I always pass by the area and saw their banner advertisement hanging outside of their office and I am recently in the process of getting dental implants so I wanted to make sure that my teeth are good to match the final implant lol. Seen some reviews on yelp and it's a convenient location so I thought why not! I inquired for an appt time through yelp messaging and they promptly got back to me to schedule! They also called me to tell me a little bit about the procedure and what to expect which was nice so I appreciated that and to confirm which service I was comfortable with regarding the times. You can get, 60 min and 80 min. I think they have a 40 min for touch ups? If you go on their site you can see the options for booking. 1 hour for $145 and then optional to get a 'protection' that's applied immediately after so you could continue to eat anything you want for 12 hours, without this you'd have to be careful to eat mainly clear, non staining foods. You still have to wait 2 hours immediately after your appt to not eat anything but after you can eat if you apply this. I have to have my coffee! And I want to assure my whitening results last as much as possible! It's $25 extra for the sealant. They have a desensitizing package at $170. My service was done by Soonja(sp?) and she was so nice and made me feel comfortable, explained everything I needed to know about what she would be doing during and after. I sat in a recliner chair in 20 min increments, you can let her know if you want to take any breaks in between to stretch, get out chair etc. my teeth had stains and by the 40min mark you can totally see a difference! I was at a 16 scale and got to a 12/10 which was awesome! She says in natural light it will look a little brighter too! You can come in after 2 week or within 2 weeks if you want it brighter and then she recommends 4-8 months for touchup/maintanance. Pay with cash you get 4% discount. I think you get some discount if you yelp review for the next time you come in too. I think very reasonably priced, Soonja was helpful and nice, they want to help you get a whiter natural smile! I feel extra pretty when I smile now Parking at 9am in the Like Like plaza was not busy on a Monday. Elevator is broken so need to take the side stairs and it's right above yogur story. Highly recommend.

Decided to give it a try and I had a great experience. Booking an appointment online was very easy and they send multiple appointment reminders. Lots of parking easy to find on the way 2nd floor. Mayuko was my tech and she was super detailed and educational on the post care. She did a great job explaining the whole process! I also enjoy that you are able to lie down and they play Lofi music (so you can take a little nap if you want). Overall super happy with my results!!!

I heard about this place from a friend. As soon as she told me about it, I immediately called to find out more information. Robert, the owner, was super friendly and answered all my questions. He offered to book me on the phone but I wanted to talk to my husband first to see if he was interested too. He was! I found out that each session has the capacity for two people so I ended up booking a session with Robert for myself and my husband at the same appointment time. From the website, you can choose who you want to perform the whitening services. Then I basically booked 1 appt time and stated in the appointment notes that I was bringing my husband and wrote his name. I got a confirmation right away. It couldn't have been an easier process to book. We actually had to reschedule to a different day, and that was also very easy to do via the email confirmation we received. This business is a smallish office space located upstairs in the same building/complex as Yogurstory. Parking is free in its own parking lot but can seem like a challenge so we were glad we arrived somewhat early. When we arrived at our appointment, Robert was there to greet us with a big smile. He was again super friendly and sat us down in a room and explained everything to us. He explained that our appointment would be broken up into three 20 minute sessions with a brief break in between where he would be applying vitamin e to our gums. He showed us these teeth models with different shades so we could see our starting shade and took a "before" picture. The chairs we sat in had massage features that you can control with a remote. There was also a football game playing on a tv in front of us. Robert asked us what type of music we would like played and proceeded to play it. To begin the process, he also gave us some sunglasses to wear to protect our eyes since there was going to be a LED light or something that will be shining in our mouths. Then he gave us something to put in our mouths that keeps our mouths open so our teeth are exposed to the light (I can't remember the name, but the item reminded me of that thing you use in that Speak Out game). He then takes a whitening gel and spreads it over our teeth. Then he aims the light at our teeth and sets a timer. He let us know that at any time we need anything we can raise our hand and he'll come over. Every now and then, he came over to check on us and readjusted the led light. After each 20 min session, he would have us remove the mouth thing and gave us a little cup with water to rinse our mouths. He would also put Vitamin e on our gums. He also would ask us if we need to get up or move around or if we wanted to continue and proceed. My husband and I both pretty much wanted to get it knocked out so we just sat and didn't get up and immediately proceeded with each session until we finished. Overall, sitting in the chair as it massages you and listening to music (or in my husband's case, watching a game) was very relaxing and comfortable. After it was all finished, Robert gave us a note with some aftercare tips and verbally explained some do's and don'ts. And then we looked at the tooth models again to see our "new" shades and took some "after" pictures. I asked him to text me the photos so I could have them too and he did it right away. He uses some kind of a program that juxtaposes the "before" and "after" photos on top of each other, so that was really cool. Our teeth were definitely about 5 shades whiter than they were when we started. I did end up needing to take a Tylenol that night because my teeth are usually extra sensitive but any discomfort disappeared the next day. My husband had no issues. We were both delighted with our results, especially my husband who is a daily coffee drinker. Overall, I highly recommend this teeth whitening place. We were very impressed with the immediate results and excellent customer service.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical about getting my teeth whitened and believing that I could get results in just one hour. But, I tried it and was totally blown away by the results!!! I'm so sorry I don't have photos, but trust me when I tell you, you will not regret doing this!! My daughter and I were waiting for a table downstairs at Yogurstory. I looked up and saw the sign for teeth whitening. After trying so many over the counter teeth whitening and even one from my orthodontist, I was not very confident that a one hour service would satisfy my teeth whitening needs. I decided to give it a try and needless to say, I was so satisfied with the results!! And I did not experience any sensitivity or pain at all!!! The entire experience was so much fun!! Yes, teeth whitening can be fun! Robert was so professional, funny and made us feel at home. I totally recommend getting your teeth whitened here!! I had a wonderful experience and staff (Rob) was polite and professional. The office is on the SECOND floor. Parking was easy and available. The office was clean and the equipment new. The room was nicely cold and a giant TV with cable was available during my session. It took about 1.5 hours and was well worth it as the results were visable (esp with the before and after pics Rob shows you at the end). I thought I had white teeth to begin with, but the session did natural looking whitening (no Ross highlighter teeth here!). Highly recommend! read more

