Ribs combo I should've took another pic the ribs are covering my burnt toast that I could not even bite but you can see a part of it

I returned two times since my first review and I had to take away a star for two reasons. Reason number one price this time I got a one meat combo and paid two dollars extra for baby back ribs.. OK I get that but they don't even give you a drink? So then I had to pay $3 for a fountain drink so the combo was $23. I think that's a little bit high if you're gonna spend $20 on a combo I think it should include a beverage, but that's just me and #2 the next morning I had a really bad stomach ache. My daughter also got the regular mac & cheese and only ate two fork bowls because she said it was too spicy. Honestly, I should've asked them to redo it, but I didn't bother so that was a waste of five dollars and then the toast that I got with my ribs with one piece was OK but the other one was so hard and burnt that I tried to take a bite and I couldn't even bite it. I also could've asked them to remake that, but I figured I didn't wanna bother them because then usually when they remake stuff anywhere it doesn't get done right. Nothing went right this visit.

This review is based on a first-time visit on 5/6/26. I arrived for lunch at 1:30 with a party of 6 and asked if I could stake out some space for us at one of their large communal tables. We all placed our orders once everyone arrived, and proceeded to chow down. I was really happy to see that the menu had a section for "Green Stuff" and proceeded to order the Kale Caesar with Brisket (I can't go to a BBQ place without getting their brisket), along with an order of their Marble Cornbread. The Kale Caesar had a lovely dressing - bright and perfect for the kale. The brisket was a teeny bit dry, but had a lovely smoky flavor, which rounded out the salad nicely. The order cornbread was generous... so much so that I had to ask if that was one or two orders. It was buttery and dessert-adjacent without being overly sweet. Yum! Others in my party raved about their food too. The chicken in particular got a nice shout out, and we all left full and happy, AND with leftovers in to-go boxes. Loved SMKD, would definitely eat here again!

Our first visit to SMKD BBQ was so amazing!We had the pastrami sandwich, which was so tender it melts in your mouth. We decided to try the coleslaw and that too was impressive. Delightful little neighborhood spot, we'll definitely be back soon!

This joint is hands down the best barbecue we've had in the henderson area, and definitely could be included in a conversation for best in vegas. Our expectations were absolutely shattered. We had tried to come to this place once before for a dessert we saw online, however they were sold out. We made a mental note to visit again if we were in the area, and I am sure glad we did. The experience started off great, when walking in we were greeted by a very friendly woman and the pit master himself who made some conversation and gave us some of his recommendations as first timers. I ordered the 2 meat 2 side combo, brisket and the pig candy with mac n cheese and creamed corn. She ordered the 1/4 chicken and potato salad. Immediately upon receiving the food I was impressed and knew we were in for a good meal. The brisket was tender and delicious, the chicken was cooked to a smoky and moist perfection, but for me the pig candy was the star of the show, I can confidently say no barbecue place we've been to is doing anything like that, do yourself a favor and order it. The sides were equally excellent, I find a-lot of times bbq places excel on one side, either the meat or the sides, this place makes an exception and cracked the code on both. The mac n cheese was excellent, the creamed corn was exactly what I wanted, and if you like pickles or dill flavor 100% order the potato salad. One aspect I especially think this place shines in, is that they aren't afraid to make the food how they think it should be done, every one of the meats had a little extra flavor either from an additional seasoning, or from a sauce. Most places stick to the traditional way things are made and that is fine but its very safe, when you add something to classic barbecued meats like these that shows confidence in your skill and the product you put out as a chef and as a business. I wish more places would throw their own flair on stuff and make it exciting and exclusive to themselves like this place does. The restaurant itself was very clean, comfortable, well kept and very organized, everything is right where you want and expect it to be. I wanted to make a section of this review just for the woman who came around to the tables, she was one of the most friendly restaurant staff members we've ever come across. Whatever you are paying her, pay her more because she deserves it. This place isn't just a if you are in the area, this place is worth a trip from anywhere in the vegas valley. Well done smkd, well done.

Came to SMKD again. The Brisket is incredible and the creamed corn has something special that keeps you wanting more. This is for sure my BBQ spot especially when I'm in Henderson. Hopefully they come toward the NW part of town where I reside. If you want some good quality food, SMKD is where you need to be!

