Firstly, the customer service is always so friendly and welcoming. Secondly, the bbq is some of the most tender and delicious that I have had. I enjoy the baked beans, but I was not a huge fan of the mac n cheese. The location is very convenient and has a decent amount of parking space. I can't wait to see what happens with the development of the restaurant.

After reading all the reviews online, I had to try this place. Ordered the Brisket with Mac n cheese and beans. 10 out of 10. Delicious! I only didn't like that the BBQ sauce was cold but the brisket is so good, it doesn't need the sauce.

The food truck is located off of waters. Within the next year they plan on opening a restaurant. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely the best bbq I've had in savannah! Their merch is super cute also!

Easily the best BBQ in Savannah!! Everything they serve is so damn good. The brisket is some of the best you'll ever have no matter where you go. Never had a bad meal here and I'm confident that'll never change. They do rotating specials too every week that includes stuff like burgers, wings and even brunch . So there's always a reason to come back asap. Make sure to follow them on social media for updates on when they are serving food.

Best baked beans I've ever had and the brisket is juicy and flavorful and tender. Love love that they ask if you want it fatty, lean, or both. I got both. Didn't get a pic of the Dino rib, but it was equally amazing. That bark is A1.

A little messy but the Brisket Sandwich is 5 Star Worthy and so are the Burnt Ends Baked Beans.

Brisket Perfection!!! We were so impressed by the Brisket Sandwiches with pickled onions and a flavorful barbecue sauce while they were outside Service Brewing in Savannah. It's not easy to achieve perfect tenderness, bark and all the depth of flavor this food truck achieves. And the side of Burnt Ends Baked Beans totally wowed both of us. This is literally the first time since we left Chicago that we've had comparable brisket to the iconic Smoque Barbecue that has wowed people enough to make them head straight from O'Hare to pick up take out during layovers. Oh yeah, this Brisket is definitely worth chasing this Food Truck, too! Beautifully done!!!

So I've had a lot of bbq in my life and this place was far and beyond the best I've ever had. The brisket was melt in your mouth and the pulled pork was perfectly seasoned. And don't get me started on the sauce. I don't know if it was handmade or not, but it went so perfectly with everything. I only wish they gave more. The tots were perfect and the Mac and cheese was to die for. Only waited a few minutes for our food so service was great!! I'm definitely coming back again!!

I love Slow Fire BBQ. It is the best BBQ in the city, hand's down. I will happily put it up against some of its better known regional brethren such as Fox Bros in Atlanta, Southern Soul in St. Simons, and Rodney Scott up in Charleston, all of which I have sought out in search of good BBQ. The brisket is SPECIAL. I order it every time and then rotate the other meats. I would put turkey at number two, but that's just because it's exceptional, while the pork offerings are just "great."Heck, I made a beeline to Starland Yard recently when I saw a post about lamb. I knew Terren would do it justice, and I was richly rewarded for it. And I haven't mentioned the Wagyu beef ribs, which are showstoppers. It's the South, and there's no stronger testimonial than what you are willing to share with family and friends that are as close as family. We've had two family gatherings in the past six months that I have called on Slow Fire to help with the meats. EVERYBODY raved about it (as I knew they would). I could go on about the sides, as well. They are all fantastic and each has its own little twist on things that make you really appreciate them in their own right. But I believe barbecue shops are judged by their meats, and these are truly some of the best. I have prattled on like a fan girl enough, but I do want to make a quick comment about the team there at Slow Fire. As you can judge from above, I've stopped by on many occasions, so I've had a chance to chat with them all while waiting for the orders to come up. They are just GOOD people who take great pride in their food and love to share it with others. It is a joy to be around people who are that passionate and caring, and it really comes out in the food.

Surrounded by shipping containers, it is its own special space where you can find a seat and enjoy the food and drink you grab, play games you brought on the tables (think brewery type action on that front), or just hang out with friends. I had a t-rex burrito - brisket, beans, rice, roast poblanos and onions, avocado, cilantro and a crispy cheese shell while there. Best burrito I ever had? No, but my first choice would have been the food trucks (that were not scheduled to arrive while I was there) and next time, even if I still don't time it right, there will plenty of other things to try. That, with some board game time, two beers from the bar, and absolutely perfect weather for being outside, made for a great day here.

Loved music bingo and the bartenders Trey? And Bryan. Great dirty martini and try the Adventure Thyme gin cocktail at the Yard Bar.

My daughter suggested we head to Starland Yard to celebrate her graduation from college. Starland is a neat spot with several stationary restaurants and a few food trucks that roll in...different ones every day. We chose the Naked Dog. Man...it was really worth it. For some, a $12 hot dog might seem steep. It was a gourmet dog and It came with fries, so I thought that was fair. My dog was perfect. Fresh bread...incredible toppings and ample portions. The fries on the side were seasoned very well also. It was a great hot dog meal. The rest of our party had other menu items from Dog: 1) Cheese fries - highly rated 2) Loaded fries--- VERY highly rated 3) cheeseburger - highly rated (it looked incredible) 4) a dog with jalapeños, etc. - very highly rated I have chased good hot dogs all over America and as far as Switzerland. The naked dog was a top 5 experience. When in Savannah, they are worth finding--- I know I will find them again...

During the COVID-19 quarantine we have had several local food trucks from the area rotate for lunch/dinner during the week. I am so sad I only made it to The Naked Dog once before I moved back north. I am a hot dog lover, so imagine my difficulty in not ordering every variation from the menu! My husband and I decided on a few to split (not knowing their size): a classic Naked dog with classic toppings (ketchup, mustard, relish); a slaw dog; a Reuben dog; and a Chicago dog. If I could be speechless in a written Yelp review, I'd leave it at that. The dogs were jumbo sized, toppings were plentiful, tasty and temperature just right. The slaw dog was my absolute favorite - the cole slaw had the perfect consistency and was simple enough to not overpower the dog itself. The Reuben was a legit sandwich on a burger, pastrami and all. The dressing was perfect. The Chicago was classic and wonderful, complete with the unique green Chicago relish. Last but not least, smoothies! What better pair than a smoothie and a dog? We tried peach and strawberry. They were fruity, had chunks of real fruit and were not overly sweet. Just amazing! Y'all, please go have a hotdog or three on my behalf until I'm able to return to Savannah again!
