What a joke. Sitting out here in front of the building. A whole bunch of cold kids and parents standing in front of the door. It's 8:36 and counting. People paid for their kids to get in at 8:30. Whoever is working there should just be fired. Some kid wearing air pods finally opens the door and acts like it's no big deal. Get it the hell together management. I love taking my kids to this place and even love it more that they are trying to keep everything safe and sanitary due to Covid. There are limited activities this summer to do with kids but this place is a great option. Love the trampoline park and obstacle courses. My boys love playing dodgeball the most and my daughters love flipping in the pit. The staff is friendly and patient with kids. 5 star experience everytime we go and we've been 10+ times. read more

I was there tonight and it was so crowded. I don't think there was any precautions for covid. However, what really bothered me is the unsafe environment. I don't want to blame it on being young but everyone that works there is a teenager. They don't pay attention to the jumpers and it's not a safe environment for toddlers. My son (3) was being bullied by 2 complete strangers 5 and 6 and the 'refs' eyes were completely glazed over. I was able To get to him before it got dangerous but was disappointed that this wasn't noticed by the staff or even the parents. It's not clean, trash, spilled drinks and food on the ground. it's always a different price and the cashier can never speak to why. I would save your money and go elsewhere. read more

We have been to this location a few times, yes it's kind of pricey, yes there are teenagers working there, and no it's not good for toddlers unless you go at the appointed time. But my kids always have a ton of fun and lot of the employees are really nice and take the time to make sure my kids have a great time. SKYZONE - Our youngest son insists on SKYZONE for his birthday again this year. Last year went without a hitch and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is nice that pizzas and drinks are included. We had a great time! This place is spotless!! They also provide you with socks with a better grip on the bottom which was nice. I see alot of complaining about the one person jumping per square rule, this is a good rule! Trust me, my son was injured because someone jumped the same time my son landed-- ER/X-Rays and a few days of not being able to walk (he was 3 at the time). So it might seem annoying- but trust me one foul foot placement and someones getting a twisted ankle!! Where we live the waiver and fees are pretty much standard. We paid $14 for 2 hours per person. Yes, I do think it's silly to make parents pay-- but I see their side in that if they let parents jump for free then the trampolines would be filled with adults leaving less space for kiddos I was fine with the steel benches, I do wish they had shoe bins- we were lugging the shoes around. I also liked all the teenage referees-- I have a smaller kid and it was nice for the referees to tell the kids to follow the rules. It protects all the kids. The foam pits are really fun, the basketball hoops were a hit too! read more

This place is neat but pretty overpriced. $12 for one hour and a one time (if you dont loose them) purchase of their special socks at skyzone; compare that to a different jump place thats $14 for 2 hours (and no special sock purchase/requirement) or cheaper for littler kids- so Skyzone is quite a bit more expensive. It has cool activities, a dodgeball place and plenty of kids frequent. The staff is a bit intense they kind of watch everyone like a hawk. Its clean and new. Seating is kind of limited and it would be nice if there were some outlets near the seats. read more

It's been a while ya'll, and it's sad that such a maddening experience brings me back to Yelp! I wanted to like this place so much. We had been waiting with great anticipation for it to open since my toddler loves Jumpstreet and as a Parker resident, it's a drive. Well, the day came we finally made it and we were majorly disappointed. If you intend to bring a toddler, be prepared for a lot of inconveniences. First off, the check-in was fairly simple but flawed to the max. Create your waiver form at a kiosk ahead of check in and payment - done. Walk up and pay. Well not so simple. I am not sure if the front desk person knew I had no idea about SkyZone, but it should have been obvious. Especially, when I start asking questions about where my daughter can jump and the front person explaining the sock situation to me. I paid $10 for a half hour of jumping. At least, that is what I understood since the person never explained what I was being charged for. I looked at the receipt and it appeared I was charged $10 for the one pair of socks. I even asked and nothing made sense. On to the changing of shoes to socks - I only got a pair for my toddler, thinking I could be close by while she jumps around. First, it would have been nice to get a fair warning that lockers were 50 cents and you needed change. None of that sort at the front desk...I left my locker open as did many other people. I also noticed that the seating areas were limited and not conducive, or comfortable for parents to watch their kids. The layout is weird. So I change my daughter's footwear, and I take her up to the jumping areas and find the "toddler" area after asking some employees. The area for toddlers was a ways back from the platform you could stand on with your shoes. Not conducive in case there is an issue with the kiddo. I should have gone to get a pair for me, but did not know if I needed to pay another $10 for that half hour. Plus, I could not take my kid out of there since she was off bouncing around. Needless to say it was uncomfortable, and there were other parents next to me sharing the same feeling... My daughter was done after 20 minutes and we had to leave. There was nothing else for her to do there. In comparison - I paid $4 for my daughter at Jumpstreet, which had a designated area for toddlers along with bouncy houses and such to keep them entertained. Oh, and it was an all-day fee. Before we left, I had to change her diaper and found that the restroom did have a changing station - that was nice, but it would have been better if there was a trashcan in the restroom to dispose of a diaper...WHAT? Yes, no trashcan since air dryers were available for your hands after washing them...Not well thought out...So, I carried the diaper out of the washroom to throw in to a trashcan next to the lockers. Don't worry - it was a wet one, not a dirty one. So, if you think this is a place to take the family and one of those members happens to be younger than, let's say requires diapers, DON'T GO! It's not geared towards or conducive to the entire family and their pocket book... read more

