Ok I've gotten quite a few laser treatments on my face over the past 10 years in varies places. I don't have big expectations since it's $275 month and the signature facial didn't hurt. Turns out, you don't really need to be in pain to see results! The results really surprised me. I did 4 signature facial (once a week) and then I did the resurfacing. I was red, blah blah blah, the usual but after 7 days my skin is brighter, smoother and my pores are barely visible. I have my next resurfacing appointment with radio frequency this time and I can't wait! Tip: bring a large hat for after the treatments to cover from the sun. And numb on the drive in if you're doing the resurfacing. It was a little spicy. read more

My son did weekly sessions of "Signature Laser" treatments. His skin regimen was Differin/Adapalene for acne and laser treatments for hyperpigmentation and scarring (post acne). Truly love this place. It is more on the pricey side but the results are well worth it!! I think the only down side is the results aren't permanent unless you go a lot and it can be a tad pricey. Parking is also a bit of a hassle plan 10 extra mins for that, parking structure on Union is the quickest way but street parking is significantly cheaper but harder to find! I did once a month signature facials for about 4 or 5 months. The results were beautiful never was my skin that clear!! I would break out with a few pimples a couple days after treatment but that's just because the bacteria in my skin was leaving through the surface. Everyone was so nice here and ultimately I stopped going because my blemishes were hormonal and no matter how many treatments-- hormonal blemishes need to be treated within the body-- which skin laundry staff told me from the very beginning. I will definitely be coming back in the future when it makes more sense for me. read more

I literally told the girl at the counter that I was not going to book anymore facials after my last treatment! Do NOT sign up for this scam!!!!! It has been a nightmare, trying to get a refund! They make it impossible to communicate with anyone on their team! They will send you an email and claim that they're going to look into your account and then they try to tell you that your three month plan was actually for an unlimited membership, which is NOT what the sell you!!!! Do NOT go here! Look online there are complaints at the Better Business Bureau and all over the Internet about the same exact fraudulent behavior. read more

I've been a loyal customer for the past 7 months and was treated today by nurse Megan for the first time on my power duo treatment. I do the highest setting on my treatments because I want to rid of my terrible acne scars for good. It can be a little uncomfortable but my skin has never looked better prior to treatments. The staff is kind and all the nurses are wonderful. However, Megan by far has been the nurse who has treated me with the softest hand during the "resurfacing" portion of my facial. She's Very gentle and to my surprise didn't feel the micro needle hit my skin that deep like other times to point that I questioned her mid session if she had it to the highest setting.
