Linda was such a sweetheart. Very attentiveZ the kitchen messed up on my food (they put grilled shrimp instead of the fried) which I really really wanted being pregnant LOL and she brought out double the amount. Sizzler is Sizzler. They do have some good deals when it comes to their combo plates so always be aware of the wall when walking in. The wait staff the past couple of times coming here have been really nice and attentive. Can't really say anything bad about this place but you expect what you expect. Thought we would give this Sizzlers a try and so happy we did. It is clean, the staff are great, the food was fresh, tasty, and plentiful. You know how you see a pic of a hamburger that is huge and when it comes, there is not much to it? Not there. The hamburger was twice the size and delishous. I am very impressed with this Sizzler location. Passed by this location so many times and many times thought Sizzler is Sizzler, nothing special. The in-law decided to take my wife and I on a Friday night. I didn't expect much. Once we got there, the place was packed. I said to myself how could this be possible. Well, the moment we went in, my first impression was "Wow". This place is spacious and clean. Despite the line, it moved pretty fast and our orders were taken. We all had the steak special with the all-you-can eat salad bar. Again, my wife and I were impressed. Unlike the other Sizzlers we've been to over the years, this has to be 10x better. The salad bar had plenty of selections and even included different selections of soups, taco bar, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken wings, etc...and the best part is that they kept it replenished and clean. Also, the service was excellent. I guess my wife and I will be giving this place another chance so hopefully we get the same experience we had the first time. For now, they deserve 5 stars. I hope I don't have to redo my review and take away stars. We'll see. read more

We were on our way home & decided to stop here for lunch. This place is amazing. It is clean, very friendly staff, large salad bar. There's a larger selection of cold items. Not too many hot selections, but then again it was really hot aside and customers would probably want more cold items than hot. I found dessert items that I've never seen at any of the Sizzlers we've been to. (Rice Krispy treats, mini strawberry shortcake). If we're ever in town we will definitely stop there again. read more

First of all, let me tell you, I am not really a Sizzler fan. I mostly go there for their Salad Bar. This particular one was redone about 2 years ago and they have really upgraded it tremendously. Their service is great. These kids really try to take care of you. If you ever go to the this one ask to have Jose as your table person. He could teach how to take care of customers. read more

First time to a Sizzler for me. This location is beautifully remodeled. My fiancé and I went during lunch time on a Friday and purchased the unlimited salad bar. I was pleasantly surprised by all that's included - besides a very vast selection of salads - including pasta, tacos with toppings, desserts etc. Definitely a lot of food for $10.99. What made our experience even more enjoyable was the excellent waitress we had. I unfortunately didn't catch her name (a blond gal), but she was so helpful and nice and seemed to love her job. Best waitress I've ever had! The service by her alone deserves 5 stars! read more

Ok... I have been coming here with my family for a long time... since the mid 90s maybe even earlier... Yes, before the remodeling... Today, 032917 we decided to eat here and it was a great choice... The food was as always, by wife's steak was prepared well, the salad bar was very well prepared and of course the restaurant itself was excellent... To top it off, Ms Melissa who was our host/server was most excellent!!! When we first got there, she snuck up on me and startled me... and mentioned to me that she was a"Ninja"...ok, i guess I'll give her that...for the night... Ms Melissa was very attentive and took very good care of us... She made our visit at sizzler very satisfying and we will continue to come here as long as customer service like Ms Melissa provides continues we have no problem coming back!!! My sister took me to this Sizzler joint a few days ago for dinner after a church service. My initial response was, Sizzler? bleh! not again.. I've been to a bunch of Sizzlers in LA and I tell you.. food sucks! BUT I was suprised when I got inside the restaurant. It was super clean, the manager is super attentive, the order taker is suuuuper nice also. The decor was a suprise, it's like you are in a upscale casino buffet in Vegas. very colorful. So i ordered the Tri-Tip steak with salad bar ($14.00). The steak was awesome.. perfectly rubbed with salt n pepper. it was grilled to perfection! yumm. And the salad bar, it is your typical "salad bar" buffet with lettuce, veggies, soups..etc.. but everything here is FRESH.. I'm defenitely coming back! read more

