Gave price over the phone. Cheapest price I found. More than one smog check so check the name. Nice guy too. Only minus is just a couple of chairs as the "waiting area" but the price makes up for it. I'm happy to know that there is a gold-star smog check station with low prices, professional service and an honest work ethic. I went in today upon a referral from a reliable auto mechanic to have Mr. Lee run a smog check, who was very candid about my chances of passing due to the condition of my car and ensured that I did everything I could for my car prior to bringing it in so he wouldn't waste my time and money and send me off with a failed test. I took his advice, got the car fixed and contacted him again. Not so surprisingly, I had a stellar experience with his professional demeanor and excellent service when I did bring my car in, and was out in ten minutes. Great experience! Kenny has owned and run this shop himself for decades, with the same level of personal service you might get from a neighborhood barber. I called during lunch and made an appointment for after work on the same day. It was easy to get to, and Kenny pulled my car in within 5 minutes of my appointment time. He treated my brand-new (out of state) car very well, and was thorough with his inspection. He had equipment there to test all different era's of cars too.
