Used to be a good family run business. Now they can't call anyone back. Our team order for this season has not been fully filled, and the season is almost over. We made our order back in June. It's now Oct 24th and most of the team has not received their entire order. Automated responses to inquiries are as such: "Your order will be completed as soon as possible." We ordered my sons uniforms from soccer post in June and he still has not received his part of his uniform. Today we were made aware that they won't have his size jersey until October and offered us a Small or XL in the meantime. The reason for the low rating is because there has been Zero communication from Soccer Post to use regarding their inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Livermore Fusion was the ones to dig deeper into our issue with the uniform. What sucks is that the season already started and this is the last year my son plays club soccer before moving on to college. I've had a very abysmal interaction in soccer post while trying to find out about league uniforms that should have been available weeks ago. We had been emailing and calling without a response so decided to walk into the store . A store employee , Jonathan told me the order wasn't ready and refused to give me any specifics about when the uniform would be ready for pick up or even let me talk to the manager to make them aware that we have no uniforms with tournaments this weekend! They asked me to come back some other time without any specific information, Jonathan was plain rude and condescending. We interacted for barely 5-8 minutes and I asked to speak to the manager again and he just told me he's not available and that I need to leave the line so he can help other people!! All in all I'm flabbergasted with the state of affairs and the lack of training of employees who are in a customer facing role! Shame on you! read more

A few weeks later, a bright yellow and black jersey from the Bundesliga team Borussia Dortmund arrived in the mail. That jersey was soft and comfortable, and I fell in love. One can usually buy a high quality jersey originally priced at $90+ for half that price or lower, as long as you're not picky about team performance and don't need to wear the latest kit. This evening, I bought a pair of black Nike track pants for $20, and three jerseys - a bit excessive I know, but I could not help myself. Meh... kinda conflicted here. Let's be real and acknowledge first that they've got a monopoly on the market w/regard to club uniforms... as such, no real motivation for them to be on top of their game. The customer service there has always been wonderful, usually a knowledgeable and helpful group of kids and young adults. Today is the only time I spoke with someone who gave a "don't call us, we'll call you" when I wanted to check status on missing shorts. The prices are hit and miss, great for somethings and others (like cleats) you should really check the sizing there but seek better pricing elsewhere. Biggest complaint: The delays are ridiculous. They know the season schedules, they could do some data studies and have at least the majority of stock & sizing on hand to build basic kits for players. Each season, with 2 different clubs you're paying anywhere from $200-400 just to wait on back orders and deal with extended delays, more than 3 weeks, for some items....and there's nothing you can do about it, because they are the only option. read more

The girl on the phone asked what size I needed and I said adult xl, she told me they only had a used xl replica one ( apparently she didn't see that the tag said youth size ). I'm getting back into soccer and this store was the closest from my job. They have plenty of stock in all soccer related gear and apparel compared to other stores I visited by my home. I was surprised that they had other brands in cleats like Joma, and New Balance. Every other store I visited only had Adidas, Nike, and Puma (An eye sore sometimes to be honest.) I'm glad I stopped by, Gabby was great helping me trough the process of selecting my soccer boots. Bought goal keeper gloves for my kids teamate upcoming game. After goalie wore the gloves for 10 minutes into the game without touching the ball he took them off said they were uncomfortable. I went back to the store after the game to return. The store clerk looked at me suspicious as if I was commiting a crime, she checked and double checked every inch of these gloves, after which she mentioned to me that she is not going to take them back because they have been played in. I am an honest person and told her yes our goalie wore them for around 10 min, how else do you figure if something doesnt work for you? Just an FYI i bought these in an open box, more than likely this item was returned once before. