Our technician London Bishop was the most knowledgeable, thorough and professional HVAC professional we have ever met. He was prompt, courteous and explained what he was doing each step of the way. The detailed photos that London took of our system, both inside and under our home, were very helpful in his explanation of his findings. The photos also gave us a super clear visual of "before and after" the cleaning he completed on our heating system. I was very happy with the repair performed by London. He was very knowledgeable, methodic in his diagnosis, and pleasant. My furnace igniter needed replacing and he explained and handle the repair efficiently. I only rate the overall experience as 4 stars because I felt the cost of the repair was high. They charged me a flat price which he quoted before proceeding with the repair, but I felt the cost of the part and the amount of time it took for the repair did not warrant the price that I was charged. Terrible experience. I called them because my furnace stopped working and my regular HVAC company couldnt come quickly. Their technician came and said that the upper limit switch was overheating and tripping. I kept pushing him to understand why that was happening and he said it's bad switch and the whole furnace is old and too big, etc etc. I had to really dig out what the fix was instead of just issues bit he would suggest solutions! Was very weird! He kept telling how educated he was with electronics degree etc. I didn't trust him so I called my regular HVAC company (Jazz) and they did the tests and said that the control board was bad and motor should be replaced as it was worn out. Motor was running, which is why the upper limit switch was over-heating and tripping. They quoted me large expense so I bought used parts and called my other technician to replace parts and now my furnace is working again! read more

As soon as our AC unit started acting up, I reached to this company the same day. And on the next day, they had London and Frank come in and diagnose. We had a 20+ year old unit but the approach wasn't about getting a new unit right off the bat. They wanted to see if it's repairable. I appreciated that. Same day, we locked in and decided to buy a new unit that best suit our home. Not the most expensive one, the best for us based on budget, home configuration. Two days later, our new unit was installed. The guys who came in were Victorio, Miguel, and Emilio. I met with a representative from this company about replacing my heating and air conditioner. He inspected my system and informed me that it wasn't up to code. He then advised me not to pull permits if his company installed the system. The part that was even more troubling, is that he contacted his install manager who also advised not to pull permits. He told me that if the system was ever inspected, that the city inspector would make me take the system out. He said his company wouldn't be liable. Please be cautious if dealing with this company. The appointment window was from 10-12, he showed up at 10:50. He made me feel like I couldn't afford the system by trying to push me into the "Bronze" system. We live in the hills, and our home was built in the 50s, those two factors can make things tricky when it comes to home improvement.
