Worst chicken sandwiches ever!!
Tammy C.

Me and my sister tried this place for the first time and was very disappointed. The service was good, but the crispy chicken sandwiches were small piece of chicken with ranch. The chicken was dry. I tried to eat it with ketchup to help so it wasn't dry and it didn't help we couldn't even chew them. Had no lettuce or tomato's. One of the chicken sandwiches was pink inside (I failed to take a pic of the uncooked one) I understand that sometimes you get a bad item and fast food restaurant's, But for both sandwiches being the same.. dry hard to chew (it would tare into dry stand of dry chicken that you couldn't chew. We ended up throwing them away.. worst sandwiches we ever had! If we wasn't traveling we would have taken them back.. what a waste! We should have just went to McDonald's!! The fries were ok. fried pickles were super salty. The mushrooms were good and the cheesecake jar was delicious! But over all we were really ticked off that we was not able to eat our sandwiches. We ended up having mushrooms and cheesecake for dinner. $39.00 is a lot for mushrooms and cheesecake!!!! We not ever go there again!! And will make sure to let family and friends know about our experience and let know not to waste there time or money. I have attached a picture of the sandwich. Now I understand why the name of the place is slim chicken.. there was more bun than chicken.

In their photo they show a liter of mac and cheese I received a kids size and no toast.

Pretty poor first experience, did a preorder for pickup. No one greeted me at the drive through and had to go in, not a big deal but what? One cook and one cashier. Maybe there were having staffing issues on a Saturday for lunch. Fries were soggy and cold. They forgot my toast and received a kids size mac and cheese when it was supposed to be large. Food tasted good, fries crisped back up in oven.

I saw this chicken place when I drove by and it caught my eye. Catchy name - I wonder what's that all about! So I decided to try a standard crispy chicken sandwich only. $3.99 not a bad price - but that made me think of Popeyes famous sandwich. This was gonna be a hard act to follow. It took a while to get my sandwich but they weee making it fresh to order, I presume. They did. I feel like the crispy chicken was fresh in the last 2 hours, it was 1:41pm so I get that. The bun was tasty and the Mayo and pickles were spot on. I don't know if it was the breading on the chicken or the fresh pickles but i tasted celery pickle salt taste in my mouth I couldn't shake and get off my tongue, I bit overwhelming. I would give it 4 stars compared to Popeyes sandwich. It was moist and tasty. I'd try it again. Very intrigued by those holiday Oreo mason jar deserts but didn't want to get a stomach ache!

Thought the chicken was really good, but it's hard to mess up chicken fingers. Definitely not better than Cane's or Chick Fil A but still will frequent this place.

We went with a few classics, the fries were still just as good and the portions were huge. The French onion soup was a bit greasy, so will not be ordering that in the future. My husband saw a sign that said "STEAK" and it was internalized in his memory banks. Long story short, the main mission failed and the hubby remembered "STEAK"!! So our mission was to try to find the restaurant with the sign, We found it! Loved the western theme inside and just the entire ambiance with barrels for table pedestals, the wall with taps for different beers, different games to play. Our waitress came by and took our order. My husband faked me out, I thought he was going to get "STEAK".. lol so I was going to try it, no he got "RIBS"!!!!! The sign didn't say "RIBS".... Whomever follows me knows I have terrible food allergies, so these waitresses earn their tips and angels wings with me . I changed my order to a cheeseburger with onions (oh boy). Our waitress was so patient, understanding, happy and absolutely wonderful. Her name is "Autumn". That's what the receipt said, I thought I heard another name. My husband loved the ribs! He said there was a lot of meat on the bones, it was perfectly cooked. My cheeseburger was amazing, the best I've had in a long time. Imagine I was craving another one the next day, but I will wait for another occasion. Our meals, with tip (no drinks) was about $42. Reasonably priced for excellent food. Great job! I was losing my faith in restaurants, customer service and the taste of food lately. It's been restored.

The ribs were good and my wife's salmon was good albeit the portion was small. Server was good but that didn't overcome the cigarette smoke that ruined our dinner. Won't be back.

Luckily Drew at the bar took care of us because table service wasn't happening. We play trivia every week and love to order a bunch of food. We kindly asked the woman server for a menu a few times. We watched everyone else get menus and service. We watched her sing happy birthday and enjoy the birthday party, we played 2 hours of trivia, we watched the woman server get down and boogie, but we are not getting table service when every table is. It's so strange because usually the service is top notch. It's a bummer because none of us had dinner and now we have to go somewhere else. :( I read the past reviews and apparently if they don't recognize you here, they won't serve you at the tables. That explains why the woman wouldn't bring us menus and completely ignored us. She doesn't know who we are because we usually have a younger, male server. Btw 2 more months for the pizza oven. They had a fire a couple months ago and they're still getting back to normal. Ambiance = loud af. You can't hear the person next to you. You can't even hear the trivia DJ and he has a sound system. You can't even understand the trivia DJ because he shoves the microphone so far into his mouth, his words are muffled. By the time you read the screen (since you can't understand him), the timer runs out. 5 stars for Drew 5 stars for the young dude server we usually have 0 stars for the woman serving on Tuesday 1 star for the trivia guy's enunciation 5 stars for location and being a fun place We decided that we are not coming back for trivia. Maybe we will for some drinks with friends. However, we do order several rounds of food and drinks for trivia. It's honestly pathetic and bad business that we were ignored like that. We may miss a week occasionally because life, but whatever. Rude. It's going to break Hollywood's heart that we have to go somewhere else for his belated birthday dinner. He loves this place.

It was very typical burnt dinner coffee. The food took a little while to come out, but when it did...yum!! I had the eggs benedict with hash browns. It was all seasoned perfectly. I normally prefer my potatoes a bit crispier, but they were delicious. My husband had a western egg sandwich on a croissant, which he enjoyed very much. We shared a half order of biscuits and gravy. I would get my own next time... too good to share. We also had a slice of French toast and a pancake with the "turtle" topping. The French toast was NOT cinnamon, which is what I am used to, so the first bite I was a little thrown, but I would definitely get it again. The pancake with the turtle topping, it wasn't all topping, they had mixed the pecans and chocolate chips right into the batter and then drizzled it with caramel and topped with whipped cream. All delicious! The actual building may be hard to find if you don't have good gps. There is currently no signage with the name of the restaurant.
