I came here for two appointments for a deep cleaning with Emiliana (Emily) and they both went extremely well. Emiliana made sure to be very friendly, patient, thorough and made the whole experience way more pleasant than usual deep cleanings go. From the moment I walked in I felt very taken care of. The front desk staff is very friendly and have great guest service. This was my first time getting a deep cleaning so I was very nervous and scared, but the whole staff really put me at ease. Everyone was very professional, the rooms very very clean and well taken care of, and the whole procedure went smoothly. I had previously had a lot of pain on the right side of my jaw, and after X-rays and an exam, they were able to figure out exactly why! Emiliana had excellent communication with me and really explained what was going on, what the procedure would entail, and what I should expect. She took the time to really make me feel relaxed and okay and I'm really grateful for that because going to the dentist can be kind of scary! I've already recommended this place (and Emiliana) to my friends. The pain in my jaw is now gone and everything feels so much better now. I will definitely be going back. Well, THIS IS ONE! first came here for a 2nd opinion after my original dentist tried scare tactics to pressure me into add on services. In sharp contrast, Dr. Deepak Ned said i had no cavities and needed nothing extra. AND while i was prepared to spend hundreds on zoom whitening, he instead showed me on the tooth-scale just how close i was to the whitest and let me know it might be a waste of a lot of money--- totally saved me. I was sold on this office at the first visit! Just this past week i had a wisdom tooth extracted too, and Dr. Ned was fantastic. the whole staff was, as always. They are so professional, and he especially, made me feel so relaxed. I've been a patient of Dr. Kevin Ng's for years. The first thing you should know is that he's excellent at what he does, and the second thing is that he genuinely cares (***I can't begin to highlight how important this is). You'll find some good dentists out there, and even great dentists, but Dr. Ng is genuinely one of a kind, and he will do right by you as a patient. My whole family sees him now, and I even have a few friends who have switched over to him. Great work, Kevin! And shout out to the front office too! Some real ones! (kudos to Christina). Their front of house staff is always so friendly and efficient with checking in, scheduling, explanation of fees, and checking out...ESPECIALLY now that we are in a time of Covid. They perform all the proper protocols to make sure their patients are healthy and comfortable. The facility is immaculately clean with state of the art equipment. The hygienists and doctors are top of their game. They are the kind of people that truly make you feel like you found your dental "home". The visit itself has always been great, but you can tell they care about their patients by the way they remember you and the things going on in your life and your kid and the new business you started and how last time you moved to a new neighborhood etc.. It's difficult to find good pediatric dental clinic in downtown Chicago. Our previous clinic closed down and we have tried a few more places since then but were not happy with any of them until we found this place. I couldn't be happier with the services my 9 years old son received here. The doctor was very professional and honest with the patient, the staff and assistants are very friendly and the equipments are clean, updated and advanced! We went in with the expectations that my son might need a baby root canal and crown due to deep cavity. Dr. Marri presented us with different potential options with very reasonable pricing before she started the operation. And she was able to avoid touching the nerve while opening up the cavity and applying the filling without having to go with the root canal route. I felt great trust in Dr. Marri and this clinic after the visit. It's hard to find a clinic where they have your best interest in mind. From my past experience, I feel most places we went, they just wanted your money and often perform unnecessary operations. I highly recommend this dental clinic. read more

After a few things occurred over time that I wasn't thrilled about with my child's previous dentist, the $15 PPE charge did me in and I knew it was time for somewhere new. I'm so glad I made the decision to go with Skyline. They were very patient with my child who has a sensitive gag reflex. They used the panoramic X-ray machine when the bitewing X-ray was proving to be difficult to keep the plastic piece in the mouth (the other dentist didn't even offer the panoramic X-ray when they had one and instead said to postpone X-rays until the next visit). Netflix movie of choice helped distract the mind and everything was very clean. I felt safe bringing my child here and even my child was happy with the visit. Starting with the front desk staff, the Skyline Smiles team go out of their way to accommodate your needs always greeting you with a smile and listening to your concerns as if they were their own. I also love how technologically savvy this office is with text message appointment reminders and e-mailed copies of anything you might need. Still paper friendly? They've got you covered, and are always willing to print out any information you might need for insurance providers or the like. Did I mention they have touch screen TV's to watch while having your dental procedures done! Yes, this place is seriously spotless. They've got it all right. I should also mention the staff goes above and beyond to help finically assist with payment plans for larger dental procedures. Came back for my cleaning and check up. Still your super friendly, neighborhood dental establishment! Netlfix is still a nice touch. Dr. Lee was great and answered all my questions. Have my next cleaning scheduled already :) Want to add - there is a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee if you do not give them at least 48 hours. This policy makes sense, but I was not made aware of this until I had to reschedule the day before due to a trip extension. Policy was not mentioned when I first called to make the appointment, in their appointment text messages or in the email. I was given a "courtesy" fee waiver and a snarky comment about this appointment being scheduled well in advance. Everything is great, but this policy needs to be mentioned somewhere. read more

