All I ordered was a singular patty burger and fries. I find it really cool they got Pepsi and cola though that's it. May NEVER come back here, genuinely taking their advice and going to Carl's Jr as they would NEVER be this bad at giving me a burger and it tastes 10x better. The bathrooms are clean and the area is nice, parking sucks just like the food. Might have to take back the tip I left from their tip jar as they literally just robbed me of my time. As I am writing this, my food has still not been given out and I already asked them about it, other customers are still being given priority despite more than an hour wait. Perhaps unorganized in the kitchen or slow in production. This isn't merely just waiting but the fact that your own staff told us different wait times. We did wait. We waited according to your instructions and schedule. We were told many different wait times every time we followed up and asked. The time kept getting longer and longer when there were no other parties waiting but us. First we were told 30mins, then literally minutes later it changed. Then an additional 20mins added. Then, 30. Then we waited, and it changed again. They kept telling us it would be longer and longer. Why would the time go backwards? A small gilled cheese sandwich for an hour? One order. You can ask any business owner or any place outside of your small town that it is a ridiculous wait time for a customer to wait for that long for one small sandwich. Instead of arguing back with your customers, a decent thing to do would have been to apologize and just have accommodated the sandwich just for having us almost an hour of waiting without even getting in. A true business owner wouldn't have responded in how you did. Not only horrible service, but bad ownership practices so I see where it reflects poorly.

It was huge, and the patty appeared to be made in-house. She loved it! My son ordered the Mexican Omelette with a side of cottage cheese, another hit! We all enjoyed our meals and would order them again. Service: Service was swift and professional. The man who seated us also took our orders. He was the only staff member I saw during our visit, but we never felt like the place was understaffed. Our server--who could very well have been the proprietor--was attentive without being overbearing, and he brought out the food quickly and kept our drinks filled. I have no complaints. Ambiance: This is an airport restaurant; rather, it is the airport's sole eatery. Our seats were in small room with perhaps six tables and only a window between us and the runway. Nobody flew in while we were sitting there, but I bet it's a cool place to take young kids if one happens to know a plane or helicopter will be arriving or departing. As one would expect, the restaurant was themed around flight, with flight charts and other airplane-related items making up the décor. It is a tranquil place to enjoy a quality meal without any fanfare or fuss. I recommend The Barnstorm Restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal without a ridiculous wait. Bon appétit!
