As far as airport restaurants go, I thought this place was good! Had a recent layover at O'hare and was definitely in need of some dinner. So many places around the airport are fast food, burgers, or just overall heavy meals and I was craving the opposite. This is an Italian-inspired place, and it seemed rather inviting. Chill atmosphere, tucked back away from the hussle and bussle of the airport terminal, very clean, and overall quiet. Just what I needed. I was quickly seated and greeted with a big glass of water (needed that too!) and given a big ol' menu. Lots of options here- antipastos, a dozen entres, various soups and salads, some good pasta options, pizzas, and desserts! Something light and on the healthier side was speaking to me, so I went with the pollo con zucchini. The server said it was a great decision by me and she was right. It was delicious. I could eat tomato bruschetta all day and it was covered in that stuff! Plus who doesn't like a balsamic glaze. Service was fast, food came out quick & hot, seating was comfy. Exceeded airport-eatery expectations.

Very pleasantly surprised by the food here, tucked away in ORD airport next to gate B12, all the way down the hall. If I was not looking for this, I could've easily missed it! I was traveling solo, so I wanted to grab a seat at the bar however it was completely full! This was lunch hour at 12pm, I had about an hour layover. So I grabbed a table instead. There were many seats at the table and many of them were free. Of the joys of solo work travel. I immediately knew what I wanted, the eggplant parm. My food arrived in about 10 mins or so, not too long of a wait. My dish was served hot, and a delightful little side of homemade pasta! Yes you heard it, homemade pasta! I can tell the difference between box vs homemade. There is a consistency to homemade that I love and just brings me back to Italy. The eggplant was tender and I can still see huge slices, not really breaded at all, which I was glad to see. But I did have to scrap off the huge layer of cheese on top. I know many people would call me crazy for scraping off the cheese, but it was just too much! Also service was attentive. Overall pleasantly surprised and would certainly return.

Tuscany Cafe in Terminal 1 is excellent for an airport restaurant. I ordered the delicious, old-fashioned minestrone and the lovely, grilled pollo con zucchini with a balsamic glaze. Light and flavorful--perfect before a flight. Portion-wise, the chicken was a lot of food! I couldn't finish. And the service was quick and personal--we loved our waiter, Constantine, who had so much character and sense of fun yet was serious about describing the food.

Great service, you get your food fast and it comes out nice and warm. The ambiance is nice along with cleanliness. I believe it was the owner/manager who came to talk to me he was very knowledgeable about the menu. He seems very passionate about his job which is really nice to see. He recommended the sea food bisc soup- it's yummy along with the salmon Caesar salad

I sat at the bar. The wine was perfect. The bar tender was amazing. And the food was perfect too. This was a lovely stop at the airport between planes. I would absolutely stop here again, given a long enough stop. The restaurant was also packed with happy people - a good sign.

Italian sausage entree. Very tasty. Would order again

I've had deep dish pizza before, but I was not prepared for this - the real deal. Pequod's was the right choice. We ordered two pies - a half vegetable and half plain pie, and a meatball pie. Honestly, we should have just got one pie because it was so much. It was delicious, but it was A LOT! We had leftovers for days.

This PLACE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We tried the basic deep dish pizza with pepperoni to go and it was delicious! The sauce was tasty and thick, while the burned edges gave it an added flavor unlike any pizza we have ever tried. The bread is not a "pie" crust but more a fluffy, thick bread. I do recommended you order ahead as it's a 45-50 minute process to cook the masterpiece. It was well worth wait. They have two entrances for this location. One is the pick-up and go side while the entrance closest to the street corner, is the sit-down restaurant. I did notice people waiting outside and when I walked in to see the vibe, they had a small bar area and had several high tables to sit at. The hostess was really sweet and I even bought a $1 sticker to remember our stop here. I highly recommend this location for your deep dish pizza experience!

Big bang buffalo- standard buffalo. Can't go wrong. Hot honey- pretty good, honey flavor, some sweetness Garlic galaxy glaze- this is really good if you like garlic flavor. I would get this again. Bayou in the sky- super super good. I would get this again. Hint of spice, hint of sweet. Carolina bbq- tasted like straight deli mustard. I would pass. The pizza, even though they advertise Detroit Style pizza, their take is more like Focaccia style pizza. They provide nice crunch, not enough sauce. Pretty airy dough. Drooling mushroom- they offer lots of mushrooms on top but the rest of the pizza was not too great. Next time, I would get Ham Radio- pepperoni, bacon, sausage, got and sweet pepper.

That's at the tone for what became unforgettable night. Had the space debri salad which is basically a Greek salad with potatoes and I think in Italian vinaigrette Soooooooooooo for it!!! So delicious After getting it, my buddy had to get one too haha One of us had the moonwalk cheese, we go out for a lot of pizza together, and he said it was he thought his favorite of anywhere. Another one of our crew got the pepperoni pile up loved. And I got the sweet and salty space candy pizza With bacon, pineapple, pickled red onion, goat cheese, sambal. Genius, the goat cheese, instead of ricotta was the move for this pizza! All the flavors worked in perfect harmony.Nothing short of amazing. Cozy spot, super cool atmosphere, couple of old school arcade games like ninja Turtles let's goooo We had so much fun. The drinks were absolutely excellent as well. Oh my God cannot forget this drink program. Galactic gift basket and Jedi mind trick sooo fire.