On our way to Zion National Park from LA, we made a stop in Henderson to grab gas and food. Yelp recommended SMKD BBQ, and after seeing the reviews and photos, we decided to give it a shot. We arrived around 1:33 PM on a Sunday. It wasn't too busy, but there was a steady flow of people coming in and out. The service and ambiance were amazing. Everyone looked happy and seemed to be enjoying their meals. Holy crap -- the food was GOOD Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area and looking for some great BBQ. Our first order: * Sliced Brisket * Mojo Chicken * Brussels Sprouts * Cole Slaw * Marble Cornbread Second order: * Pig Candy * Sausage * Banana Pudding They've only been open for several months now, and I wish them all the luck in the world. SMKD BBQ is the bomb! I was recently working in the Las Vegas area and staying in Henderson. I tried four different highly rated BBQ places in the area. SMKD won hands down! They have great sides, I tried the dirty beans and Mac and cheese, so good! I had the chopped pork and it was delicious to the last mouthful! Service was excellent, including fist bumps. Everyone there was very nice and had a very inviting feel to it. I'm going back soon to try the brisket! If you haven't tried them what are you waiting for?

Great ambience. The booths looked more comfortable than the high top chairs. Love the open kitchen concept as I do very much like seeing the kitchen staff preparing the food. The staff were prompt and friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. If you are a vegetarian or don't eat red meat, the options are limited but then again it's bbq. I had the grilled cheese, sweet potato hush puppies and coleslaw. Love the coleslaw and the hot honey sauce. The grilled cheese was a bit soggy probably from the sweat in the container. The hush puppies were also good, you don't taste the sweet potato though.

Food: 4/5 Dessert (bonus!): 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Ok, we had the family feast at a whole $118, worth every penny. This came with all meats minus the ribs, I think we did get some baby back ribs though. All the sides and dessert! Did I mention there was 5 of us and we couldn't finish it? The meats: Brisket, burnt ends, pastrami, mojo chicken, pulled pork and rib tips. The sides: coleslaw, Mac and cheese, baked beans, hush puppies, creamed corn, a singular Kugel, collard greens, potato salad and fries. They got the brisket right, juicy and tender with a decent smoke flavor, so well done on that. I enjoyed the pastrami the best, thick cut, really good flavor. While the others like the burnt ends and the pulled pork. The only negative there were the rib tips (I think) were rather burnt and inedible. All the sides were REALLY good. Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, hush puppies were sweet potato hush puppies, frickin amazing. All the sides, chef's kiss! Kid 1 is making me mention the kugel was amazing, she could have eaten 10 more. For the desserts, banana pudding, cookie w/ice cream and key lime pie. The kids enjoyed the key lime pie tangy without being overwhelming, husband liked the cookie (which was an everything cookie) and I liked the pudding. So those were a hit as well. We will be back again!

This place just opened up in Henderson rep replacing another barbecue place. I love that they have the smokers right out front using real wood. The people are very, very friendly Alex the owner was on point. The service was fast, very, very friendly and paid attention to detail. I got the family meal which pretty much fed a party of 4 to 5 I try to order more things, but they're like you have enough which I really appreciate. I will definitely go back as this will be one of my favorite go to barbecue spots

From outside you can smell the delicious smoke. This place did not disappoint. I found out the owners owns Hayworth as well. Friendly and fast. Got the restaurant week deal, $30 for smoked wings, ribs, corn and banana pudding. This is my new favorite bbq place now. Everything is so good, I'm going to have to try their whole menu.

The mac and cheese was rich and creamy, the wings were smoky and perfectly cooked, and the collard greens were full of deep, savory flavor. Visiting family in Vegas this place was recommended to us to try out - we have two boys that love BBQ. BBQ isn't necessarily my thing but I figured I could try out the French dip - those are my thing (send my husband out in a blizzard to get it and strawberry ice cream for me while pregnant kind of thing). I figured worst case I've eaten a sandwich. Well, I may have eaten one of the best French dip sandwiches of my life. The layers of flavor - and the mild creamy horseradish! And dear god, the BBQ my hubs got the some of this and some of that for the kids - the brisket was fall apart good, the chicken was the most amazing smoked chicken I've ever had - somehow it was still moist. and my teen devoured the Mac'n'Cheese (non-kraft) And the beets and carrots - it was like candy. Incredible find in our local area! First time to give SMKD BBQ a try and the only bad thing is why did I not try this place sooner!!!!! Easy to find and located in a very accessible location with good parking. Indoor and outdoor seating with prompt and very helpful staff. We were even greeted by Gene who I expect is the owner. The food was amazing and I had the brisket, dirty dirty beans and not boxed Mac n Cheesy! Every bite was great and the 1 meat combo with two sides was plenty of food for me. I loved the variety of sauces and even the pickled cucumbers, peppers and onions were fantastic on the plate but not on the menu. I like happy surprises! The variety of the menu and choices of fry seasonings just show how they adapt to their clients. My partner loved her cold slaw as it was very crunchy, satisfying, savory and not a mayo mess! She had the Mojo Chicken and loved every bite with its mojo sauce kicking up the flavor perfectly. I really liked seeing how engaged the owners/management are with all the clients and we even saw a few hugs shared. The service is very fast and our overall experience felt more like visiting friends for a bbq than going out to a restaurant. Comfortable and casual with awesome music too! read more

