I moved from San Francisco to Orange County (California). Brendan picked up my stuff at noon on a Friday and I received delivery of it on Saturday around 2PM. He is very easy going and provides updates often. He even shared his live location with me (on Apple Find My) so I was able to track the progress of the move. They worked very fast and well-coordinated. And they've been polite and considerate to our needs. It took them 2 trips to get everything moved. Plus they did junk hauling, which was another headache for me. And it was very minimal additional price. I cannot say enough about Brendon and his company SKOOPED Moving and Delivery. I am currently in medical school and I was in the process of moving from Northern California to Seattle when my Mom and I met Brendon on Memorial Day (Monday). My Mom was visiting from Southern California to help me pack and move my things into a storage unit. We previously discussed using another group of people to help us with the move but I was unable to reach them the night before we were going to move my furniture from my apartment. Stressed and concerned about how I would get my items out, I contacted Brendon hoping he would be able to help us. He was very professional, respectful and understanding of my situation. He continually reassured me that he wanted to help alleviate my stress caused by moving. With less than a 24 hour notice Brendon came to my apartment and gave me a free estimate the next day, Tuesday. He quoted me a fair price that worked within my budget. I had to attend an afternoon training that day and when I returned he and his crew were already in the process of moving my furniture and took the items to Goodwill per my request. Brendon also provided us with moving boxes and tape. I had originally planned on placing many of my items in storage until my return in one year or longer. As my Mom and I were literally driving to the storage facility Brendon contacted me and informed me that he had another client that was moving her items to Arizona. He offered to take my items to my Mom's house in Southern California on his way back from Arizona. Brendon quoted me a price that worked well within my budget and this saved me at least a year's worth of storage fees plus the cost of renting a moving truck and transporting my belongings to Southern California myself. After I packed the remainder of my things Brendon came to my apartment again on Wednesday to pick up my boxes and move them to Southern California. Brendon has been extremely helpful during a very stressful time. He has saved me a lot of money and I felt like my personal belongings were in good hands. The sweetest thing that I appreciate the most is how respectful he was with us and especially with my Mom. It was pretty hot on the days my Mom and I were packing and Brendon offered to bring us cold water and gatorade. He also offered to bring food for my Mom because my kitchen was in no condition to be used for cooking. I strongly recommend using SKOOPED Moving and Delivery if you are moving within or outside of the state. The prices cannot be beat and Brendon is very down to earth, humble and professional.