I use to like eating at sizzlers. They have a wide variety of food and good salads. That is until Sunday. My husband and I went there for lunch and I ordered the all you can eat salad bar and ice water. I go to get my salad and when I got back to my table my water is waiting for me. When I go to take a drink of the water there is a dead big in the water. The waitress apologize and brought me another water. I was kinda grossed out but tried not to think about it, but it was hard for me to drink my water. I kept thinking why or how the bug got in it. As I start to eat my strawberry spinach salad I us my fork to mix it and as I moved the spinach around a short thick black hair came out. All I could do was laugh as I tried not to gag. The waitress felt bad and hit the manager. The manager apologized, but she just kept giving me excuses on why this happened. Not once did she say " i will make sure we go over proceeders so that this doesn't happen again in the future. As a manager I don't like excuses, I like solutions. I don't think I will be visiting sizzler any time soon. read more

Very well decorated inside. The salad bar was well stocked and had a nice selection. The staff was very friendly and drinks were refilled regularly. The steak and endless shrimp I got were made perfectly. The portions were very large and seasoned well. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Used to go to Sizzlers as a child, coming from a large family we thought it was fine dinning as a child. I have not been to a sizzlers for a few years now. Kinda thought of it as a "value based" restaurant. To my surprise this one was a top notch establishment, the wait staff was first rate the the food was fresh and clean. We went to Sizzler today for Father's Day dinner. I have never seen this place so busy. The line was out the door but moved quickly. We were sat within a few minutes of placing our order. We were greeted with our drinks and bread quickly as well. But what made this experience was our server, Tiffany. She was simply amazing! Our drinks were never empty, in fact she brought more drinks when our cups were about half full. She quickly cleaned our dirty dishes and did all of this with a smile and upbeat attitude. The next time we go we will make sure to ask for Tiffany because she is fabulous! This company sure is lucky to have her on their team. read more

Went here for a banquet a couple of years ago and it was like your typical Sizzler i.e. nothing has changed since the 80's. They have since remodeled the joint and its one of the better Sizzlers going. Very nice and modern interior and improved customer service. The food was also decent. Hope they keep it up. read more

As im sitting here at sizzler their is a church group preaching i have nothing aganst religion but i just paid $60 for my family to eat and all i can hear are them screaming for the last 30 minutes ive asked the managers 3 times to ask them to be quite and they finally said ive already asked then im sorry i have never been in a restraunt where they let a group of 20 people freely scream everyone, let alone preach. sitting around me is a group of angry people as well. Let me first say that I absolutely love sizzler!! I have been a customer for many years and the food is amazing! I recently moved to Murrieta and thought it would be a great idea to apply to this location. I applied today (Friday) around 1 pm. I walked in and the restaurant was very nice. I asked to speak with a manger and right away I was greeted by him. He was very professional and brought me an application and said I could complete it by the baseball picture in one of the booths in that section. So...I proceeded say down and started to complete the application. About 5 minutes go by and I am rudely interrupted by a blondish hair server and this where my experience here went terrible. She grabbed the application and my resume from the table didn't even introduce herself or ask why I was there. She just said you can't sit here and continued to show me the door where she handed me back my paperwork. Then, in a very condensing voice said "good luck!" As someone who works in the restaurant business, I understand that miscommunication can happen but there is NO excuse for that server to treat a CUSTOMER like that. I was so appalled by what happened I took my application and left. I will not be returning to this establishment ever again!! read more

On behalf of the employees I will say that the newly remodeled inside and outside has given this sizzler a nicer look. However, the way the restaurant functions and prepares it's food has not changed at all. The way we clean your silverware and dishes also hasn't changed. The sizzler is still a "Sizzler" and you shouldn't expect too much from us. I work at this location and I've been disgusted at times of how dirty our plates and silverware are and how crappy the food is. Nothing is made fresh, and the only thing in the salad bar not from a container/can/pre-made is the fruit! We just recently raised our prices and it doesn't surprise me. The longer we're around the more the 'new' feeling goes away and people still see through this new look and see nothing has changed. By the way - I read someone complaining about how your soda tasted? Check to see how clean your glass (plastic cup) is before you drink out of it. You'd be amazed of how a dirty cup can change the flavor of your drink. (Has happened to me many times on break...) All in all, stay away! read more

This Sizzler is not like every other Sizzler I've ever visited. This one is by far the best. Newly renovated...salad bar is huge, well stocked, and has better offerings. I think this is the latest "version" of the franchise. Take my word for it...try this place. You'll enjoy it....and then be disappointed when you go to the Sizzler near your house (unless you live here in Murrieta). My wife and I travel from Rancho Cucamonga to San Diego a couple of times per month...we have to pass this restaurant while we are driving...and inevitably end up here about once/month. The salad bar is fantastic, especially when they have the vegetable beef soup and chicken wings available. I love the spinach salad with cranberries...throw some artichoke hearts on top....it's the BEST!!! read more