The news that SMKD BBQ had opened up in Henderson was very welcomed in my house. Simply put, you had me at BBQ. I love low and slow, smoked meats and deeply appreciate it in all of its regional styles and protein forms. Taking over the old Bell's BBQ space, I had tried SMKD during its soft open and on Veterans Day and had come away impressed with their brisket, pulled pork, and sides. So, it was a no-brainer to take the wife out there for lunch on a Friday to sample some of their other offerings. We ordered a 1/2 rack of dry-rubbed St. Louis Ribs, Smoked Sausage, 1/2 lb. of Brisket (50/50 lean/fatty), Pig Candy, Burnt Ends, Chippy & Dip, Sweet Potato Hushpuppies, and the Red Beets & Carrots. In my modest experience, most non-chain BBQ joints (Famous Dave's, Dickey's, etc. definitely need not apply) are capable of offering up at least one smoked meat of their preferred regional style in a serviceable, if not, quite satisfying manner. That said, most BBQ restaurants, chain or not, don't offer apps and/or sides that are both interesting and delicious, which bring something a bit more special to the experience. SMKD's apps and sides were exceptional. The Pig Candy, a sweet & spicy glazed, thick-cut bacon, was a treat more likely to be found at a high-end Vegas steakhouse! In truth, for me, it shares the medal stand with High Steaks for the Best "Chef'd Up" bacon in town. The Chippy & Dip, a tray of house-made, thick-cut, potato chips accompanied with a creamy smoked onion dip, was sublime. Our crispy chips came out to the table still warm clearly indicating that they were freshly fried but without a hint of oiliness. The delicious dip possessed a subtle, yet still noticeable, smokiness that was in perfect balance with creamy onion. The Sweet Potato Hush Puppies were perfectly fried deliciousness. However, the biggest surprise of the meal was the Red Beets & Carrots, which were perfectly roasted and seasoned, brightly colored, and possessing wonderful natural sweetness and texture. If you aren't a fan of root vegetables, this dish will change minds. As for the headliners of our meal, the dry-rubbed ribs were smoked to perfection as the moist meat pulled easily and completely off of the bone. Our brisket was also perfectly smoked, showing off its smoke ring, moist to the point where the line was blurry between the lean and fatty cuts. It was all very satisfying. The Smoked Sausage was flavorful, possessed a nice spice, and the casing had a nice snap. The biggest surprise was that it was a chicken sausage. Mind blown. While still good, the only "near miss" for me were the Burnt Ends. They were meaty, tender, smoky, and flavorful, but I would've preferred a bit more bark or char on them for textural chew and sweetness. If I had to attempt to classify SMKD's BBQ, I would guess that it falls closest to Memphis-style given their molasses-based sauces and the spice-profile of the dry rub on their pork ribs. Good BBQ doesn't need sauces. That said, SMKD's sauces especially the Blueberry Habanero (?) are not to be missed. SMKD offered a solid lineup of smoked meats comparable in scope to other BBQ joints in the valley. While they did offer brisket, they don't currently serve up beef ribs, which are perhaps my BBQ favorite. However, I appreciated the seeming fact that they weren't trying to be everything for everyone by offering up too many proteins in every regional BBQ style. SMKD really hit the mark with me and has truly raised the bar for BBQ. It's worth the trip out to Henderson if you're a BBQ lover. read more

