The recent UFC fight was shown here and of all things it was free no cover or drink minimum. The owner or part owner is also the owner of Gees Clippers here in Milwaukee. It is located on 3rd street one block south of North Ave, next door to Gees Clippers. First glace the location flows an open space from the door to the bar in the rear. There is also a location downstairs with games tv's and seating. There are lots of TV's so the view was not restricted by those who chose to sit or mingle in front of tables. If you have ever been to Gees then you can understand what it might look like. Lots of sports memorabilia and heavy on the Wisconsin sports theme. They offer food but i was there to have a couple of drinks and watch the fight. So sorry i didn't order any food so nothing to review on that note. The drinks i had were standard the price was also average for the drinks. They have a couple of kinks to work out yet and this is to be expected for a business that is just starting off. It seemed to be a place that people like it was getting crowed a little after 10 pm. The prices on the food were average and they offered free popcorn, yo who doesn't love the free? A plus for me is that they offer hookah! Yes hookah my fav! That i believe was priced accordingly as well. The service for the hookah needs to be tweaked as well. I was patient because i understand that they recently opened and im sure that they will get better with time. Finally a sports bar on the north side that offers a relaxed environment, it was more of a grown up crowd. There is parking in a lot as well as the street next to the bar. Expect to be card and patted down at the door. Which i had no issues with, better safe then sorry. The crowd was mixed women and men alike as well as ethnicity. This is important for me when i frequent a establishment. Will i go back? Heck yea! I will try to food and get another hookah because this is what i like. Im not sure how many of you travel to the North Side but if you do and you want to grab a bite or a drink, perhaps a hookah stop here. Watch some sports bring some friends and enjoy yourselves.

Corey (one of the owners) please beat his score lol.

Best urban sports bar in the Milwaukee area. Free cover charge, free parking, free viewing of UFC fights and other sports. Great food, drinks, music, and customer service. Owners are always on site interacting with customes and are very appreciative of your business. Don't forget to play on the basketball court, ask for Corey (One of the owners) tell him Marilyn sent you to beat his score. This is the place to be.

I loved the concept of District Fore, it was like Topgolf meets arcade meets backyard cookout. They offered many different games, such as a golf simulator, darts, and more. They usually only allow customers to rent out a game room in hour-long increments, but we were able to pay for a half hour of darts because we only had that much time before we had to leave for our event. I really appreciated the hospitality from all the staff during my visit to District Fore! We didn't eat dinner at District Fore, so I only got to try the cheese curds. They were so buttery and crispy, and the cheese pulls rivaled those of the Chili's mozzarella sticks! They were also much bigger in size than other cheese curds I have had during my time in Milwaukee. One order of the cheese curds appetizer was the perfect size to share between the four of us. I would love to see a District Fore Social open in my hometown, because I would definitely love to go back!

You can customize your tenders with different sauces and rubs, which is great! They were the juiciest tenders I've ever had. The cheese curds had an amazing cheese pull too. There's plenty of TVs for you to watch your favorite teams play. I would love to come back here and try out one of the golf simulators or the dart board rows.

Saw this place on the walk back to our car and stopped in for a couple drinks and some appetizers. We were very happy we did. We sat at the bar and it was fairly empty at the time, which was a Thursday around 1pm. The bar is so beautiful with all of the copper details. It feels very clean with an upscale look but doesn't feel like it's too fancy to stop in on a regular day. Our bartender was awesome and she was training a new person that day so she was happy when we chose some fun cocktails for the newbie to make. Our favorite was the Beet Marshall. Oh my gosh is this a delicious cocktail! Unique too! Very refreshing, light. And fantastic color! My partner tried the Rhubarb Negroni which was also very good but we both decided Beet Marshall was the winner! We had the fresh pork rinds for an appetizer, came out sizzlin and poppin! Yes!! We also had the Cajun dill curds they were really good, not too heavy with just enough seasoning. I think this place is a great spot to check out anytime! They had tvs at the bar so sports fans could see their favorite games while enjoying a drink and some food. The locals at the bar seemed like they knew everyone and that this was the place to gather.

Nestled among a lively stretch of bars and restaurants, it has a fun atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in for a few hours. I stopped by during March Madness, and despite it being the middle of the day, the place was buzzing with fans watching the tournament. The bartender--who was the only one working at the time--did a phenomenal job keeping up with the crowd. While drinks occasionally took a little longer, she handled the rush with professionalism and a great attitude. One thing that really stood out was the bar itself; it's impressively long, possibly the biggest I've seen in a venue of this size. The food was exactly what you want from a sports bar: satisfying, flavorful, and the perfect complement to an afternoon of college basketball. I'd definitely stop back to watch another game.

Consistently busy over the years and for good reason. I've been here a few times and I've never been disappointed with the service or the food. It's a dark, cozy little restaurant bar but with so much character and history. Service is friendly and efficient. I love that the food I've ordered here has always exceeded my expectations with the seasonings and quality of ingredients used. Reasonably priced too! If you don't have a reservation, you may end up waiting for a table in the back area at a high top but it's a great opportunity to enjoy one of their great drinks in the meantime!

We quite literally came here straight from the airport. To make matters worse, we had not eaten anything substantial all day and had actually looked this restaurant up weeks before our trip while researching places to eat the infamous Wisconsin fish fry, so we were really looking forward to the experience. The experience started off poorly when our party was essentially scolded by the hostess for sitting at a table that apparently needed to be cleaned for the wait list. To make matters worse, the busser laughed and joked that we were "in trouble," to which I could only respond, "Sounds like it." Not exactly the welcoming atmosphere you'd hope for as a first time visitor. The fish fry was decent our tab came out to $150 for 5 people, but the service was absolutely subpar and our tip reflected that. We also had to send back two drink glasses because they were dirty one still had lipstick on it, and another had food stuck to the inside of the glass. Overall, this was a very disappointing dining experience. Between the unprofessional treatment, lackluster service, and cleanliness issues, I would not recommend stopping here. There are plenty of other restaurants worth trying instead.
