This is a business we visit with friends and family. We have hosted birthday parties here. I have had zero complaints until today. We brought my grandfather who is unable to walk up the stairs and uses a walker. Typically he uses the ramp to get up to the main court to watch his grandchildren play. Today they had the walkway from the handicap ramp to the main court blocked off. I asked for help from muliple employees for an alternative route. I was told there was nothing anyone could do to help. I was given nothing but attitude. As I walked away I could hear employees making fun of the situation. Awful experience. All over simply needing handicapped access.

We LOVE this place! They have a 90-day pass for 2 hours a day all summer long for $59 (can't do weekend glow nights, but who cares!). My kids really enjoy it, especially with the new ninja warrior park. I've read some silly complaints about the staff not being a helicopter parent like some people can be, but we've been here at least five times, and the attendants play with the kids and just have fun supervising every time. It's never been an issue. It's still a trampoline park and can be a little dangerous, but it's great exercise and fun for everyone. I even get work done with the one outlet in the eating area. Be sure to spin the wheel for $1 and win a 60-minute free session. Good clean fun. Thanks Sky Zone!

When we joined I was so impressed by the staff and so excited for my 3 year old. She loves tumbling and being disabled it's really nice to be able to sit and watch her. Our first visit was an absolute disaster but the GM Jared made it right so we actually joined and come twice a week for 2 hours. However after the last 5 months I am sad to say that my original 5 star rave review has dropped to a 2 and I'm being generous at this point by not putting a 1. After 28 years in guest service and the last many years as an area director. I just feel embarrassed for them. My daughter is not safe. I'm paying a monthly fee for her plus I'm paying a sitter to jump with her at 20$ an hour so the kids 6 on up don't hurt her. Now I will say there are some very sweet young men ages 7-13 that are extremely aware and actually help her which is adorable. But why are they watching out for her and the staff is talking to one another or texting. Unacceptable. It's costing me about 75$ every time we go. Between the sitter that has to jump with her so she's not injured. It's at the point of a waste of time and money. This location could easily separate areas during operation hours for toddlers and 5 on up or size wise. Either way this should really be done. Clearly I'm not the only parent feeling this way. I know it's not fun to bottom line on the P&L but you get what you pay for. Pay a little more get higher quality staff that cares instead of 16-20 year olds that feel the world owes them. You will eventually raise sales because people will want to visit your establishment and in turn you will make more money.

It'd be great if they could divide the place up so you don't have 250 lbs adults sending 50 lbs kids launching up into space.

Occasionally I get to jump with them, and can honestly say I appreciate how strict they can be about the 1 person per square rule.

Since I was 11 years old, I've always wanted to do a backflip. Now that I'm 40, it seemed like a…read morelost dream. I bought one of these 30 day challenges online I thought would help me achieve a backflip, but it ended up teaching me the wrong stuff. Then someone recommended Apex to help me because they have drop-in classes and one-on-one coaching. Within four months, I finally got results! Here are my takeaways for success: * Come in with a goal. Pick a trick (or several). It motivates you to keep coming and helps you gauge your progress. * Do a monthly membership for at least three months. It gives you access to all their classes, which leads me to the next point.... * Take different classes. They do a LOT more than parkour, and I've yet to take a parkour class. They do aerial, handstand classes, tumbling, trampoline, tricking, and more. Taking other courses rounds out your training and helps your brain put all the pieces together. Most importantly, you get access to different coaches. I started with tricking, then tried a tumbling class with Anthony and everything came together. He's an incredible teacher who's great at demonstrating. But they all have unique teaching styles. Rob gives simple, clear instructions that work up to more complex tricks--with big results; Natatia has a great warmup and is vigilant to avoid injuries; and Bethel can spot mistakes others miss. It's important to find what works for you and every instructor is unique. * Consider private lessons. Ryan is a phenomenal coach, one of the absolute best I've ever met. I made more progress in one hour with him than months on my own. He's the perfect combination of supportive and challenging. HIGHLY recommend talking to him. * ASK QUESTIONS. Some reviews suggest people are unapproachable here. They aren't. They assume you are working on something unless you state otherwise. You'll understand why as soon as you land a trick and stimagine if everyone was interfering with your practice. Sometime you just need to do the work uninterrupted. * Finally, be gentle with yourself and your expectations. This is a lifestyle and progress moves at the pace your fingernails grow. Don't rush what's uncomfortable. It helps if you have other stuff to work on so your mind-body connection can rest. That's where learning happens.... Good luck to you and enjoy. This place will truly change your life.

The space is compact and looks like a parkour gym with a little bit of this and a little bit of that tucked away in every corner (even a fairly full-looking weights area in the front of the building outside of the parkour area). The other students looked like they were very comfortable in the space, and the other students in my (Chinese pole) class were very nice, and we played around together after our class, which was awesome! The instructor did a great job moving the class along and bringing everything up/down in difficulty depending on the individual student. I loved trying out this new apparatus in such an encouraging and judgment-free place. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

While management states prices may have changed overall, our visit still felt very expensive for what was offered. An attraction we previously enjoyed was no longer available, which noticeably reduced the experience for the kids. As other reviewers have mentioned, there are additional charges for many things, including socks, games, and prizes, so the costs add up quickly. The venue also felt extremely noisy, overcrowded, and in need of a thorough cleaning during our visit. Most disappointing of all, my son and his friends ended up sitting around on their phones for much of the two hours because there simply was not enough to keep them entertained. That was never the case in previous years. Sadly, based on this recent experience, we do not plan to return. (Edited to address the reply from Payson C.)

Trampoline parks are always a great option, but I hesitate sometimes as they can be packed and she's trying to dodge bigger kids or vice versa. In looking at new options to use, AllThrills came up and given the good reviews, we decided to check it out. We were there late morning on a Sunday and although there several birthday parties there, it didn't feel overly crowded which was great right away. The staff was very helpful - we needed to sign a waiver which I was able to do on my phone, but they also have computers to do so if that works better for you. We went with 60 minutes of all their attractions, which also comes with a $5 credit for the arcade games. For $29, it felt like a great price which I really appreciated! My daughter ended up doing the trampolines and crash pad, the nerf ball playground, the "ninja warrior" play area, and a few arcade games. The staff at attractions was largely uninterested teenagers, but they certainly weren't rude and were helpful as needed. My daughter had an absolute blast on all the play areas, and I was impressed that none of them ever felt overly crowded. I was easily able to keep an eye on here in each area. The reason I ding a star is for the "arcade" - the card they gave us didn't work on seemingly half the games, and a good number of them were turned off. We burned through our credit in about 3 minutes with very little game play. Not a major deal and not the reason we were there, but it could use some TLC. Overall this was a great way for my daughter to play and burn some energy on a weekend morning, and I think we'll be back!

There's a HUGE arcade area in the back, also a Cafe with nachos, pretzel, sodas, pizza. Today we attended the Mother's Day event. I got a free Mimosa & there were donuts available. The massage chairs are one of the BEST I've experienced at a place like this. I appreciate the ones that cater to the "not so active" mom's who prefer to chill while they're kids are having a blast running off that energy. I checked out the party rooms upstairs & there are pool tables!! They have a toddler area also, which is cool for the Littles who need softer play. Definitely will be back.