First time visiting SMKD BBQ won't be our last! Found the place on Yelp and was not disappointed. From the first step out of the car you are hit with the smell of the smoker we knew we were in for a treat! The staff was incredible all very attentive and answered all our questions. We ended up getting the 4 meat combo w/4 sides and added a sausage as well. Everything was delicious. Some of the best BBQ we have had. We ended with the deep fried apple pie! Wow. Instead of waiting in the long line at First Watch, drive down the street to SMKD BBQ were you're greeted by friendly people and great food. We had the 2 meat 2 sides. I ordered the family fiesta for my moms bday and the food was filling. Great variety of different meats. Great tender meat with smoky flavors. I ordered for takeout. I recommend ordering large quantities like the feast a few hours in advance for pick up to allow time for them to make it. Staff was very friendly upon me picking up the food. The interior has plenty of space to sit and eat and great music playing. It is in a plaza with a lot of parking spaces. Great spot in the southeast to have some bbq! read more

I found this place via Instagram. I saw a few friends tag so I went in and really glad I did. The food is so delicious. I had the St. Louis ribs and today they just told me it's national barbecue month so I ordered the baby back ribs to go. The potato salad was great not mayo. We are mushy at all. The cabbage had a nice crunch and oh my goodness the macaroni and cheese was way cheesy and I love it. Not your typical Texas bbq but that's not a bad thing! We tried it today and got some Mac and cheese and a half chicken to go. Everyone who works there is so friendly and the wait for my food was minimal. Also super cute and clean inside so might need to go back and dine in next time for lunch. The Mac and cheese was good and you could tell it was made with love but it was a little flat.. a dash of good salt made the difference. Onto the chicken... not the typical heavy smoke flavor one would expect at a smoked bbq but boy was the chicken tender and flavorful! There was some sort of basting liquid which had a hint of lemon and herbs that was out of this world good! So we will definitely go back and try some of the other menu items! I came for the brisket sandwich but the second I saw tamales I changed my mind. Amazing tamales which I've found are hard to find around here. These were perfect, filled with a lot of filling and tasted super fresh. The sauces were all top notch too. First of all, I live in Las Vegas but I grew up in Georgia. I am very particular and passionate when it comes to BBQ and associated flavors. All I will say is SMDK BBQ is the best BBQ I had eaten in the six years I have lived in Las Vegas. I say this with my whole chest. The meats are juicy, smoky and paired well with a variety of sauces you can try from tabletop bottles. The sides are handcrafted perfection and I had trouble deciding if I should finish the sides or meats. I couldn't do either as the portions remind you of the women downtown with enhancements. I didn't have an adult beverage but I did get a slice of crack pie; a custard like offering similar to pecan but without the nuts. I think I licked the plate once I was sure no one was watching. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed coming here for a meal. 6/5 stars. read more

I'm not a foodie, but I would highly recommend SMKD BBQ! I had the St. Louis ribs, brussel sprouts, marble cornbread with honey butter, creamed corn, and fried apple pie. They were all delicious! First time in SMKD BBQ and I was not disappointed. It seems to be new restaurant that just open recently. We were here for Veteran's Day meal for my husband. When we chose our meal seletion nice cashier lady told us to choose side and dessert option. Food was very scrumptious. Seating area was spacious and had nice family ambiance in indoor. My buns were toasted with butter so my pulled pork was great. My side was dirty beans and it was on the point. My dessert was banana pudding with chia seeds on it. It was very healthy for my taste. I honestly liked my husband's pie better. :P I am originally from Texas and I really did enjoyed the southern BBQ dish and that was the BEST pie I ever had. First time here and we tried it all. Definitely recommend the pastrami and hubby loved the ribs. Brisket and chicken were also delicious the Mac and cheese is LEGIT and I loved the black cherry soda. As soon as we got out of the car we could smell the smoker! Smelled amazing like a back yard family cook out! Soon as we walked in we were promptly greeted. Prices are very reasonable for some BBQ. I ordered brisket, burnt ends and dirty beans. They servers me two slices of brisket one with the fat cap which was juicy and tender but the other without the fat cap was slightly dry. The Burnt ends was sweet like candy with some portions juicy a tender and some though like beef jerky. The dirty beans had pieces of burnt ends, beans and bbq sauce in a cup and were savory sweet. The establishment can seat about 50 people inside and about 30 outside. The staff was surprisingly friendly, it could have been that specific day but they knew all their customers as if they were close friends or family. Absolutely amazing experience at SMKD BBQ! Everything we ordered was so good. The brisket was perfectly tender and juicy with incredible flavor and the meats have a nice smoky taste. How a place can take good ol backyard BBQ to the level SMKD has is beyond me. Sweet potato hush puppies, smashed burgers, chopped pork rib sandwich, ribs, brisket, mac and cheese, veggies...everything has been taken to the next level and we have yet to be disappointed with anything we've tried. Their staff is equally amazing! They are always so warm and welcoming. As soon as that door opens you're greeted with a big smile and a happy hello. There's plenty of seats to choose from too and the music in the background is perfect for the setting. It was also a nice surprise to hear that they sponsor the local high school wrestling team around the corner. Ok I know this is a BBQ place but you have to get the potato salad. My husband had me go back the next day to get some to go and was worth every penny. We really wanted to try the Ribs but was there to early we went right when it opened and they weren't done yet. Very nice and clean and very friendly staff the cook told my husband he could check out the Ribs in the smoker out front and he did. Looked and smelled delicious. Forgot to take pictures but we'll be back for sure read more