Nice and clean location. The procedure was painless. Robert checked on me every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable. I had my antsy 6 year old and talkative 8-year-old with me and had no issues with them being entertained. Office is just the right size to accommodate a family. I was able to relax during the procedure because the chairs support heavy men like myself (305lbs) and they give you a pretty good massage. My teeth were six shades brighter and I was able to see the results before the color comparison. Dr Chen was my dentist and even though I was running late, they were still able to get me in and complete the filling and I was on my way! It had to be the fastest filling I ever had with the x-rays and filling done within 45 minutes! I got there at 2:20pm and was out before 3pm! The numbing wore off after a few hours and I don't feel any discomfort. I also only paid about $118 for the filling and x-rays after my insurance. Dr Chen was really nice and checked to make sure I was doing okay and again was extremely quick and efficient. Some people don't like the clinical nature of this office but I love it! I recommend all of my friends, coworkers and family to come here!

I take pretty good care of my piercings and change my jewelry periodically. Yes I brush my tongue piercing when I brush my teeth and I know the hygienic risks before I got the piercing. I have had it for years and no other dentist ever made me feel... judged for it. Anyway, my teeth were in good shape. Very clean. Still, very bad experience. 10/10 not going back there. It's okay because the new gal (didn't get her name) was very careful and thorough. She took her time and did a good job! I sat for a couple of hours because I haven't paid attention to my feet for months. Haha! (I'm kind of a last minute, busy person and will get moving if I can't stand it anymore.) Anyway, here are my observations: Greeting regular customers is a good sign! The four female workers were cheerful and kind to everyone, especially kupuna! The hair stylist asked (in a nice tone of voice) how a certain customer wanted her hair cut and told her that next time - don't cut your hair yourself because you can't see behind your head (she cut her hair to her scalp!). The hairstylist explained politely to the customer about her unique needs and showed her options on how to style her own hair! That's good service! Another example: A little girl came in with her mom. The staff treated them really well. The mom asked for gel polish for the daughter and the staff said they cannot do it because it might burn her daughter's young skin - plus, her fingers and nails are still growing, so, it's not a good idea to put strong chemicals on the area. Wow! That's being responsible and honest! I think I spent over two hours here because the technician paid attention to my dry cuticles, cracked nail, and other issues. She verified the color of gel polish two times before application. Thank you! I was just going to give four stars, but after hours of hard work, the worker still gave me a mini leg/foot massage and brief hot towel to wipe off excess lotion on my legs! She didn't use pumice stone on me (maybe I didn't need it), but she did repeat the acetone/cotton/foil treatment to the stubborn nails several times - instead of using the electric file technique. I appreciate the gentle approach and will most likely return on a future Sunday!

I've been here a few times before but was so glad to come here recently. It has been so hot my daughter and I wanted to chop off some hair. They did a great job on my daughter's hair first, cutting off all her dead ends and "thinning" out her hair since she has so much of it. They then did the same for me, mine was much shorter though. Since we both have very wavy hair, they took the time to straighten our hair to make sure it was even which took a lot of time for them. I only paid $70 for both of us, considering how much attention they paid to us I do think that is a very fair price. Will be back in a year when I get tired of my hair again lol!

Been wanting to whiten my teeth for many many years. Then behold this Gem of a business. Walked in with my wife and sat beside her while we were both getting our teeth whitened at the same time. Robert hands down is a professional and a gentleman. Felt relaxed and comfortable especially in his massage recliners. Entire process just took an hour. Completely 100% satisfied. I will be going back for a 2nd appointment within a couple weeks because my teeth were yellowish to begin with. But my wife's teeth are brilliant white and she's satisfied and won't be needing a touch up. Thanks again as I'll most definitely be spreading the word around this business. I had a fantastic experience here! Rob, the owner, offers outstanding customer service--friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to each customer's needs. I especially want to thank Mayuko, who was incredibly thorough and careful with her work. She explained the procedure and aftercare clearly, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. I just got my teeth whitened at Smile Again in Honolulu. It was better than I thought. I experienced no pain. The teeth came out 4 shades brighter, no kidding and it was affordable. The service was around 1 1/2 - 2 hours long & you have to prepare for 2 hours after the session of just water.
