Awful experience. Awful customer service. I had an appointment at 8:45 and I sent a message to the staff to let them know that I was running late. I made it just in time at 8:50 as mentioned that they couldn't take me past that time. I started signing the forms and didn't know I needed my ID, left and barely turned the corner when I remembered I had a picture. Came back, waited like an idiot for the receptionist to come talk to me again and let me know she needed to rebook me. Asked to speak to someone higher up, refused to give me any email or phone # and just let me know I should trust the store manager would call me. Never coming back and Skin Laundry can keep their facials and stick them you know where. Will pass on this type of service and what an impression to leave on a first time customer. read more

This service is a scam. The laser isn't effective enough to do anything more than what you would get with a basic facial at a significantly lower cost. The business practices, however, for this company are criminal. I got a coupon to come in for a $50 treatment and ended up signing up for a four-month membership of their most 'aggressive' laser for $275 per month. Clearly, those women are expertly trained to get you to sign up for things you didn't even know you needed/wanted while showing you the most unflattering picture of yourself you've ever taken and convincing you that your skin is ugly and old. Of course, I should have seen the scheme that was being run, but they played on my insecurities, and I fell for it. After several months of this more 'aggressive' laser and seeing no improvement (the same price for microneedling at a med spa will garner much better results), I decided not to renew my membership. I was NEVER told I needed to call and cancel the membership because I was told I signed up for a 4-month membership. They charged my credit card another $275 and then pretended they were super upfront about the month-to-month membership I signed up for initially. Absolutely not. I cannot get my money back because it's buried in fine print that no one reads on that tiny POS iPad when you check out. Sure, that's my fault for not reading the 12-page contract on a tiny iPad while other women try to check out/in. They know what they're doing. This place texts and emails you constantly about services and specials but doesn't text/email when your membership has concluded with a reminder of the month-to-month or option to cancel? Sure. Absolutely criminal. They should be ashamed of themselves for preying on people. read more

Truly love this place. It is more on the pricey side but the results are well worth it!! I think the only down side is the results aren't permanent unless you go a lot and it can be a tad pricey. Parking is also a bit of a hassle plan 10 extra mins for that, parking structure on Union is the quickest way but street parking is significantly cheaper but harder to find! I did once a month signature facials for about 4 or 5 months. The results were beautiful never was my skin that clear!! I would break out with a few pimples a couple days after treatment but that's just because the bacteria in my skin was leaving through the surface. Everyone was so nice here and ultimately I stopped going because my blemishes were hormonal and no matter how many treatments-- hormonal blemishes need to be treated within the body-- which skin laundry staff told me from the very beginning. This place giving "painless" treatment for skin care was difficult to believe since my fiancé has frequently gotten painful treatments from other places. I was pleasantly surprised to receive... painless treatment from their signature laser treatment! The receptionists here are very friendly, and the nurses are very accommodating and gentle during the treatments. I definitely notice results since my first appointment already, and I see myself coming here until my big day--along with even after!
