Honestly some of the best I've ever had. Super creamy, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with flavor. You can tell it's homemade, not from a mix. I was literally making sure I didn't leave a drop on the plate. The Texas scramble was SO good--big portions, packed with eggs, bacon, sausage, and smothered in that gravy. Total comfort food. And the chicken fried steak... wow. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and absolutely covered in that same amazing gravy. It's one of those meals you keep thinking about after you leave.
