SKY ZONE MEMBERSHIP: Team members at this location are not informed of what they are selling. They would tell you, you can call the location to cancel your membership when you call they will not answer your call. You will leave voicemails and then there will be no response. Then when you finally get a hold of them, they tell you you can ONLY cancel by going through their website. Then when you FINALLY cancel, it tells you that the cancellation would take at least 10 business days to process. Long story short, I have never EVER been SCAMMED in my entire life till today, by the RIVERSIDE SKY ZONE. And to make matters worse this location has POOR HYGIENE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, and the STAFF is poorly trained. read more

BEWARE We were told that a single month would cost the same as a single visit so we signed up for a single month pass. We were unaware they would charge us again. The day we were charged again we told them we did not want the pass and we wanted a refund. We did not visit the facility again and was told to email the corporate office after speaking with the manager for a refund. They are denying refund because of the signed agreement although the verbal agreement was contradicting. I would not visit this facility again. This is a dirty misleading way to get more money. Check in was slow, and 1 hour of jumping for 2 adults came out to $76 because of the mandatory t-shirt (for glow night) and socks. Socks from other trampoline parks are not allowed either for "liability and insurance coverage reasons". Trampoline parks are always fun and they're a great way to work out in lieu of going to the gym. We got a bargain on Groupon so we decided to come here and I was very happy with the deal, which was $16 for 2 people and 1 hour of jump. Unfortunately, the customer service here is awful, particularly at the front desk. The employee that I interacted with was not very helpful or enthusiastic. For example, I paid for some socks and she just looked at me after charging my card, waiting for me to leave and carry on with my day. Seriously...? I was annoyed that I had to remind her to give me the socks. Their manager came trudging up to yell about work stuff in front us, as well, which was rude and awkward. My sister had a similar bad experience (she waited in line for longer than necessary because only one employee was working the cashier while two others were just talking and hanging out behind her) so this appears to be a recurring theme. The place itself isn't very clean or hygienic, either. The tables in the little food court area were dirty and sticky when we sat down to eat some Dippin' Dots. read more

Assistant Manager Nevah is was very unprofessional. Horrible experience today! After standing in long lines once we were at the cashier she said she would be right back and she walked away for nearly 13 minutes. When she came back she only apologized to the (white) family behind us. Other families in the line noticed that she was gone for a while. While my family waited for Nevah by the cash register to be helped the worker took families behind us to be helped. It was terrible the way we were treated today 9/5! read more

We came to Sky Zone Riverside for a change from Big Air Corona. It was pretty disappointing. Half of the equipment was closed due to broken parts. 1 of the zip lines was closed a worker said something was broken on the line, the warped wall was closed as it had missing carpeting, the dodgeball Court was closed as sections of the trampolines were ripped, something was removed and missing from the large inverted ladder section, the mens bathroom had yellow tape around one urinal and it stunk in there. Overall the facility just felt unkept. We felt like half of the activities we're closed or broken and still charged $30 full price for the 90 minute session. So with Big Air and the Air Park opening in Dos Lagos this place needs to step up their game! read more

