This was first time at this sizzler the food was good my waitress susanna was awesome she made sure we had everything we needed but my only complaint was dirty spoons at the salad bar but once i brought it to the manager attention she took care if it right away n apologized for it we will be going back for sure read more

We love the newly remodeled Sizzler. The Managers Paulette and Dana are wonderful, and they focus heavily on great customer service which is reflected in the awesome staff. The food is great, the salad bar is phenomenal!!!. This franchisee has other locations, and we had tried several of them before they purchased this location and remodeled it so we were not surprised. My parents took us to the one in Oceanside, and we visited in Hesperia and Moreno Valley as well. It is the model that all Sizzler franchisees should look to as an example of how to revitalize a previously dying restaurant chain. Kudos!!!! read more

WOW.. this Sizzler had been closed for 2 years for remodelling. Prior to that the food was good but thr place was falling apart. Now it was like walking into a Las Vegas resturant. Beautiful job on the remodel, and the added plus they hired enough staff to take care of every need. The manager Paulette was extremely helpful and courteous just like the rest of the staff. The food, it got even better. Prepare for a bit of a line to get in, but it gors quick. read more

We were so pleased with our Thanksgiving dinner at Sizzler in Ontario on Mountain Ave. It was so reasonably priced and it was just delicious. We didn't have to wait at all when we arrived and the food was delivered to our table shortly after we sat down. Mona did a nice job taking care of us and was very pleasant. I asked if we could speak to the manager to let him/her know how happy we were with the meal and the service. The General Manager Paulette came over to our table to chat. She was very nice. We were so happy we chose to go to this Sizzler restaurant for Thanksgiving. We didn't wait in a long line, the food came out quickly, it was hot, there was enough for me to take leftovers home and the staff was very nice. Great job!! Have been a regular patron of this Sizzler for years....it took the better part of 2 years once the new owner literally rebuilt this place from the ground up....I cannot rate in room dining as I have only been ordering to go usually around noon time most every week. Because of special circumstances I've have "regular" order but needs a lil extra attention to detail .....That's how I found Paulette,,,the "day"manager on duty. SHe has taken responsibility to handle my order every week and it makes me feel special and appreciated...I have asked if I should seek out other staff to help but Paulette has insisted on giving me the personal touch . We've had a few "bumps"getting the order right t it has been a great experience and I'm thankful for her dedication . There is another staff member Naomi who is also very attentive and seems to back up Paulette when she gets overloaded with the operation of the place. AS for the food we regularly order the Steak and Lobster and it is cooked properly with the right tempurature, the lobster also very good.my biggest and really only criticism at this point is simp,y the value. I realize we are not living in the 70s or 80s it just seems like the price could be a lil less In My Humble Opinion.I guess we all want more bang for our buck just seems that I'm paying the same as if I were going to a very fancy steakhouse when it's Sizzler and I'm going there for good food with a more reasonable price.... Bottom line it's a very good place and definitely worth it. read more

The service and food was the best. The salad bar was the best I have had. Usually, I have to go to "Simply Salad" in Los Angeles, to get a good salad. We stopped at this Sizzler and was very pleased. All the waitresses were friendly. The young lady that mixed my salad was incredibly nice. I would also like to thank, Grace (waitress) for being so nice to us. The management should be told that they are doing a great job. It was fun watching the Dodger game at this Sizzler. Nice big screen televisions. read more

Should really be 1/2 a star due to the terrible service. Decided to try it after the remodel & it started out ok. Saturday nite a little busy but no biggie the line moved quick. But our service was terrible: 1) we were served some else's food & the waiter left before I could say something; had to flag our waitress Michelle down to explain the situation with our food. 2) No drinks were ever served- after waiting Aprox 20 minutes my husband had to go to the front register to talk to the MGR and ask about them. Apparently the Mgr didn't care that our drinks weren't served because he gave my husband 2 drinks to take back with him to our table instead of apologizing & having someone bring our drinks out. 3) it took over 35 minutes before our correct order was served & by then we were done with the salad bar & waiting again for our waitress to come so we could get more napkins (which NEVER came either) Having family who worked in the food industry for many years we understand to be patient when a place is busy but this was unacceptable- I usually leave a generous tip & this time I didn't even want to leave one but I did. we waited at the front to speak to the Mgr about the service but she never appeared so we just left. I didn't want to ask for a free meal just wanted to explain how bad our service was & maybe she should have a talk with her staff. The remodel looks good and the food was just ok but the service all around was terrible. I won't be returning. read more

The reason we went to the Sizzler in Ontario is that we have known Paulette since she worked in West covina location. With her leadership, the Ontario location is the best Sizzler I have never been. The servers are friendly and courteous. The salad bars are fresh. It is worth driving 30 minutes from West of LA county to Ontario. We definitely will go back again read more

Worst service ever. The manager was just as bad. We were ignored. Groups came in after us and received there food before us. You ask for anything forget trying to get it while your food is warm. Manager said she would bring some new drinks and never saw her again nor did we get the drinks. Wasn't worth arguing with the staff or manager. I don't think they have a clue about taking care of costumers. You can tell there way understaffed and not prepared for this type of environment. Will not return there again. read more