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, made me feel uncomfortable. I came to pick up my 6 yo daughter's league uniform that we ordered through their website. first they couldn't find the order, 2nd they found the order, and then pulled out a uniform with the number 69 on it and said it was the only uniform/number available at that size shirt and that if I wanted to change the number I would have to pay extra. then another worker said I couldn't change the number and looked at me as if I was the strange one for wanting to. I asked to speak to a manager, but was ignored. Finally after much waiting, one of the staff was able to dig up a different number from someone else's order to change out with the one given to me. My son went into the Dublin store to return a pair of soccer cleats because they were splitting at the toe. Their stated policy on the receipt is that it could be returned within 60 days if they are defective. The supervisor there told him that they were still 'playable' and therefore not defective and that he could try going to the manufacturer. I told my son that he should get a note from the store stating what they said with a date on it on their letterhead so that we could show that we tried to return within the time frame allowed. My son said that the supervisor said that they don't have letterhead. This is a business? I called the store and spoke to him. He said that they didn't even have a sheet of paper to write the note on. He gave my son a half sheet of paper with the date without the year and no signature. My son returned and asked him to write the year and to sign. He got the business card to attach to the note but they only have a generic one for all of their stores. He then proceeded to ignore my son when he asked to try on a pair of shoes. He went to other customers in the store. My son had to ask someone else for help. I would probably need all my fingers and toes to count the number of cleats my son has purchased at this store over the years. No more. Try the shoes at the store since they have a good selection. The store owner here is amazing and goes above and beyond. I buy gear for my kids here for the soccer league. Every year, I go to a set location to go buy uniforms and other items, which is sourced from soccer pro. This year, it was crazy! The event started at 9am, but I got there late - 11:30am. It was an all day event, lasting until 3pm. We waited in line for about 40 minutes, but then I was told my son's size was sold out. I had no way of knowing that before I got in line. They said not to worry, someone from the store is coming in 30 minutes with more stuff. We waited, and bought shoes, soccer balls and socks. No shirts came after an hour! I guess there were just too many players buying that day. I asked again and heard the shirts were coming from the store and I could also go to the store and buy my stuff, since everything was coming from there. So, I'm driving to the store now, and it's already been a 2 hour adventure with my cranky baby, and I think I better call to check. The girl on the phone was rude, saying I'm so busy here, and no we don't have any shirts your son's size here, you were late to the event and we won't be getting anymore. I was mad. I said how am I supposed to get a uniform for my son and why am I getting the runaround? I hung up and just headed home. My son cried, thinking they didn't have a uniform for him. Luckily, I had forgotten that I had left my information at the first uniform event and the owner called me! He was super nice, acknowledged that it is hard trying to go to events with kids, and there was a uniform for my son available to pick up at the store!!!!!!! I was beyond thrilled. I went back to the store, and of course, it was the girl who was so dismissive on the phone at the register. She ran to get the store manager, who then proceeded to admonish me for being rude to this sweet girl, while she rings up for my purchase. By the way, there are other people in the store. I was thinking the two of you did nothing to help me. You picked up my phone call, which meant you did have the time to talk. You offered me no options to get a uniform. If you were so busy, get my number, and say, can we call you back? Nope. I did not say anything, just paid and left, because I got my stuff and that was thanks to the store owner, to whom I say THANK YOU SO MUCH! My 4 year old son needed some cleats and ordering shoes online is a hit or miss with kids shoes in general so stopped by here after going to about 5 other shops. They have a wide variety of cleats (Nike, Adidas etc) and other soccer goods! Prices are very reasonable and affordable. The gentleman that ended up helping me out was very welcoming and helpful in finding the right size shorts, socks and guards for my son. Only thing that was a turn off was that a couple of the store reps kept watching me extremely noticeably as I was wondering through the store but there could be a theft issue perhaps so I can't blame them. Worst store ever. Worst customer service ever. I went in to get cleats for my ultimate frisbee team. They were all young employees just standing there when I was the only customer in the store. They were not helping me one bit, and would just get me cleats from the back, walk away, and chat with the other employees. This is there JOB to WORK not socialize. I'm in shock of how awful their customer service is and how little they helped me find what cleats were best for me. I will never step foot in any soccer pro store again. Very nice shop with a great selection of Soccer gear. This is where the positives stop! Their customer service is atrocious! A friend of mine bought a pair of Adidas top line boots from them for over $100. Two days later they began to fray. Brought them back to get a replacement pair and the owner/manager (Mike) was so unbelievable. He said this was cosmetic and that it's fine. My friend was totally unhappy with the product and instead of taking care of his customer and working it out with Adidas, he essentially told us to deal with it as he doesn't see anything wrong with it. Ultimately, he didn't pay for these shoes with his money and I would suggest he think about his customers feelings before he loses what customers he has.