It is a little on the pricier end, but you get what you pay for. We usually get enough to last us 3 days & it keeps so we'll in the fridge. The inside is pretty small, but not claustrophobic. The service is fast and friendly. Never had a bad experience here. While I do wish that any of the locations were closer to us, part of me is glad they are far away because I would spend way too much money here, lol.

By the time I received the drinks, my pastry was cold. No compensation or acknowledgment was offered for the long wait or the fact that I didn't receive the drink I originally ordered. For roughly $26 to $30 for two small (12oz) lattes and a pastry, I expected a better overall experience. Everyone has off days, and I understand that, but the service and value simply did not match the price point during this visit.

Dining room was 2/3 full and people were still coming in after I was seated. They do have valet parking as an option if you have mobility challenged party members. Entrance to dining room is one continuous level with no stairs, for those that look for that info, making it wheelchair accessible. Also surprised to see half bottles of wine at reasonable prices. I went for a half bottle of Chianti, as I love a good table wine. It was a 2021 Nozzole, which perfectly complemented the food, even though the starter would normally pair with a white. I am a wine heathen, but at the same time Chianti pairs with anything. Arnaldo was super knowledgeable about wine pairing selections, which again denotes a level of care and passion that translates into a great meal. 17 year veteran of Italian fine dining. Bread offering had variety and was authentic Italian dipping of balsamic vinegar and olive oil with four fresh baked selections of bread, all delicious. Starter - went for the shrimp scampi. While I personally would have liked some angel hair pasta with it instead of the fried shoestring potatoes on first glance, I will say they added a textural variation I wasn't expecting. Nice start. Arnaldo did let me know that in the future if the angel hair pasta was what I craved, the scampi main comes paired with exactly that. Staff does extra touches; waiters that weren't assigned to my section kept my wine full and checked in often. Props to the front of house manager/staff. For main, O went with the risotto of the day, which Ronaldo highly recommended. My normal go to is chicken or veal Marsala; but he recommended that day's risotto as his absolute favorite, so I took the recommendation. It was a creamy pistachio pesto risotto. I have never had - or even seen - a pesto risotto, so I thought it would be interesting. The risotto was cooked perfectly, with the nutty pistachio blending extremely well with the pesto. The sausage was mild, so it did get lost flavor wise, but texturally gave some differentiation that the dish needed to work. The kitchen staff's love shone through on this one and I was really pleasantly surprised. It was earthy, woodsy, creamy and the sausage gave it a hint of smokiness. Would recommend although YMMV since they cycle out risottos daily. I should also mention that the portion size was about 1.5 times what I was expecting, so you'll have leftovers if you're going for dessert. I've included a photo of the dessert menu as it's not on their Google Photos; Renaldo highly suggested if I was going to go gelato, to do the pistachio tortufo, but also recommended the tiramisu as best in town. I went that direction since I had a pistachio main. He also gave me a dessert espresso amuse bouche gratis that was fantastic. As someone who has been to Italy multiple times and taken classes - in Italy - to make tiramisu, I can say the claim is not bravado. They do put chocolate sauce on the plate - which isn't necessary, but the tiramisu is classic, creamy, decadent and I believe it to be the best I've had in the city proper.the ladyfingers prove JUST the right consistency and texture to break up the rest of the layers. Staggeringly good. Receipt included - 119 for a full, excellently executed Italian mid fine dining experience per person - off strip - is extremely reasonable before tip. Make sure to take care of your wait staff, especially when they are as professional and articulate as Arnaldo. 1.5 hrs Entry time 8:45 Exit time: 9:51 - no rush even 50 mins after close. Highly recommend for business engagements, dinner with quality friends or for foodies in the greater Vegas area looking for quality Italian fine dining made with love. --Mark

