Went for the first time yesterday, and I'm already craving another burger! I'm not a big burger person, so when I want one it better be good. The service was very friendly and quick. The manager was happy to explain the menu to me and was very patient while I figured out how they did things. This definitely gives Fuddrucker's a run for their money, and I'll be back. The Smash Fries are the bomb too. Do yourself a favor, and stop in. read more

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now and I wouldn't say I'm too excited about it anymore. I tried the mushroom and Swiss with truffle sauce and it was just okay.... The Rosemary fries were definitely interesting but weren't particularly great. And I definitely agree about the fries being overly greasy... Also we went at around 8 45 when the place closes at 10 and the chairs were already up on the tables like the place had closed already so I didn't understand that... Average experience overall. I don't think I'll be rushing back! read more

I may have been in there a bit late in the evening, but if I"m going to spend $7.50 on a burger and fries, the fries should at least be good or numerous. These were neither... Burger was good...but given the fries and the price, I'd have been better off at McDonalds... read more

My favorite place for Friday family time, wife orders a salad, boys get a burger and a malt and I can pair my brewskis with an avocado club chicken burger and their sweet potato fries... nice way to kick off the weekend in family. We'll keep coming back, great location, great menu! read more

Great burgers and awesome fries!!! I built my own burger and fiancee had the barbecue bacon cheeseburger-both were fantastic. We had the smashfries with the seasoning, and those were great as well. Came here for the first time a few days ago and honestly it was a disappointment. I got a regular bacon cheeseburger.. Can't go wrong with that right? Wrong. The patty was SO SO salty. I couldn't taste anything else but the salt! It was ridiculous. I also ordered a vanilla shake which was gross as well. It didn't even look or have the consistency of a shake. Tasted like I was drinking melted ice cream that had been sitting out. I won't be back. read more

I live in the area and thought I would pop in for a quick bite. Every problem this place has is due to the manager. I was so disgusted by the way he talked to his employees in full view of the customer while I was waiting to place my order mind you. When he finished being a total douche to the employee he turned to me and said "yeah", not welcome , not how may I help you, just -"yeah". I turned around and left. Probably best decision ever. If you're looking to get food poisoning or some other food-borne illness, this is the place for you. Ordered two large fries and a burger. When I opened my bag the fries were only about half full, when we went back to ask for more fries we were met with attitude. The cashier, Shannon, was eating fries through the kitchen window and not washing her hands before bringing out food. I brought up that this was a health violation and was met with a pugnacious attitude. When I asked for a refund for the fries, another gentleman was at the register. He said he was making my food. He had gloves on, was using the register, and then pushed down some trash and went back to the kitchen. They are asking to be shut down for their poor hygiene practices. WASH YOUR HANDS. Also, they are understaffed. I walked in and there was a long line and it was taking forever for orders to come out. BTW the burger sucked. read more

Smashburger O Smashburger, there is simply nothing like you. Meat hanging out of the bun, always fresh veggies, crispy bacon,herbed french fries, sweet potato french fries, Haagen-Dazs shakes...it just doesnt get any better than you. This is my daughter's treat if she scores a goal in soccer. Sometimes I catch myself taking a bite of her burger after I finish mine :( sad, i know. My only complaint, selfish as it may be, is that you aren't open 24/7. So, they have a variety of specialty burgers that you can order or you can also build your own. Your choices are the tame 1/3lb or the "hang over the bun" 1/2lb. You can request doneness if you like, and just be sure to try the "smash-fries" I've never experienced anything like them(crispy, herbed, goodness). My only advice is to eat it there if you live a bit away, the buns can get soggy if you take it home. And no, you cant take a beer to go :) got a good chuckle out of that guy in front of me. Okay this is my first time eating at Smashburger so here is my honest opinion. This place has one of the best burgers I have ever tasted, the beef was fresh and delicious I swear they just killed the cow lol. I ordered the regular smash with an order of smash fries, the fries were seasoned perfectly, they were a little greasy but that's ok. The girl who took my order was very friendly and smiled a lot lol. I did not have to wait long, my food came out hot and ready for me to eat. The girl handed me my bag, smiled and told me to have a nice day. Needless to say I will be eating here again :). read more

Consistent food and servicewhen I've been the past several times over the last few months.

I wouldn't waste my time. This use to be one of my favorite spots to go to with my partner, but all that has changed as of recently. I ordered online per usual, & they forgot a couple of things on both burgers and added items I didn't ask for. I called and the supervisor didn't apologize, she just gave excuses and told me I can come in any day for her to remake the order. I asked her how will she keep track and offered to give my name & number, she insisted it wasn't necessary and I can just come in. Fast forward, to yesterday I asked for the supervisor & there she was eating and drinking a shake where they prepare food. She was really rude, and upset that I actually came in for them to remake my order. I showed her the receipt of what I actually ordered online for her to correct it, she instead had me read everything off & at the end of it all I got home AND MY ORDER WAS STILL INCORRECT. Instead of calling just decided to not go back, they definitely lost a loyal customer. It's a young man with braids (I didn't get his name), he was way more professional than the supervisor and apologized something she did not do. read more

Went here awhile back with coworkers at lunchtime. Disappointed by the high prices (it's a freakin hamburger!) and the attitude of the button-puncher. The ordering "system" is annoying and the burgers not worth the price. We haven't been back. read more

Since I don't eat a lot of meat I order the veggie frites. Then I stole a few burger bites from the kids. And I picked at their smash fries too. Everything I tried was great. Definitely give it a try if you haven't yet. read more

Sure, this is a chain, but it's still quite good none the less. For a good, juicy burger, this place fits the bill.

Great Burgers! The Burgers were delicious and didn't taste overly greasy either. Burger fries and coke are about $15 but well worth it as an occasional treat. Service is not as fast as a burger king but not as slow as a regular restaurant either. I would compare it to five guys burgers or beck's prime. read more

The burger are great here.....I got so tired of eating the regular chain food( burgerking,mcdonlads,and etc....) so glad i found this place.
