I'm not going to go chase after them or try to call them to see what happened. What is even more irritating was that I commute to Cupertino for work (I live in Hayward). The detail service was set to take place in Hayward. I had to coordinate a carpool situation and ask my brother to stay at home JUST to meet them to work on my car. The lack of consideration for my time is offensive to say the least. I didn't ask for any favors, i just wanted to get my car cleaned. I appreciate honesty, and if they quoted me too cheap or overbooked, a text would of been nice to discuss other solutions. 2 Stars because Jeff had a great personality over the phone.

What a difference. Before I even booked, David gave me a thorough, honest upfront assessment -- no overpromising, just a clear-eyed look at what was possible and what the process would involve and how much it would genuinely be and what else my car might need. I dropped my car off within a single day, he removed rust, corrected deep scratches across the rear quarter panels, polished and restored the paint, and even cleared up the headlights. The car looks almost brand new. The before and after difference is incredible. The price was insanely fair compared to what dealerships and other shops quoted me. If you're dealing with scratches, scuffs, or paint damage and don't want to get gouged, come here first. I scheduled service for Saturday morning and prior to my service time, Mike called to let me know he was running a bit late. Mike then explained the exterior and interior service he would be doing, along with the types of products he would be using. He then went about this business. Now my car was already in good condition, but after Mike was finished, he had bumped it up several layers. The outside of the car was shown at another level and the interior was clean. I appreciated that Mike's interior products did not leave any slippery feel and no fake car smells. I would sum up Mike's work as thorough and highly detailed. When I came across Jalil's company, i was happy to see so many 5 start Google reviews. Reading through some of them gave me the confidence to schedule full detail for both of our cars. I was happy to see a young man show up on time, ready to work. He spent several hours detailing our two SUVs and he did a sold job. He had all the proper equipment and took time to explain his process. He also has a scheduling and payment app, which makes everything run smooth. We all have little things and details we pay attention to when it comes to our cars, and I was happy to see that Jalil went into all the little nooks and crevices I'd usually need to prompt someone else to do. I'm happy to say that we now found our guy in the East Bay, and he's already added us to a regular monthly schedule. He's been at this for 5 years now and i can see why his business grew and is expanding, since the service was excellent and there's definitely a strong demand for this type of a service - without much supply, at least compared to SoCal. I contacted the business to explain the problems and requested that the situation be addressed, but I did not receive a response. Because I was unable to resolve the issue directly, I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank regarding the payment. I'm leaving this review because I believe customers should be able to expect the level of work they paid for and receive a response when they raise legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

These guys go over and above what I expected from a detail shop. The car came out beautiful. When they dropped it with me, they went over details that I didn't even notice.