I was really pleased with my experience here. I have not been to the dentist in about 8 to 10 years and was a little nervous. My hygienist was very personable and immediately made me feel comfortable. She did a fantastic cleaning and it was basically pain free. The dentist was also really nice. I followed my dentist from her previous location to this one, needing an appointment for a toothache. The location is very convenient and there is metered street parking outside. When setting up the appointment the office staff was very friendly and accommodating in setting up a time. There are evening appointments and even weekend appointments which makes life easier to be able to take care of your health outside of traditional working hours. I was able to complete my insurance paperwork online before the appointment which was helpful. This reminded me to be able to check within my own insurance company to see that I had coverage with this clinic. It also made checking in for my appointment super fast with no awkward clipboard of paperwork traditionally needed for healthcare appointments. Also nice, there was a very short wait in the waiting room before I was asked to take a seat in the patient chair. When I started my appointment the hygienists and assistants were warm and friendly and the environment definitely can help settle an anxious patient. They have monitors in front of the patient chair which you can watch Netflix on to help distract from the noise of drilling, or needles if you have an appointment for more than a routine cleaning. My dentist, Dr. Marri, was as great as she has been treating me before. She listened to my concerns using both X-rays and her own exam to decide a path forward. I ended up needing an additional appointment which another dentist, Dr. Ned helped with the next day. Dr. Ned's personality also matched the tone of the office, friendly and positive. It seemed like I was the last patient of the day and despite it being late in the evening the staff was still cheerful and helpful setting up additional appointments without feeling rushed. The clinic's care for their patients is evident as the dedication to have my tooth taken care of quickly and keeping an anxious patient at ease. read more

I have been coming here for a while but this was my first visit since the COVID pandemic. The place was spotless as usual. The staff is so professional and kind. Their procedures for infection control and prevention is superb. I felt completely safe getting my teeth cleaned. They require masks when you come in. They check your temp and give you hand sanitizer upon entry. Once you are seated, they ask you to rinse your mouth with Listerine for 30 seconds. The staff wears the appropriate PPE throughout the procedure. I should have written a review before COVID but I now feel obligated to because of what the small businesses have to do to survive and these guys are doing it. First of all, I'm new to the city and have little to no idea about dental care around me. I chose to go to Skyline because of the positive reviews and because they were offering me a free consultation. Upon reaching there, you realize that this is a modern dental clinic with state of the art technology, plus netflix while you're having a check up. Best Idea Ever! Anyways after the x-rays, I was told that I'd need a root canal for a molar on my lower left side. This freaked me out, since root canals are supposed to be very painful with multiple injections in your mouth. I didn't have a choice anyhow, since the pain was unbearable and I went ahead and got an appointment for it. Every person I spoke prior to told me that root canals are very painful, my roommate, my dad, everyone, and boy how wrong they were. Dr. Ned is a fantastic person and keeps the mood very light and has an awesome way of injecting in your mouth because of which you hardly feel any pain. He got everything right on the first try, and I was very well anesthetized for the rest of my procedure. It took about two hours and four episodes of friends, and my pain was gone! Definitely one of the best dentist experiences I've had, and I've been to the dentist over fifty times! Shout out to the beautiful manager Christina, who made sure everything was taken care of and that I had a pleasant experience. Trust me, you cannot go wrong with this place. read more
