Long time customer for 3 plus years. Product is typically B- rating but their prices are very affordable. Yesterday placed my order got confirmation for delivery today. I hadn't received order so I inquired they say they never received my order even though they assigned order number and sent me a confirmation email. Sales rep told me that hadn't got my order and that I should just reorder. Which means waiting another day. Didn't offer any incentive for their screwup just to order again. These guys are not professional, they don't realize the inconvenience this has caused...just sorry we don't have it. I've ordered from Smoakland quite a few times - their concentrates are well-priced, fairly potent, and delivery was generally pretty quick. However, it's really easy for the goodwill built up over time to evaporate in an instant. After seeing their promotion for shake, I wondered to myself, "what could go wrong?" As it turns out, a lot could go wrong. When I opened the bag to check on the contents, I noticed a few things. Firstly, that the "shake" wasn't really shake at all - instead of what is essentially the broken off, powdered goodness at the bottom of the bag, I'd received what is essentially a bunch of ground up leaves.`I spent over half an hour just sifting through it with tweezers, picking out the larger leaf fragments, and gave up when I realized how many tiny fragments were left in the large jar. During my sifting adventures, I came upon the second issue: my shake came with a stale tortilla chip fragment. While I was assured it was "harmless" by upper management, I still would not want my lighter to find one halfway through a smoke session. All in all, the low quality and quality control of the shake, and the lukewarm response I received from Smoakland, has led me to start looking at some of their competitors' deals. read more

I can always rely on them for their on demand menu deliveries, even if I order pretty late in the afternoon still. I wait 30 minutes and ask again, and now they tell me it could take another 40 minutes. Almost 3 hours after Order I get it. Tried ordering online a few times the last 2 weeks but I end up getting tree from somewhere else and I used to like Smoakland. It never saves my info in the account section, always ask for an ID to be uploaded even when it has been and still doesn't show. Think maybe it's time to find another spot for good. Outside of the online crap, the product is usually pretty good. Talking to people there and delivery has been solid as well. But the online ordering and how the deals don't show in your cart as the price it states is also annoying. Gotta say, your losing clients cause online is crappy. read more

I've tried to reach out to management about this to no avail. This company does not care about loyalty. They don't care what kind of financial situation you're in at the moment and it doesn't matter if you've been a long time customer. If you don't have exactly what they charge for their always changing yet never flexible deals, you're out of luck. This is just my most recent headache with them. I've had at least one employee on chat lie to me about delivery dates and time. And the chat line will not communicate with drivers. If you reschedule an order, expect the driver to arrive at your originally scheduled time and expect to get a call from them. I feel bad for their drivers, they deserve better. read more

Last time I ordered and uploaded my mmic medical card. Smoakland charged me sales tax when medical patients registered to the county do not have to. I called the main number. I was told too bad basically. I ordered ahead for tomorrow and put a note to not charge sales tax. Ok so they missed a star because it came off super shady because of these reasons: 1. I had a promo code that wouldn't work and the expiration date of the code was months out 2. You have to send your picture and I.d. Picture through text 3. After sending my pic and I.d. I cal the number and the girl all of a sudden acted like my phone was breaking up so I hung up and called back 4. When they get to your house they won't come to the door u gotta go to the car 5. The online ordering process did not work 6. A Smoakland driver by the name of Crystal (Krystal) ...accused me of giving her a fake $100 bill upon our transaction. She counted the money and then asked me if I had any $20s and I said no. The order was $141 dollars in total and she kept demanding that I pay in a different way. We where in front of my home and I always order from Smoakland...but that was my last order with them. She accused me within ten seconds of me coming up to the car. I also had my ID on me and showed it to her. This is very unprofessional and a person who delivers weed should not be asking me these questions. Do your job and be on your way . For the future, Smoakland should provide their drivers with the tools to check a $100 bill. There is no reason for them to not have the proper equipment to do their job. Their organix strain is absolutely terrible. Every flavor is bad. They spray some kind of orange chemical that is extremely painful to smoke. The THC is wrong. Stuff barely makes me feel anything. I'll never order from here again. Edit: changed review to 3 stars after the company let me exchange the strains. I've tried one, it's better than the starkist, sunburst and orange tree, but i can still taste a hint of chem spray. Better than nothing I guess. Expect nickel and dime bullshit. I don't have any problem with the quality of the product, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. My usual order is $98, $76sub + $22tax. I used a $6 loyalty reward. Instead of dropping my order to $92, the discount dropped my product total to $70, which is below the free delivery theshhold, so I was charged an $8 delivery fee. My order is more expensive with a "discount". And there is no easy way to talk to a dispatcher to rectify the situation. They'll probably respond to this review by telling me to "reach out" but not providing contact info. If any other company had similar price/selection, I would choose the other. read more
