Previously, I avoided the dentist like the plague due to negative experiences, but Dr Molato changed that. She is kind, funny, nonjudgmental, always positive, and knows how to give a painless shot!!! Worst dental experience I've ever had. Waited over 40 min each time to even be seen. Went in for a…read morecrown and the crown that was put on didn't fit so a staff member sanded it down to the point that the tooth wasn't soft or shiny and did not feel like a real tooth and there was also a gap. I expressed these concerns while at the visit and the staff member seemed annoyed that I brought up my concern. She was also very aggressive and rough. Called and let them know and dr said he would redo. I also called and asked that next time I come in I be seen by a different staff member or dr if possible as I did not have a great experience. Amber the fronts desk said she would do her best and put it in the notes. My concern was obviously not charted or communicated because when I went in for the second visit I was seen by the same person. She again was very rough and aggressive with my mouth and made a comment that I may just need to be numbed. I let her know on my last visit when I got the numbing shot I was numb for a week and very sore I thought he hit a nerve, she had no response to that at all. Also the staff is very chatty with eachother while working on patients which does not create a very calming environment for someone who has anxiety when going to the dentist. Will not be returning.

I was a faithful patient but when I switched jobs about a year ago my new insurance initially provided to me was not accepted by Hall of Fame. I went on with my life with my new dentist, unsatisfied and unhappy. I knew that once I was able to switch my insurance back I was going back to Dr. Hall. The tail end of 2018 was the worst dental year for me because I had a nagging toothache that would not resolve despite two visits to my new-ish dentist. At the beginning of this year I went straight to Dr. Hall and they gave me the answers I needed. I'm very happy with the care I've received thus far (I didn't expect anything less). I'll be back in a few weeks for some follow-ups which I'm actually excited about. Hall of Fame has grown quite a bit over the last few years. It was half the size it is now when I first started going and I'm very impressed by how everything looks. All the rooms are clean, all the equipment is organized and new. The waiting area is comfy but very rarely will you sit for too long because they know how to schedule appointments appropriately. It seems Dr. Hall is always up to date with the new dental technology which is great for patients. The staff is still as wonderful as they were when I first started going here.
