Tres' is located inside the Lamplighter Public House. We placed our order at the bar and our order was brought out to us. The sandwich was great. Hot, fresh, flavorful (quite spicy - but I like it), moist, and large - about enough for 2 people. Packed with meat, cheese. onions, and peppers. I'd order here often if I lived in Seattle. The zucchini fries however were not good, especially for $12. Very bready, the slices of zucchini were too skinny, and portion size was kind of small. It was only good because it was hot and fried. But the zucchini itself had a strange flavor..kind of fishy? I would not recommend these, maybe just stick to fries but everything else was good. Sandwich - 5/5 Zucchini Fries - 2/5 I ordered online, which was fairly simple, and you pick up from a side door of the building to the kitchen in the parking lot (left side), you do not have to go inside. Veggies not same kind or quality or kind, pineapple out of a can. No dripping teriyaki sauce. Fries 3/4 full. The chkn masala was the worst one (broke my heart) dry, burnt, pounded out, not the same seasoning...I am laying this all out because I know they're new owners but this a neighborhood staple, a place people go out of their way to visit. The sauces aren't even the same. The description of all the menu items on the website aren't accurate. They're are award winning burgers on the menu, but now they're not the same ingredients. There are posters of the awards. If you're going to go cheap and practice shrinkflation, at the very least lower the prices and change the menu description. Really disappointed in Roosevelt

They have tablets to order from, QR codes, and of course you can order straight from the food truck. I really liked how the tablets also offered common modifications, so the egg on mine was easy to order fully cooked through. I didn't love how buttery the caramelized kimchi was. It completely takes away from the flavor, so all I really could taste was butter. Kimchi aside, there are so many generous toppings and it really compliments the salty meat and seasoned rice. They also have a big condiment tray so you can even top your food with extra pickled veggies, sauces, and the like. My kids devoured the rice. Their packaging is fully compostable or recyclable. Wonderful addition to a fun, family friendly brewery!

I feel like I could create an entree just with items from the sauce bar. The symbiotic relationship between food truck and brewery has to be an ideal pairing, otherwise it just won't work. Mexican Seoul and Project Nine are meant for each other. But I wouldn't be surprised if this little food truck emerges from its cocoon to become a full fledged butterfly eventually. We ordered a couple of truffle mushroom smash burgers and a spicy lover's smash burger, and every single one was fantastic. They delivered exactly what you want from a smash burger: juicy patties with perfectly crispy, caramelized edges, all tucked into soft, toasty brioche buns. The buns were a standout - they held everything together beautifully and soaked up the juices without getting soggy. The fries were crisp and satisfying, rounding out the meal nicely. This is definitely a spot we'll be adding to our regular rotation.

There is an old ad campaign for an infamous fast food chain that featured celebrities biting into their burgers and having the sauce drip onto them. Tat's sandwiches make you feel like you're actually in one of those commercials, loving every moment as the sauce drizzles down your chin. The bread on both sandwiches is perfect. Toothsome with a cornmeal dusting but moist and gentle against the sandwich fillings. The pastrami is fragrant and tender, and its amped up by its accompaniment of crisp cabbage slaw. The cheesesteak is so juicy, and the cheese is complementary to the steak but doesn't steal the show. As you can see, Tat's sandwiches are incredibly generous with the meat, as well! Pro tip: if you happen to have a bag of French onion Sun chips lying around, eat them with the pastrami. It's symphonic. It's worth mentioning that their staff is super friendly and helpful, too!
