Utter disappointment. My car was serviced last week, I think I do a better job at the do-it-yourself car wash. My leather seats weren't cleaned properly, nor conditioned properly. He didn't even wipe my windshield down (on the inside) I'm sorry but for 330$, not worth it. We set my appointment at 10, and he showed up at 11, he did communicate with me on that but still found it very unprofessional. No minor scratches were removed or even attempted. My tires weren't glossed either. I wanted to give a small business a chance but I fully regret it. Replying to comment below: from the initial look, everything looked fine. But once I actually took time to look at the details, I was highly displeased. I already got another detail from a shop in Burlingame, and now my car looks like how I wanted it. He was very professional, thorough and worked really hard to get not clean my car but rid it of any smell. He proactively followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was good. I wanted to give a small business a chance and I regret it. I made an appointment for 10am with slither services. He showed up on time and told me that the interior detail would be done at 12, he didn't finish until 2:10. I told him that I needed to leave for work at 2. As I was driving away I heard a strange sound from my tire. I pulled over and one of his tools punctured my tire and made unrepairable damage causing me to have to get a new tire. He came back and put my spare on and said it was "his bad". I was late to work due to his negligence and had to barrow a friends car to make it to work. His mistake inconvenienced me tremendously. He offered to get me a USED OLD tire to replace my punctured tire. It's unsafe to only replace a single tire because they wear, brake & drive unevenly. I had to replace both tires which cost far more than the cost of the detail job. I'm out money from the poor detail (liquid marks were left all over the dash and all of the windows have horrible smear marks). The detail wasn't worth it, and the customer service made it a nightmare. I asked him to pay me back for the tire he punctured and he has not responded back. I have texted him numerous times to get a refund on the tire and he has not responded. I asked him to only cover the one tire, $156, which is the same brand of tires I had before. I think that is beyond reasonable for the extreme inconvenience, time, and stress this situation has caused me. He accused me of "swindling him for money". I am a college student that works full time to support myself and I'm now out $312 because of his negligence. And paid $190 for a bad detail. I want to warn people to not go to this business for any services, it's not worth it!!! **In reply to the owners response** I have contacted you multiple times (eight times to be exact and you hung up on me when I called you) and you promised to pay for the tire and it's never happened. Please refund my money and cover the damage you did to my tire. I absolutely will never go to your business again and I am beyond unsatisfied with detail AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more
