    Tiramisu with black berries

Had dinner here with a friend and it was such a good time. The vibes were super chill right by the water, relaxed crowd, friendly staff. We started with oysters which were fresh and delicious. For our mains we had the lobster roll and the Skipper burger. Both were awesome, the lobster roll was buttery and packed, and the burger was juicy and super flavorful. Drinks were on point too. I had the sangria and a glass of Malbec, and my friend had the spicy watermelon margarita which was good it had a little kick to it. Ended with tiramisu, which was light and creamy, great way to finish the meal. Overall, solid spot for a laidback night out with good food, good drinks, and a nice view. Would definitely come back!

Enjoyed a nice meal here on a busy Saturday night. I highly recommend the goat cheese filled ravioli, which you can tell or made fresh on the premises. The ravioli is served with black figs, pork cheek, and a delicate port wine sauce. Such an excellent curated dish. Although Allagash is featured on the menu, they do not have it in rotation. I tried instead a Blue Point Toasted lager which turned out to be quite a refreshing beer. It's nice inside, sound quality is great to hold a conversation. If you are new to Northport, plan on heading out a little bit earlier to secure a parking space.

This food was really mediocre. I picked up my chicken burger and it smelled weird not just that but it fell apart. It crumbled just like the dust on the back of my bricks in my home. I'm very saddened by the taste of this. I thought it would taste good but it taste weird. It tastes like pickles and sour cream. I don't like it. Tzatziki is the main ingredient and that's probably why I didn't like it onto the fries. They were pretty good. I even took them home. It's all good catch up was really good although I tipped my frying one too far got too much ketchup, it tasted weird to catch a pee, but I did enjoy the lemonade which was pink. It tasted like fresh fresh lemon, and pink. I don't know how to describe pink as as a flavor, but it tasted pink. Lastly I had this pepper. Actually, it was a banana pepper it was very spicy I really enjoyed these peppers, but this one really got in the back of my throat. The flavor lasted for like 30 minutes, man. I despise this pepper if I could punch someone it would be this pepper. Anyway I'm going on a rampage. This was a mediocre meal. My friends seem to enjoy it, though one of my friends got the beef burger. He doesn't wanna explain it because he's shy, but I think he enjoyed it fairly. I think I'm not gonna come back here. It tasted too bad. My friend said he liked the burger, although I did not anyway I'd say come here if you wanna waste your money on mediocre food there's way better options in my opinion like restaurants across the street. I must say the service was very nice. Our waiter was phenomenal and they were very quick with our food like really quick like I blinked and then they were there all of a sudden. If you like my review, please leave a reaction. I try to be as honest as possible in my reviews and leave a little humor and literature in my reviews. Thank you.

Atmosphere is nice, outdoor seating although we sat inside looked nice. Arrived around 4:20pm on a Wednesday and it was busy. Yes it is pricey but all restaurants in NY are and it seems they are all charging a credit card transaction fee. But the food was phenomenal, I ordered the blackened swordfish, nice sized and loads of lump crab accompanying over sweet potato and spinach. My son had a CHICKEN APRICOT HABAÑERO PANINI Sautéed Sage Infused Chicken, Apricot Habañero Mayo, Onions and Pepper Jack Cheese. He said it was very good. If your in the quaint little town of Northport try it.

We had dinner here on 4th of July and loved it! The host and our server were so very sweet and pleasant with our 2 young children. They have a great kids menu and have coloring pages for them as well. All the food was fantastic. Mussels, calamari, fra diavolo and the filet mignon were equally excellent. My son and I devoured the mussels. Their frosé was probably the best I've had (and it's my favorite drink). It is a very small dining area and the tables are very close together, which isn't ideal, but not a deal breaker. The bathroom is insanely small and very awkward. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

It has a lively atmosphere, a welcoming vibe, and definitely doesn't have that dingy feel you might expect. Even better, the food is actually very good. There are multiple TVs throughout the bar, making it a great spot to catch any sporting event your heart desires. The crowd is a perfect mix of locals and visitors, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. No weird vibes, no one making you feel out of place is just good people enjoying themselves. Whether you choose to sit at the bar or grab a table, you're bound to have a great time. The drinks are extremely reasonably priced, which is always a plus. I've been here quite a few times, and every visit has been a blast. A special shoutout to Megan, our bartender, who always keeps the drinks flowing with a smile on her face. She never rushes us, even when she's closing up for the night, and her friendly service keeps us coming back. Definitely give this place a shot! you really can't go wrong!

As expected, it was a casual pub style spot with a bar and a small dining area in the back. For this Friday afternoon, it was quite busy. It was bustling with almost all the tables taken by the time we left. Our server was friendly and upbeat. She offered suggestions based on our preferences. We both ordered the same thing - burgers. They came out quickly. The burgers were big and yummy. They satisfied our craving perfectly.

I've been here on numerous occasions hoping that maybe this would finally be the visit where everything clicked. Unfortunately, it just hasn't happened. My experiences have been so-so, and more often than not they've been slightly disappointing. My biggest complaint has always been the food. My take has been it's been bland or uninspired. The French onion soup was just ok, and seemed like no effort putting this together. No provolone cheese option when I've ordered which is crazy. The Caesar salad tasted diluted, with lettuce that seemed waterlogged rather than crisp and fresh. Just overall underwhelming. The food is not necessarily terrible, but just mediocre and forgettable. Portion size is another problem. For what you're paying, the plates often feel surprisingly small. One example of this was the "Big C Burger," which was honestly a huge letdown. With a name like that you'd expect something substantial. Instead, the burger was tiny--maybe 4-5 ounces at most. At first glance you could barely even see the meat because the bun swallowed it. I ordered it medium and it came out completely overcooked, cooked to death really. The bun didn't help either--dense, dry, and overpowering the already small patty. The whole thing just felt poorly executed. Even the little details were off. I asked for olive oil on the side for a salad and what came out was clearly some generic vegetable oil. It felt like a lazy substitution, the kind of thing that makes you question how much care is going into the kitchen overall. To be fair, the one thing Faraday's consistently gets right is the atmosphere. The restaurant is has a cozy charming space with a warm pub feel. The indoor dining area although small has character and a comfortable vibe. The outdoor area is really nice too, and perfect for setting for a nice meal on a comfortable day. Service is good. I've not had any issues with any servers ever being inattentive. Occasionally some order mixups but quickly rectified. Unfortunately, that inviting setting hasn't translated to memorable meals. After several attempts over the years, Faraday's has remained one of those places that seems like it should be good--but for me, it just never quite hits.

My wife had been to Gallagher's Pub in Sea Cliff the previous night with her girlfriends and thought they had great food. We walked in to a quaint Irish pub and were greeted by Marcus. He smiled and remembered my wife from the night before. We sat down and viewed the menu. Nice selection of food and drinks. We ordered some drinks. My wife had a soda and I had Smithwick beer. A good Irish ale. We decided on the French onion soup. It was served hot and was delicious! We ate and talked and some of our friends came in and visited with them. Good times. My wife was full after the soup , so she ordered some French fries. I ordered a buffalo chicken burger with onion rings. I thought I try something different the chicken burger was great and the onion rings were perfect. We enjoy our meal and visiting with our friends. Marcus gave us a tray for our leftover with a note on the cover. See the photos. It seems Marcus adds a special note to his customers. This was a nice and unexpected surprise. We enjoyed our time at Gallagher's. The wait service was excellent, the food was great and the atmosphere was friendly. I strongly recommend Gallagher's Pub. If you're in Sea Cliff on the north shore of Long Island stop by Gallagher's for a drink and some great food. Travel safe and keep healthy. All the best to you all.
