    I bought sleep number bed near 5 years ago and paid almost $11000 and expected for the good night sleep bed. I am very disappointed with the product and service. Although I still have 5 years warranty, the bed has become separated in the middle. It woke me up when I am turning at night. I called for the service but I was told that I have to pay for the assessment and pay extra for the repairing. It is so unfair. I called the supervisor and was placed on the automatic waiting for 15 mins and still nobody answering .

    Sleep Number bed delivery. Our delivery experience was outstanding. The delivery team of Brandon and Salvador were very professional. They observe all covid protocol and even ask if we wanted them to take off their shoes which we advised them they were OK leaving their shoes on. They came earlier than expected and the process was very quick. Not sure if there were a 3rd party company they had sleep number uniforms on and came in sleep number truck. Whoever they work for they need to take a page out of Brandon and Salvador's book on how to provide excellent customer service. Thank you Sleep Number and thank you Brandon and Salvador for your service.

    What a waste of money.  Top of the line I-10 mattress.  Literally just foam/padding on top and bottom with air mattress in the middle.

    Dyantha is the best. Knows everything there is about all there products . we have a Call king and its great, best nights sleep.

    In and out in 30 min. I was skeptical after seeing all the negative reviews, but I'm glad I went in. 5Stars

Then I came into the store and met Jyelin T.. From the moment we spoke, he listened patiently, took my concerns seriously, and confidently said he could resolve it. Given my past experience, I'll admit I was skeptical. But literally the next day, he emailed me with a solution--and it was exactly the resolution I had been hoping for all along. Because of everything I'd been through, I even went back into the store to confirm that what he promised was truly happening. Sure enough, Jyelin delivered. He solved an issue that had dragged on for months in less than 24 hours. Total rockstar. He was so responsive and thorough that he even gave me his cell number, which tells you everything you need to know about his commitment to customer service. If you're shopping at Living Spaces and need someone who actually listens and gets things done, Jyelin is your guy.

Our order was not going thru my husband called the store and was informed it was due to the 3rd party system they use. They said in order for him to get next day delivery he had to go in person to make the purchase by 5 PM. He was able to make it. Fast forward to today the power recliner the was delivered at noon did NOT work. They offered to leave a the broken recliner for a $200 discount, send a repair man that could take days, refund our money, or replace it. In my mind a replacement the same day would have been OK since it was 12 PM and we received a delivery window of 8 AM to 8 PM. We opted for next day delivery but requested to speak with a manger. I was informed I would receive a phone call in 2 hours. 4 hours later we still had not received a call. I called the store. It took over an hour to receive a return phone call. I spoke with Melissa. She stated she was a guest service manager and there was nothing that could be one on her end. The best thing they could do is deliver a replacement the next day. The ordering and delivery process have been a horrible experience. We will not be ordering from them again

Delaney was the cashier who was at the check out, she presented me with some options which I took advantage of. She was very pleasant and walked me through the process. In doing so, I got 15% off of my purchase. Her customer service was exceptional and she made my shopping experience amazing and worthwhile. I saw at the register check out Harry Potter chocolate frogs with a collectible card shelf tag 3.99 -- i buy all ten they have. After my daughter says thats 50% off what she gets them for at Universal studios The next day, we are in Costa Mesa and the store has a full box of frogs, and the shelf tag is 3.99 -- I buy the box of 24. The kid checking us out super nice but first day on the register, so they walking him through how to use the register. So when headed to the car with purchase i said i better check the receipt. Sure enough the harry potter frogs ring up at 4.99 not the tag of 3.99 -- they do price adjustment, and the manager tells the kid to take the tag down and she will print new ones for the price mistake. So now drive home, check the other receipt and its 4.99 not 3.99 and drive back to the store. The kid at the register calls on radio for G3 or something to the front must be code for manager. Tall 6 ft female manager says what is the issue, he tells her he has picture of shelf tag supposed to be 3.99 not 4.99 on 10 frogs. She then says where is this picture from, I tell her costa mesa store, as I caught the mistake while there. She rudely tells me 3 times, that if i do not have the picture of the shelf tag in her store she will not honor the price. She then says if Costa Mesa honored the price tag error that is on them. She continues saying they can scan the item with their phone to see it was a mistake. I tell her I didnt take a picture of the shelf tag, because I didnt know the day before they made same error. She said sorry nothing i will do for you. I call the customer service chat, and speak to Armando, who says he is sorry for the trouble in the store, but without a picture of the Lakewood store price mistake they will investigate it, but wont change things. I ask their representative do you take a picture of every shelf tag a store when your shopping ? NO he says, so how can your corporation think that without a price tag picture your S.O.L ! The harry potter caramel barrel and small jelly belly glass cup with butter bean jelly bellies were moved from the left to the right side of the display today. i wouldnt give a penny to this company anymore if thats their idea of protecting themselves from price mistakes! Horrible manager with zero customer service skills, and a phone customer service basically telling you we will elevate it but without photo proof you wont get any place. WOW Cost plus shame on you !
