I called CIR and they said since the camera lenses were intact, it would be $110. Jose worked on it for me. When I went to pick it up, he explained to me how he fixed it. I showed up with a new case and he put it on for me. Jose is professional, thorough, and is a nice young man. Everyone I have spoken and worked with at CIR provides knowledgeable and courteous service. Thank you for saving me not only hundreds of dollars, but also my data that sometimes doesn't get backed up and under gets lost when upgrading to a new phone. CIR is my go to electronics repair business - highly recommended!

Over the weekend, I had dropped my iPad by accident. I had a shattered screen, and it was slightly bent. On Monday my brother suggested checking out independent repair company's. Andy was the first to respond and was able to come after I was off work. He showed me what he would try to do,, including checking the internal connections. He quoted a very reasonable price. Andy was a very nice guy who knows what he is doing. I have a Samsung S21+ that got water damaged, it wasn't displaying anything but sound and audio were just working fine. As soon as he arrived, he knew what to do and said give me 10 - 15 minutes I'll have it done. Now my phone works again like it did normally. Was kinda skeptical as to why he didn't mention that when fixing the Ipad but again, I paid for the screen replacement. Its now a month later and not only is the ENTIRE screen lifting from the titanium base and he says its going to continue to happen because the base is bent (never did he mention that when fixing my Ipad, so now Im thinking he bent it) but he also CRACKED the base where the charging port was replaced (slipped up and admitted to using a cheap part) so even if he does fix the screen. I'll have issues later on about water and dust getting inside the base (check other reviews because this happened to another customer) So now I'm sitting and waiting to talk to this man's boss, who had me call 4 DIFFERENT numbers, he's calling 4 DIFFERENT numbers, including the number you find on Google, trying to get ahold of his boss, and NOTHING. Oh, and he likes to use the excuse that he doesn't know English well and how God is gonna judge me cause he's not a bad person, but he is a SCAM ARTIST.
