I came in when Drip just opened in the morning, and was greeted by the friendly barista at the counter. The coffee is good, but is not something to write home about. What I love, and will most likely come back for is the little nook above ground floor, which has a fireplace, hanging lights, and cough i.e. perfect recipe for coziness on a cold day. There is ample free parking in the garage so you won't have to worry about paid parking on the street. In addition, I like that the owner seems to be community-oriented, by reserving a section for community groups to hold their meetings. read more

Drip is one of my favorite local coffee shops. They take pride in providing you with quality coffee. Staff is always friendly, especially the owner... She's a gem! The products and food they carry in the cold case is actually really good. I especially love the ham and cheese croissant and their panini sandwiches. Not only do they serve coffee, but they also serve booze and have a happy hour as well! They have a cool upstair seating area that can be rented out as well. Overall vibe of this place is very cozy. This chai drinker has found a coffee shop home. While Pablo's and Bardos have more of that neighborhood "grit" as their charm, this places smiles and customer service is top notch and makes me want to frequent as much as possible. They seriously have the best chai in the city which they make themselves. I can sit and enjoy a breakfast burrito and my spicy caffeine while I sit and read, work or just people watch from their tables out front. read more

I set up an important meeting at Drip at 5:30 last week with over 10 people. We all purchased our coffees and headed upstairs to begin our meeting, only to be told 30 minutes later that the barista is closing up shop and we'd have to leave. This was on a weekday, and it clearly states on their website that they are open until 8PM. No explanation or apology, we just had to take our coffees and go. I like the place and the coffee is good, but that was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional to have to pack up everyone's things and go to the RoosterCat down the street (LOVE that place!). Needless to say, I won't be returning. Nothing worse then settling in to work (or a meeting with a CLIENT no less) and being told to leave as soon as you get there and spend your money. read more

Made my first trip in to Drip yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised by how chill the environment is! Drip seems to me to be a fun, local alternative to the average Starbucks runs you could take. And it's convenient! There's a pretty cool upstairs/loft area for sitting and chatting, and could possibly serve as a small meeting space. I ordered a chai latte and was very happy with it. I hope to get back to Drip more in the future, and try other drinks and food. I would recommend a quick stop in, and they have FREE PARKING in the garage (huge bonus)! read more

This coffee shop is a gem! Driven past this place for years, but I was early to meet some friends for happy hour and thought I would stop in. Met the owners who live a few blocks away. The coffee and almond Danish were great and the vibe is cool with iconic Denver photos on the wall with a cozy atmosphere for hanging out. Over the past couple months, Drip Denver has turned into my "go to" place for the best coffee in the area. They make a consistently awesome cappuccino, but I think they also have the best iced toddy around. In fact, they have two types of toddy. One is strong cold brewed black iced coffee. The other is called "Dr. Toddy" and comes out of a tap. It's cold coffee pre-mixed with milk and sugar. It reminds me a lot of an iced chai latte - sweet and delicious, but too rich for an everyday drink, at least for me. The store is clean and well-designed, and never too crowded. The employees all really know their coffee really well, and are eager to recommend coffee beans to take home. Oh, also, they have good WiFi and clean bathrooms. read more

Great coffee and friendly staff. Some friends and I visited The Drip during a vacation and were very welcomed by the staff. They have a great selection of drinks and a very cozy atmosphere. Good coffee, !adult beverages! and a friendly barista. They have a printer for customer use and a much better ambience for studying than you can find on campus. Did I mention they have liquor? Nancy, her husband and her staff do an excellent job! The coffee is great, and if you want to change it up and enjoy a glass of wine or a beer, they have that covered! This was my first time here, and not quite what I expected. It was better! Think of a coffee house, all cozy and comfortable like someone's living room, but with booze and sandwiches. Parking can be difficult, as it is right Lincoln, so you may have to drive around the block a little, but it's a cool little place. read more

This place is super cute and the barista was sweet and attentive. I didn't even know there was a difference between sweet and spicy chai (apparently it's the ginger notes). I like the vibe and it would be a great place to run away and read a book or do some work. My only complaint is that my chai was a little lumpy. I will say, however, that the intricate leaf in the foam at the top kind of made up for it. I'd come again, but wouldn't go out of my way due to the lack of easy parking. read more

More laid back feeling than Rooster and Moon, which is another great coffe joint in this neighborhood. The upstairs is the spot to watch cars and the day go by. I saw this place had some great ratings so I decided to give the coffee a try since I love quality coffee. I chose an Ethiopian bean and they used the pour over method to bring out the taste. Stopped in here on a hot summer day for some much needed caffeination. They blended us up a coffee frappe with extra shots of espresso and topped with espresso whipped cream! Don't think this was explicitly on the menu. They were super friendly and accommodating, and the prices were very reasonable. Our drink was fantastic and hit the spot. Drip also sells breakfast burritos and a variety of tasty looking snacks. I'm not in this area often, but I would definitely come here again if I were and I'd recommend it to others! read more

There are 3-4 coffee shops within walking distance of my Saturday game day hang out and I am a hot chocolate queen. All the others shops hot chocolate tastes like warm brown milk. The one I bought here has to have been the best in the state. Starbucks ain't got nothing on you!! read more

I LOVE this place! It's part of my morning routine. Their iced coffee is delicious and hits the spot for my early morning car rides to work. I often grab a breakfast sandwich (care of DiFranco's a few doors down) and enjoy the tasty treat to start my day. The baristas know me and take time to see how I'm doing - so friendly! PS. What a great additional to what is becoming a Golden Triangle destination area again. The staff is great. They have Wifi, just ask for the password from the staff. Great locally roasted beans for pour over, drip and press coffee. A good selection of muffins scones, and other tasty treats. They have a couple tables outside and always fresh water for dogs. However, my favorite part about this shop is the loft/reading area upstairs! read more