If you plan to go here, try to decide the day before, and take advantage of their 50% off deal on-line. The bummer is, you can't purchase it for the same day. Guess that would make life too easy?! So, we paid full price (ouch). They also make you buy their socks. We've amassed quite the collection of socks from Sky Zone, Mojo Dojo, Rockin' Jump, etc. Wish they would let you use other brands of socks, but guess that's a way they make money. I've gotten smart and started keeping washed socks in the car, in hopes that the stars will align, and we'll actually use them at the right place. So far, no luck. The place itself is average clean. There are jumping areas, swinging areas, a cool basketball court on a bouncy area, things to climb, swing, sway and rock on. My favorite was being able to 'dunk' a basketball and hang on the rim of the smallest of their 3 basketball hoops to dunk on. Pretty cool for a short, middle aged Asian lady :). Cheap thrills. We paid for an hour, and they were pretty cool about not kicking us out right away. Shhh. Props though, as it wasn't super crowded. Many thanks from some broke moms. I brought my son here three times in the last month, spending over $100 every time with jump, games, socks and treats. Unfortunately, we will not be returning ever again after today's treatment by management. We arrived at 3:30, paid $80 to jump for two people. Apparently they shut down at 6PM on certain days for the VIP members to have a not-so-extravagant pizza party (people who pay $30 a month for unlimited jumping). My son was done jumping at 530 but wanted to play games in the little arcade area. I asked an employee if we were okay to stay to play games even though it was almost 6 PM and she said YES, no problem. The games are not free, mind you. We purchased ice cream at the concession stand before heading to play games and I asked the cashier if I could buy a slice of pizza for my son since their kitchen sucks and they offer only candy and chips. They were handing out pizza to every kid there it seemed. The worker said she'd ask her boss and didn't see any harm in it. I would've paid $10 a slice if need be. I had all intentions of taking my son elsewhere to eat but he met a friend there who was VIP and wanted to eat his pizza and ice cream with him then play games with him. Well a few minutes into ice cream, another employee came over to us and said that not only can we not buy a slice of pizza (LOL) but we HAD to leave bc it was time for VIP only. She did say we could stay if we wanted to purchase a VIP package though. Needless to say, we didn't spend any money on games and just left. Not only is it sad and pathetic to not let a child eat the same as others but your employee told us we could play the games...oh and I paid $80 to get in!! Super sucky. Lost my business forever. We had a birthday party there on October 8th. The AC was not working, the kids and adults were miserable, sweaty and hot. The park had fans running but all that did was circulate the hot air in the building. We asked for compensation for the inconvenience/ failure to communicate the fact the AC was not working before the birthday party. The general manager, Greg stated he would give us a partial refund and to date, that has not occurred. I've called them multiple times leaving messages and gone to the park twice asking to speak to someone. All I was given was an email address where I can ask for my money back. Great place to be nickel and dimed... Tuesday this week I bought Get Air Park pass to jump for 14 bucks for 2 kids 1 hour. Used it the same day and included socks. Today I purchased a pass for Sky Zone Trampoline Park to find its not valid for same day, had to buy another pass and socks (free at other place). Same activity the kids did Tuesday at for 14 bucks + some snacks today cost me 35 bucks and I am now stuck with a Groupon pass for a place I don't want to visit again. Overall, a clean, fun place for the kids to burn off a lot of energy! Parking is around the building, and some of the spaces that are close by are reserved for the businesses next door so you may need to walk a bit. You do need to fill out a liability waiver BEFORE you purchase a tickets and socks, so head to the computers before getting in line (they need to put the computers towards the front door, and not in the back corner of the entrance.) Try to purchase a Groupon the day BEFORE you come in, since they DON'T accept Groupons that we're purchased that very same day. It'll cut the cost in half. I did take one star off because we went on a Monday night (it wasn't crowded at all) and there weren't any tables available. The ones that were unoccupied had trash all over them so we had to clean up our own tables so we could sit. Ewwwww. Nothing like picking up someone's USED, stinky socks just so you could sit on a chair. Either than that, the kids had fun and slept hard that night! read more

Took my son here for his 8th birthday and pretty much had a blast here. I'm not very active and it was sort of hot inside (from all the running and activity inside). Things you should know, you have to buy special grip socks to jump, they make you sign a waiver if your jumping to avoid from suing if you get hurt? Also bring plenty of water or snacks for yourself if you don't want to spend much inside! There's so many trampolines and areas like dodgeball and basket ball with trampoline! Zip lines and wall climbing! And of course some harder course that require strength. It's fun! Will come here in the future. read more

I have a 6 , 8 and 10 year old. Been to a bunch of trampoline parks but gotta say this was the biggest waste of money. Started with waiting in long lind at front counter only to get schysted into buying "mandatory" store owned shirt and socks and was told our slip resistant socks, that have been accepted at every other trampoline park, would not work because they have to be purchased from their store. Now that we're in there wasn't really alot to do. You have to be "13 or older to play dodge ball"?. Teenagers pretty much own most of the other attractions basket ball court and basket ball hoops which pretty much left my kids with a basic trampoline and a zip line which only entertained them for 20 min tops. My son celebrated his 7th Birthday today at Sky Zone. I purchased a Ultimate Birthday package off of Groupon; then you call and book your date. The party planning they provided was awesome. I didn't have to worry about anything! We had 17 kids that jumped for an hour and 10 minutes and then got pizza/cake...what more could a kid ask for? I'm not a huge party favor person so I didn't do any; however, I didn't realize they provided each jumper with a 60minute jump pass so they can return. SCORE!!! The kids and parents were very happy with that Since they renovated this location, it was wonderful! Wow! It has a regular jumping area; basketball dunk are; full bball court; Ninja obstacle course; zip line; jousting. They had it all! You are only allowed to bring in cake and each jumper can bring a water bottle. You cannot bring in a case of water.. I didn't like that. I feel I should have had provided water for everyone. The package came with 4 pizzas and also 3 or 4 pitchers of drinks. I added 5 more pizzas, a chicken salad, and a veggie platter. The additional food adds up fast! Also have to plan to tip your hostess. Ours was OUTSTANDING! I think her name was Dashanae. She passed out the food, served drinks, cut the cake and passed that out; she was everywhere and communicated great! Overall- great experience! We WILL be back! read more