Walking into SMKD BBQ on a Friday night, we were greeted by a bustling atmosphere. Almost all the tables inside were occupied, and the line outside stretched for about three groups deep. Fortunately, we managed to secure a spot, and as luck would have it, the weather was perfect, making the patio area even more inviting. We decided to share our meal, ordering two plates that came with a variety of meats and sides. As this was our first time at SMKD BBQ, we wanted to try everything. We ordered ribs, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, cabbage, chicken, and burnt ends. The ribs were my personal favorite. They were tender and flavorful, although I did wish they were even more fall-off-the-bone. The macaroni and cheese was creamy and delicious, and the spicy BBQ sauce added a nice kick. The service at SMKD BBQ was impeccable. Gene and the chef came around multiple times to check on us and ensure that we were satisfied. They also had a great selection of beers, wines, and seltzers. Today my Granddaughters wanted to have lunch at SMKD BBQ, I couldn't refuse them. Upon meeting them and my Son at Noon, we were graciously greeted at the order counter and fully apprised of the SMKD luncheon menu, and it was extensive! All the favorite versions of smoke pit bar b que were offered, included ribs, brisket, chicken and wings, plus generous sides included in the item's price. The ladies ordered smash burgers with fries, my Son, the smoked chicken wings plus an order of Pork Candy ( pork bellies), I elected to have a pastrami sandwich on rye bread accompanied with fries, hot and crispy. Wendy who brought our orders to the table was friendly and very polite. The restaurant features what one would expect in a bar b Que joint, pleasant, and clean, and filled with aroma of smoked foods. They don't provide napkins, but there's a paper towel roll at each table to ensure your hands and mouth stay clean beside the four different proprietary sauces, to fight you otherwise. SMKD BBQ is the kind of place you hope to find and then immediately plan your next visit. It was like being amongst family with service that shined! We went with the pastrami on rye and mac and cheese, plus the Cuban with crispy cabbage and collard greens. The pastrami was rich, smoky, and piled high, with perfectly grilled bread that held everything together. The mac and cheese had that ideal mix of creamy and golden on top. Comfort food done right. The Cuban really stood out. Pressed just right with bold, layered flavor in every bite. The crispy cabbage added a fresh crunch that cut through the richness, and the collard greens were tender, savory, and clearly made with care. And I cannot not mention the smoked onion dip. Omg. What a delicious treat this was. First time at SMKD. I'm told it's been here for 4-5 months and I live nearby but just discovered it. This certainly won't be my last visit ... this week. Where to start, where to start. Let's start with the BBQ pork ribs... they had a tasty spice rub and a nice smoky flavor. Tender meat, just fell off the bone. The other meat I got in my 2-meat plate was the pulled pork, which was also tender, well seasoned, and just overall mouth-watering. You get two sides with your meal, and I went with mac n cheese (very good and flavorful) and some sort of sweet potato hushpuppies that were absolutely delicious. Oh, and the service was excellent. Everything about SMKD is killer! Not just the drinks! Staff is super friendly and informative. Gene is such a character that he leaves a lasting impression that you feel like family immediately. Chef Alex is genius with flavours and is so personable. I genuinely love when a chef comes out to meet the crowd. The food...omg that pastrami. The hushpuppies. SMKD BBQ has some of the most welcoming and inviting service ever. The food was incredible, we ordered the ribs, burnt ends, pork sandwich, mac n' cheese, banana pudding, and the Snickers dessert. The ribs fell right off the bone and were packed with flavor. And whatever you do, don't skip the desserts, they're absolutely worth it. The inside was clean and had a cozy, home-style BBQ feel. What use to be Bells, is now SMKD. What use to be damn good smoked meat, has now evolved. Evolved in to incredible smoked meat, incredible sides, and just an incredible menu with awesome food to back it up. I really cannot recommend it any higher. It has joined my elite list of 'go-to' places. It is just terrific.And you know what else? The people. The owners, workers, all...just great, friendly people. I didn't know this place served bottomless bubbles for $20 on the weekends! My friend invited me for bbq and I went straight for the brunch items pastrami hash with 2 sunny side up eggs on top.
