This is the 4th time I've come here. Typically get tenders. This time I thought I'd get wings. So very very disappointing. The wings are tiny. The helping of fries was small and a lot of ends. And the toast had no flavor. For $9.99 I could ha e gone to BW3 and gotten a boneless wing dinner for this price and had 2x the amount of food. Now I have a more negative view. Think I'm done for awhile. It will be awhile before I come back and try something else. They have my $9.99 for awhile. Oh and the app is obnoxious. Sends notifications constantly. Me and my sister tried this place for the first time and was very disappointed. The service was good, but the crispy chicken sandwiches were small piece of chicken with ranch. The chicken was dry. I tried to eat it with ketchup to help so it wasn't dry and it didn't help we couldn't even chew them. Had no lettuce or tomato's. One of the chicken sandwiches was pink inside (I failed to take a pic of the uncooked one) I understand that sometimes you get a bad item and fast food restaurant's, But for both sandwiches being the same.. dry hard to chew (it would tare into dry stand of dry chicken that you couldn't chew. We ended up throwing them away.. worst sandwiches we ever had! If we wasn't traveling we would have taken them back.. what a waste! We should have just went to McDonald's!! The fries were ok. fried pickles were super salty. The mushrooms were good and the cheesecake jar was delicious! But over all we were really ticked off that we was not able to eat our sandwiches. We ended up having mushrooms and cheesecake for dinner. $39.00 is a lot for mushrooms and cheesecake!!!! We not ever go there again!! Pretty poor first experience, did a preorder for pickup. No one greeted me at the drive through and had to go in, not a big deal but what? One cook and one cashier. Maybe there were having staffing issues on a Saturday for lunch. Fries were soggy and cold. They forgot my toast and received a kids size mac and cheese when it was supposed to be large. I saw this chicken place when I drove by and it caught my eye. Catchy name - I wonder what's that all about! So I decided to try a standard crispy chicken sandwich only. $3.99 not a bad price - but that made me think of Popeyes famous sandwich. This was gonna be a hard act to follow. It took a while to get my sandwich but they weee making it fresh to order, I presume. They did. I feel like the crispy chicken was fresh in the last 2 hours, it was 1:41pm so I get that. The bun was tasty and the Mayo and pickles were spot on. I don't know if it was the breading on the chicken or the fresh pickles but i tasted celery pickle salt taste in my mouth I couldn't shake and get off my tongue, I bit overwhelming. I would give it 4 stars compared to Popeyes sandwich. It was moist and tasty. I'd try it again. Went to the drive thru. Arriving at about 6:35 and was immediately told that due to kitchen being overloaded with online orders for Door Dash and other meal delivery services that they couldn't even take order for another 15 minutes. After 10+ minutes they took order. Waited an additional 15 minutes for food. Upon arrival home, found that my chicken strips were overcooked and tasted like leather. Fries were slightly warm. I've been to this establishment twice now ! Both times I got the tenders meal! Absolutely love it ! Good step away from canes. Although canes has a better signature sauce. Im so overly confused about the 3 stars people are giving this place, and im just gonna chalk it off to people are Chik-Fil-A brainwashed because Slim Chickens is AWESOME. After a trip to the outlets in aurora i was starving and so i did a quick google search and saw this pop up. I figured it was like a guthries or something so i gave it a try. They have a drive thru and a inside, the drive thru was super quick, menu super easy to read, pricing on par and Taste was AWESOME. I got a buffalo chicken wrap, a cajun chicken sandwich, tenders and fries. It was very similar to guthries however the chicken was scrumptious. Perfectly breaded, tender,juicy, FRESH and hot. Fries are fresh cut, comes with texas toast ( wasnt tasty though) and a sauce of your choice.They have a ton of different sauces to choose from and you're able to customize as you see fit. BIG PLUS for me because i love me some sauces. Their lemondade was mediocre im not sure if it was just overly watered down, and their peach tea was diabetes in a cup but other than a minor drink flaw this place is it. Theres a burger king across the street but please dont straw away for this place is definetly a hidden gem. I wish there was one closed to the cleveland area, but alas this place gives me another reason to go shopping and get some delicious chicken. read more

About a year ago my bf and I came here and it was so damn good. It's about a half hour away from where we live so it was a lucky stop. Chicken was amazing, fries divine, even the toast! My macaroni and cheese was cold, and somebody needs to look up the definition of Texas toast. If that was anything other than Walmart white bread I'd be surprised. What a joke. Horrible place I ordered through the drive through the guy told me to pull forward and that they would bring my food out I waited for 30 min in that time 3 other cars went through the drive through all getting their food none having to wait when I went inside I told them I wanted a refund the guy working the counter said they couldn't give me a refund bc of their policy instead he said they could begin making the food as in the whole time I was waiting outside they still had not started making the food it wasn't even a big order only had a chicken sandwich meal and a chicken wrap meal horrible customer service and horrible employees at the end the guy gave me a refund once I told him I would just sue them but he also took a picture of me and said I couldn't come back bold of him to assume I want to be back canes is across the street I was in and out within 5 min much better customer service I recommend save yourself some time just go to canes. read more

This place delivers exactly what they say they will. I went 3 or 4 times and they always are very friendly, get all parts of my order right, and it comes out quickly. The problem is the food is just bad. I kept going back thinking I just came in a bad day but the chicken is always exceptionally low quality: dry, tough, and very very recently frozen-tasting.
