I had high expectations based on the reviews but was disappointed. Our furnace stopped heating the house and the thermostat seemed glitchy. The first technician said that the thermostat wasn't installed incorrectly despite it having worked fine for years, then he checked the furnace and replaced the filter. Fine. Seemed ok. However, whatever he did didn't last and the next day we had a cold house again. It took another week to get them out again and this time they blamed the lack of heat on poor insulation despite the furnace working fine for years until now. This was through my home warranty company, so maybe they feel they don't get paid enough to actually fix things. read more

He's always been able to solve the problem (has worked on refrigerator and washer so far) and does not recommend unnecessary repairs. He is honest about the state of the appliance and whether to repair it in the future. He also educated me about how to prolong the life of my washer. They took 2 months to fix my washer machine. First it was the transmission, they order it and put a broken refurbished part. Fix lasted 1 hour. Then they had to reorder the transmission. Then another part broke, then the technician had an accident and I understand but a company cant run on just one technician, then the technician tool broke and we have to borrow ours to him, then after 2 months washer machine fixed.... And after a month it start failing again... They also came to check my dishwasher which isn't draining and did a clean up to it, off course the clean up didn't fix it. I request to my insurance a different contractor, they came, run some test said it was the drains pump and the board. And fix it in 2 weeks. If you want to get your things fix pls dont call them. read more

Very very embarrassing but tons of my kids' socks and my underwear were stuck inside of the washer..and he pulled out all of them..It's probably not a pleasant thing to pull someone's dirty clothes but he didn't mind it at all and explained to me where they were stuck and what I should do going forward to prevent it. I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but I realized yesterday that our washing machine has been running great so I wanted to come to Yelp and give a 5-star shoutout. My only complaint was with scheduling. The person I talked to on the phone when I called just seemed unenthusiastic and he was not able to schedule for the following week, because he didn't know what his technicians' schedules were like.