We were so excited to see that there was going to be an indoor jump park in Parker since we usually drive 30 minutes to get to the next closest one. The first weekend it was open, we took my 3 year old. I don't think many people knew it was open since it was practically deserted on a Saturday night. We paid a small fortune for him and my husband to jump. It's pretty scary that my husband wasn't able to jump with my son. He has developmental delays and doesn't jump that high or fast and my husband wanted to help him. The teenage "referees" kept telling my husband to not jump by our 3 year old. He wasn't even in the same square! As much as I think the rule of one person per square (with a very small minor and his parent) are ridiculous, we WERE following the rules and my husband was jumping in the square beside him. He was told by one of the "refs" that other adults were complaining about him jumping too close too his own son. We looked around and there was ONE other dad there and he was playing on his iPhone not even paying attention. No one "told" on us, they just wanted to keep my husband and son separated. Sorry, but making my 3 year old feel safe by jumping next to him is much more important than going to a place that is convenient because it's close. We will continue to go to Jumpoline in Aurora. They still have safety guidelines which I do understand are important, because let's face it, some kids/teenagers are too rough around the young ones. But, at least there, you are allowed to jump with your kid. We won't be coming back. read more

This place is great for my children! I have a 10 and 7 year old, so I'm able to sit and do homework for an hour while they jump. Occasionally I get to jump with them, and can honestly say I appreciate how strict they can be about the 1 person per square rule. I know how crazy my son can get when he's excited, and one wrong footing can cause an injury to him or another child. The staff has always been great, and buying the non slip socks isn't an issue, since you can keep reusing them for every visit, and they're safer! They have plenty of seating for waiting parents, and free WiFi. The kids burn off steam and I can get some work done. It's a win/win! read more

The grandkids get to jump and play and have lots of fun and I get to watch them! $12 for two hours and the kids crash for the rest of the day. The staff is wonderful. They even give the kids direction on how to do flips. No outside food or drinks. A 20oz bottle of water is $3 but that's ok with me. They offer other snacks like pizza and soft drinks. There are lockers for your stuff, or you can just put everything on the storage shelves for free on the honor system...don't touch my stuff, and I won't touch yours. Fun for kids for about an hour, then it becomes boring for them because it's all only trampoline jumping. Yes, they can play dodge ball, and jump into a foam rubber pit, and jump to a basketball hoop and throw the ball in, then jump back to landing. But that's about all there is to do here. More fun at other bigger and better places. And no comfortable seating for parents (and grandparents), just hard chairs and not able to view kids while waiting. My 9 year old son likes this place BUT as a mom that sits and waits for 2 hours while he has fun, it's VERY uncomfortable. There is no comfortable seating for parents, just hard plastic chairs and it's absolutely freezing in there. We were there for a softball practice to learn how to slide. After the hour the kids got to spin the wheel to win a prize. Kenzie helped them and was so amazing. Nice, helpful, generous and kind. The staff can be kind of fussy (they stand and watch everyone jumping and will call people out if they're not following rules), but honestly, for safety reasons I totally get it. They also have a toddler time during the week...I forget which day, but it's a great option to keep them extra safe. I have been going to Jumpstreet for the past couple years and decided to switch it up this past weekend and went to Sky Zone in Parker! I was very surprised by how pleasant my experience was. First thing that took me by surprise was how clean the place was. I was used to old, stained carpets and the aroma of sweaty feet at other jump parks but sky zone smelled great and was very sanitary! I actually noticed the front desk employees out cleaning counters and tables 2 or 3 times for the hour I was there. Prices seemed to be average although they have a standard price for all ages which I found odd. I had my 2 boys jump for an hour at $14 each. I was very pleased when the cashier told me that they had access to everything in the park. That standard rate didn't seem so bad after hearing that. And as for the actually jumping part? It was a pleasant experience and my boys seemed to have a blast. Probably the most surprising part of my experience here was watching the teenage court employee totally interacting and being engaged with my boys as well as the others kids that were playing dodgeball! Definitely will be coming here more often! read more

