Smart fix was a great call! My brother had crack his phone case awhile back and finally decided to repair it. I needed a quick service because my screen needed to be replaced. When the man came out he kept saying I kept messaging him from new accounts (I was at work) and they kept charging him for the yelp adds. I needed a quick service because I was going on vacation and I didn't have the time to go get a new phone. The literal next day my phone is freezing the touch screen isn't working I call him and tell him and he says it's normal to force reset it. Well my whole trip until even know the screen touchscreen doesn't work, the color is all off and on top of that he also replaced my battery and it drains so quick. Over the weekend, I had dropped my iPad by accident. I had a shattered screen, and it was slightly bent. On Monday my brother suggested checking out independent repair company's. Andy was a very nice guy who knows what he is doing. I have a Samsung S21+ that got water damaged, it wasn't displaying anything but sound and audio were just working fine. As soon as he arrived, he knew what to do and said give me 10 - 15 minutes I'll have it done. Now my phone works again like it did normally.
