is just second to why i like a restaurant. The first thing i observe is the people that works there, how attentive they are to my needs and Chris M. fits that characteristic, highly attentive even though he is busy with other customers. The food is really good and if you're a fish lover like me, try the grilled cedar salmon which is my favorite and probably some or most of the people that ate there because they always run out of it. Their salad bar is very clean and always has people attending it. The facility itself is squeaky clean. The price of the food is much cheaper than most of the restaurant in the same area. Sizzle on Murrieta Hot Springs, Murrieta has been my favorite place to go to on Sunday's. This Virus problem has not stopped me. You can call in and when you get to the location, they come to your car and bring your order to you. I appreciate what they are going to protect us and their employee's. Same great food. I am a Marine Corps veteran with 28.5 years of active service. Visited the Murrieta Location, 40489 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd on Veterans day 11/11/2017and was amazed with first the cleanliness of the restaurant, and finally the efficiency and the customer service of the entire staff on duty at that time. Because it was veterans day the line before the register was very long with a mixture of veterans for the free meal as well as regular customers. Because of the entire staff to include general managers, managers and other staff working together the line constantly moved to the register very fast. Once my wife and I made it past the register and were seated our waitress Derby always with a beautiful smile took of all of our needs.