I take my four year old daughter here to let out some energy. We bring our socks that we have used in the past, so we save a dollar on the fee. It's a little unfortunate because they charged me the same price for a half hour as for an hour (there's no way my little one would last an hour). Although the place is run by teenagers, they are actually outgoing and friendly. It's always pleasant to witness teens paying attention to little kids and caring for their safety versus their nose being in their phone. When they are SUPER busy, it would be nice to divide up the trampolines by age, as sometimes the rowdy 12 year olds will come flying down the trampolines and almost run my daughter over. (even though there is a one person per trampoline rule). Overall, we will continue to go back! read more

A miss. We recently moved from Las Vegas where we had a similar trampoline park. They staff at that location was top notch and we went often. Tonight was our first (and likely last) visit at Parker Sky Zone. First off, the prices are fairly expensive, especially considering you have to purchase sky zone socks. Second, oh the staff ‍. I went with my 6 year old son and 2 year old daughter who thinks she's 6. There was ONE guy who had a real issue with the one person per lane to the point where it wasn't even enjoyable for us. We were the only people on the lanes where you jump into the pit but we needed to STILL make sure it was one person per lane. Sorry I brought a 2 year old who doesn't understand the lane concepts. Then we were playing crack the egg for like 20 minutes and a staff member says "it's only one person per square." Okay... Then we go to the basketball hoops, the lane next to us there were two boys playing, so we figured there's no single person rule, WRONG, the guy who had it out for us in the other section was NOW manning this and NOW all of a sudden it's one kid per lane . Our kids were very well behaved and not engaging in anything overtly dangerous. It's a trampoline park and somehow the staff managed to suck most of the fun out. Sad, some of my best times with my kids were at our local trampoline park in vegas. We won't be back to this sky zone. We'll go to monkey business where kids can ACTUALLY get silly. I wonder why they make you sign you and your kids life away if they're still going to be fairly strict while you're there? Lame! read more

Stay away from this place! The staff fails to enforce safety rules, resulting in many injuries. In the span of 40 minutes I witnessed 2 bloody noses, 3 kicks to the head, a twisted hip, 2 falls on a hard surface, and kids landing on other kids (bruises, scrapes, crying). I have been here twice during Toddler Time and had a pretty great experience. My daughter loved jumping. However, COMPLETELY different experience when we went today on Mothers Day!! The teenagers who worked there were eyeing our every move and scolded us probably 5 or 6 times for something! My husband couldn't sit on the far back wall of the jumping zone, he had to take his hat off, he couldn't jump in the same square as OUR daughter, my daughter couldn't bring a ball that SKY ZONE provides to the trampoline with her, she couldn't jump into the foam pit next to one other child, etc etc. On top of all of this, there were two girls and a guy employee standing and smirking at my husband and me as though we were terrible people! We felt completely uncomfortable being there like we couldn't make one move or else we would break ANOTHER rule! Totally ruined our fun and won't be back soon. read more

If you have kids under 3 I would skip unless you can make it to toddler time. (I can't do toddler time because I also have a 5 year old.) I paid full price for my 1.5 year old twins and they promised to keep a divider up for kids under 4. Then I went to go watch my older son shoot the basketball and they opened it up and it was craziness again. I asked them to close it off and they wouldn't close it. So I paid $46 to have my twins jump for maybe a half hour and my 5 year old for an hour. My twins were so fussy I just left. Very over priced! Not much to do and the foam pit is the worst I have ever seen. We got there and they told us our time started in two minutes, we just walked in from shopping and both kids needed to use the restroom and put socks on. Needless to say, we missed the first 5 minutes. They also take your money for very small children (22 months), who cannot do anything on their own, if you want to help them, you need to pay too. We booked a party here for my son's fourth birthday which included an hour of jumping for 10 friends and then some time in the party room for food and gifts- everyone had a great time, including the adults! This place is clean, the staff is courteous, and I'm extremely satisfied with our experience here. Just be prepared to spend some money, as the party was about $300. My kids absolutely love sky zone, especially since it is not near as crowded as jumps line or jump Street. Although I think the price is a little bit high, it is offset by the fact that the place is not filthy and I don't feel the need to dip my kids in hand sanitizer when I leave. The whole square jump space is a little odd in my humble opinion but I can deal with that. Safety is a big priority it seems, and there are lots of rules the kids must follow which are enforced. This is different from my experience of other trampoline parks. Many of the other posters are people with toddlers. My kids are in third and fourth grade so I don't have the same issues. WOW THAT WAS FUN! I recently visited Sky Zone Parker on vacation with some roommates and friends from college and we had a blast. Not only is it fun, you get a great work out too! Sky Slam was great and the employees were very helpful making sure we knew all the safety rules before we could jump. OH and as a poor college student IT WAS AFFORDABLE! Absolutely worth the price of admission for the fun and you get to keep the socks! Will be back, hopefully sooner than later! read more
