Happy to say that I had an excellent experience from start to finish and my teeth look great! It was easy to make an appointment. My session started and finished on time. When I told them I had previously tried Zoom at my dentist's office and it was really painful, they instantly upgraded my groupon treatment to Pro Bright at no extra cost and said that it wouldn't hurt during or after. It didn't hurt at all and my teeth look great! The Vitamin E they gave me before and after made my gums and lips happy and moisturized. David checked in on me regularly during my 30 minute treatment. I came in with a Groupon for the first time a few weeks ago for the 1/2 hour treatment then came back again this week for an hour treatment. David, who runs the place was pretty cool and friendly. After my first session he offered me the same rate I paid on the Groupon for an upgraded service on my hour visit. I can definitely see a difference in my teeth! I purchased a Groupon from Smiling Bright in preparation for my wedding day! I was super scared, as I have never whitened my teeth before. David was so welcoming, funny and helpful. I had the 60 minute pro flash treatment done on 2/22/19. Did not really see much of a result, it was a waste of time and money. At the end, the owner was trying to up-sell and try to get me to buy another "discounted deal" for the future and when I asked if I can think about it and call him back, he was rude and his attitude completely changed and said I had to make the decision right there and then. I wanted to wait out a few days to see if I would have an allergic reaction or tooth pain or if my results would get any better before committing to another appointment but that was not an option. read more

I went to the SLoop location in April and I was impressed with the results, but I will only go to this location from now on. David gives excellent customer service, I felt like he was really invested in the results and genuinely wanted my teeth to be as white as can be! One of my front teeth is slightly darker and has been this way my whole adult life, but David got it almost as white as the rest of my teeth and gave me a few freebies to achieve uniform whiteness. I also learned that I apparently drool excessively and he was kind enough to keep me stocked with paper towel; a luxury not afforded at the SLoop location. This place is FAB! It's quite simple and sterile like many dentist offices, but very clean and all equipment is like new. My son and I were made perfectly comfortable. I had a really good experience here. David was really good at explaining all of the steps beforehand to me and even checked in on me several times throughout the process. The place is comfortable, clean, and quiet. I noticed a definite difference when I was there, but not so much when I returned home. I'm assuming it's because they have such bright lights in there. I can tell my teeth have whitened, but I'd like to go in for another session to get even better results. So simple! I came, I whitened, I left. Inexpensive, they even offered some repeat visits at my Groupon price. I bought one from my husband and one for my mom for Mother's Day! This is my second time coming to Smiling Bright and both times I had great results. Thankfully, I have naturally white teeth so my change is not as dramatic as some, but both times I got two shades whiter! I did the regular 30 minute treatment both times. Yes sometimes it's uncomfortable biting down on the trays and the drooling, but beauty is pain right? I was thrilled with my results both times. :) So thrilled that I bought a 1 hour Pro Flash treatment for next time which was specifically recommended for me because I'm getting lingual braces and will not be able to bit down on trays. I bought a 30-min teeth whitening service from Living Social. This is the first time I've ever had my teeth whitened, and it was not enjoyable. I didn't see any improvement. The guy running the service was fine. Explained what was going to happen and what to expect. But I was not prepared for the amount of drooling and the discomfort of the trays and gel. I almost left after 5 minutes because I didn't think I could take it. In terms of the office, I didn't have an opinion on it until I had to deal with the transient that was cleaning the windows there. He made me feel really, REALLY uncomfortable. had a voucher for a 30 minute session - my teeth got lighter but I'd probably do another 20 minutes (just a day ago, so still waiting to see if they continue to lighten) - the studio is clean and comfortable although kind of spartan - no music, etc. - about three teeth's length of gums did turn white and puffy and burned a bit during the process and after. the gentleman behind the desk recommended repeated rinsing it did get much better immediately and after another vitamin e application even better. today there are a couple of little cuts and they feel a little tender but nothing that I'm noticing too much. I guess I feel like that's part of the process and don't feel that it was too terrible. next time I'll just be more thorough with the vitamin e before the treatment. - my teeth don't feel sensitive or ache - I would go back again I've done a whitening service in the past - with the paint-on gel - more dental-office style and did experience a lot of discomfort both during and for about three days after - really painful and aching with tons of zings during the process. I'd bought an hour and only made it 40 minutes. I'd always been told to do whitening following a teeth cleaning for best results - luckily Smiling Bright recommended getting the cleaning at least a week before the whitening to cut down on discomfort and sensitivity - maybe that's where I went wrong last time. So glad they mentioned it. As other reviewers have stated, 5 stars for service -- I forgot my sunglasses there and they called a couple of hours later to ask if they were mine and were happy to hang on to them for me until I made it back. It's not too often you walk into a business and the owner is sitting behind the reception desk to greet you. But that's what I found with my first session (ever) with professional teeth whitening. David - the owner, was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The ambiance is inviting and relaxing. Now for my teeth! I've whitened my teeth before with the clumsy trays and the goop that goes everywhere. Don't get me wrong they worked, but nothing like my results from Smiling Bright. I had originally signed up for 30 minutes, but David had explained to me that 60 minutes is more effective. I know sounds like a sales pitch - but it's true. The first 30 minutes whitened my teeth, but after taking a quick break and back for another 30 minutes the results were fabulous. My teeth have never been this white. I will definitely be coming back for "touch-ups". My husband did notice my teeth - albeit with a little extra smiling :) I purchased an hour session for him - so he will be seeing David also.
